General
This appliance is for private use only and must not be used commercial-
ly. Please read the instruction manual carefully and keep it in a safe
place for future reference. When the appliance is given to another person
the instruction manual should be passed to that person, too. Only use the
appliance as described in the instruction manual and pay attention to the
safety information. No liability for damages or accidents will be accepted,
which are caused by not paying attention to the instruction manual.
Safety Information
Connect and operate the appliance only in accordance with the
specications on the rating plate. Do not use if the cord or
appliance is damaged. Always check before using the appliance!
• This appliance is not intended for use by children or others that
may apply; an able adult should be responsible for their safety
and observing if they use it.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external
timer or separate remote control system.
• After using the appliance or if the appliance malfunctions, always pull out
the plug.
• Never pull at the cord set. Do not chafe it over edges or squeeze it.
• Keep the power supply cord away from hot parts.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when operating.
• Do not put anything on the appliance.
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
• Do not operate the appliance if it is damaged (for example if it felt down)
The manufacturer is not liable for damage occurred by using the
appliance in another way than described or if a mistake in operating has
been made.
• The appliance becomes very hot. Do not move the appliance until it has
cooled down!
• To prevent injury, repairs such as: replacing a damaged cord, etc. should
only be carried out by customer service.

Danger of Injury:
Attention! Housing and glass get hot. Danger of burns!
Do not place the appliance on a sensitive surface (e.g. painted
furniture) and keep a distance of at least 3’to burnable materials.
Using the Steamer:
Before the rst use, clean the heating plate with a wet cloth.
Unwind the cable from the bottom of the appliance until desired length
Place the appliance in horizontal position and connect it to a security plug
Fill the measuring cup with warm water up to the brim and pour it into the
heating plate, and then put the egg tray on the appliance.
Before placing the eggs, pierce them at the truncated side with the piercing
at the bottom of the measuring cup so as to prevent them from cracking
Then put the cover on the appliance.
Settings Preference:
There is a rotary knob for adjusting the boiling degree. The boiling degree is
adjusted to personal judgment. Personal experience with the appliance will
lead very soon to the results desired by your personal taste.
Please note: The regulator must always be restarted from the OFF position.
Adjustment: When the regulator is turned from OFF to ON the blue lamp
ashes, after which you have 5 seconds to select an icon . After
approx. 5 seconds a beep is heard and the selected program commences.
Do not adjust the regulator again after this point. The eggs are done when
the blue lamp goes o and the device beeps 10 times. The device switches
itself to standby mode automatically after the program has completed.
Soft Medium Hard
Attention: hot steam will escape, when the lid is taken o.
Put the eggs under cold water by grasping the handle of the tray.

Poached Eggs
Pour a measuring jug full of hot water into the dish, and t the egg carrier to
the poacher. Break 1-3 eggs into the poaching dishes and put the dishes
onto the carrier. Put on the cover. Select medium setting. The poaching
result depends on the size and temperature of the eggs and your own
seasoning.
Cleaning Instructions
Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet before cleaning
When the plug is removed from the electrical outlet, let the egg boiler cool
down before cleaning. Clean the heating element with a wet cloth.
In case of calcium deposits use diluted vinegar of approx. 10 minutes rinse
the cooking plate carefully . Do not scratch with hard objects in the
heating plate and do not use aggressive cleaning products.
Only clean the appliance from the outside with a wet cloth.
Cover, egg tray & egg cups are dishwasher proof.
Important: Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Disposal:
Packaging Disposal:
Do not throw away the package materials. Please put it in the recycling bin.
Gift box: Paper, should be put to the old paper collection point. Plastic
packaging material and foils should be collected in the special collection
containers.
