B-PROFIL-CRIMPZANGE
FÜR STANZKONTAKTE
LEITUNGSQUERSCHNITTE AWG28–22
Die B-Profil-Crimpzange wird zum Vercrimpen von gestanzten
Kontakten mit einer Leitung verwendet. Die optimale Kraft-
übersetzung sorgt für komfortables Arbeiten. Zusätzlich ver-
fügt die Crimpzange über eine Halterung für Kontaktrollen.
Die Zange eignet sich für einen maximalen Querschnitts-
bereich von AWG28–AWG22. Dieser Bereich kann je nach
Produktserie abweichen.
Genauere Crimpinformationen sind dem Abschnitt „Werkzeuge
und Zubehör“ des jeweiligen Produktkatalogs zu entnehmen.
The B-profile crimping tool is used to crimp stamped contacts
on to a conductor. The optimum force transmission provides
for comfortable working. The crimping tool also has a holder for
contact rolls.
The crimping tool is suitable for a maximum cross-section range
from AWG28 to AWG22. This range may dier depending on the
product series.
More detailed crimp information can be found in the chapter
“Tools and Accessories” of the respective product catalog.

Band so lange per Hand vorschieben, bis das
erste Sucherloch in den Vorschub einrastet
(siehe Pfeil).
Continue feeding the strip until the first ad-
justing hole locks into the feed (see arrow).
Mit dem Hebel für den manuellen Vorschub
das Stanzband nachführen.
Continue to feed the stamped contact
strip with the yellow lever for the manual
feed.
Kontakt nachführen bis dieser unter
gewünschter Crimpposition liegt.
Continue feeding until the contact is posi-
tioned under the desired crimping position.
Stanzband so einlegen, dass der Trägerstrei-
fen auf Seiten der Führungsschiene ist. Das
Stanzband dazu unter das Führungsblech in
Richtung Crimpbereich schieben.
Insert the stamped contact strip so that the
strip is on the side of the guiding rail. There-
fore push the strip under the guiding plate
and move the strip in direction to the crimp-
ing area.

Zum Wechsel des Crimpbereichs die
Klemmschraube lösen, in die jeweilige
Richtung verschieben und Klemmschraube
wieder fixieren.
To change the crimp section release clamping
screw, slide in the respective direction and
fix clamping screw again.

Zum Wechseln der Kontaktrolle den roten
Hebel betätigen und Stanzband nach hinten
rausziehen.
In order to change the stamped contact
strip, use the red lever and pull out the strip
backwards.
Crimpzange vorschließen und vorbereitetes
Kabel in die entsprechende Önung einfüh-
ren. Darauf achten, dass das Kabel mittig im
Crimpbereich liegt. Crimpzange vollständig
betätigen. Nach dem Önen den Kontakt
entnehmen und das Ergebnis prüfen.
Pre-close the crimping tool and insert the
prepared cable into the correct opening. Note
that the cable is in the middle of the crimping
area. Press the crimping tool completely.
After opening, remove contact and check the
result.
