HEXAGONAL-CRIMPZANGE
LEITUNGSQUERSCHNITTE 10–300 mm2
Die Hexagonal-Crimpzange wird zum Vercrimpen von gedreh-
ten Kontakten mit einer Leitung verwendet. Das ergonomi-
sche Design und die optimale Kraftübersetzung sorgen für
komfortables Arbeiten.
Die Zange eignet sich für einen maximalen Querschnitts-
bereich von 10 bis 300 mm2. Dieser Bereich kann je nach
Produktserie abweichen.
Genauere Crimpinformationen sind dem Abschnitt „Werkzeuge
und Zubehör“ des jeweiligen Produktkatalogs zu entnehmen.
The hexagonal crimping tool is used to crimp turned contacts
on to a conductor. The ergonomic design and an optimum
force transmission provide for comfortable working.
The crimping tool is suitable for a maximum cross-section
range from 10 mm2to 300 mm2. This range may dier
depending on the product series.

“Tools and Accessories” of the respective product catalog.

Kontakt mit vorbereitetem Kabel in Crimp-
stelle einführen. Beachten, dass die
Crimpung mittig im Crimpbereich erfolgt.
Insert the contact with the prepared cable
into the crimping point. Note that the crimp-
ing is done in the middle of the crimping area.
Crimpvorgang durch Handhebelbetätigung
durchführen, bis die Crimpbacken komplett
geschlossen sind.
Crimp by using the hand-lever until the
crimping jaws are completely closed.
Önen der Crimpbacken: Handhebel önen,
beweglichen Handhebel bis zum Anschlag
nach rechts drehen und Handhebel betätigen,
um hydraulischen Druck abzulassen.
To open the crimping jaws: open the hand-
lever, turn the movable hand-lever all the
way to the right and close the hand-lever
to release the hydraulic pressure.
Nach dem Önen den Kontakt entnehmen
und das Ergebnis prüfen.
After opening, remove contact and check
the result.
Backenhalter und Crimpbacken in die Zange
einlegen und festdrücken.
Place the crimping jaw holder and crimping
jaws in the crimping tool and then press.

WICHTIGER HINWEIS
Die Pressung nicht vor dem maximalen Druck
unterbrechen. Dieser wird mit einem mechani-
schen Laut in der Presse akustisch signalisiert.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Do not interrupt the compression before the
maximum pressure is reached. This is made
perceptible by a mechanical noise in the press.

WARTUNG
Nach längerer Benutzung kann ein geringer
Ölverlust auftreten und das Auüllen einer klei-
nen Ölmenge ist erforderlich (Gesamtvolumen
beträgt ca. 0,1 L). Vor der Öleinfüllung muss die
Pumpe außen sorgfältig gereinigt werden. Es
ist sehr wichtig, dass keine kleinen Schmutz-
teilchen in das Hydrauliksystem eindringen.
Die Pumpe wird mit montierten Pressbacken
so in einen Schraubstock gespannt, dass
die Handhebel nach oben stehen. Das feste
Handhebelrohr wird mit Hilfe einer Rohrzange
losgeschraubt. Die Schraube im obersten Teil
des Behälters lösen und entfernen. Danach Öl
vom Typ Shell Tellus Arctica 32 oder Aeroshell
Fluid 4 einfüllen.
MAINTENANCE
After longer usage, however, a negligible loss of
oil can occur and the filling of a small amount
of oil is required (total volume is approx. 0.1 L).
The pump’s exterior must be carefully cleaned
prior to filling the oil. It is very important
that no dirt particles enter into the hydraulic
system. With mounted crimping jaws the pump
is clamped in a vise in such a manner that
the handles point upward. The fixed handle is
unscrewed by using a pipe tong. Unscrew and
remove the screw in the top part of the contain-
er. Subsequently, fill the oil of the type Shell
Tellus Arctica 32 or Aeroshell Fluid 4.
