beweglichen Handhebel bis zum Anschlag
nach rechts drehen und Handhebel betätigen,
um hydraulischen Druck abzulassen.
To open the crimping jaws: open the hand-
lever, turn the movable hand-lever all the
way to the right and close the hand-lever
to release the hydraulic pressure.
Nach dem Önen den Kontakt entnehmen
und das Ergebnis prüfen.
After opening, remove contact and check

Backenhalter und Crimpbacken in die Zange

schen Laut in der Presse akustisch signalisiert.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Do not interrupt the compression before the
maximum pressure is reached. This is made
perceptible by a mechanical noise in the press.

WARTUNG
Nach längerer Benutzung kann ein geringer
Ölverlust auftreten und das Auüllen einer klei-
nen Ölmenge ist erforderlich (Gesamtvolumen
beträgt ca. 0,1 L). Vor der Öleinfüllung muss die
Pumpe außen sorgfältig gereinigt werden. Es
ist sehr wichtig, dass keine kleinen Schmutz-
teilchen in das Hydrauliksystem eindringen.
Die Pumpe wird mit montierten Pressbacken
so in einen Schraubstock gespannt, dass
die Handhebel nach oben stehen. Das feste
Handhebelrohr wird mit Hilfe einer Rohrzange
losgeschraubt. Die Schraube im obersten Teil
des Behälters lösen und entfernen. Danach Öl
vom Typ Shell Tellus Arctica 32 oder Aeroshell
Fluid 4 einfüllen.
MAINTENANCE
After longer usage, however, a negligible loss of
oil can occur and the filling of a small amount
of oil is required (total volume is approx. 0.1 L).
The pump’s exterior must be carefully cleaned
prior to filling the oil. It is very important
that no dirt particles enter into the hydraulic
system. With mounted crimping jaws the pump
is clamped in a vise in such a manner that
the handles point upward. The fixed handle is
unscrewed by using a pipe tong. Unscrew and
remove the screw in the top part of the contain-
er. Subsequently, fill the oil of the type Shell
Tellus Arctica 32 or Aeroshell Fluid 4.
