1. Locate the charging slot near the ON/OFF switch on the underside of the disc and
carefully plug in the small end of the USB charging cord.
2. Connect the USB end of the charging cable to a computer USB port. While charging,
the red LED light inside the USB will be off. Once the red light turns on, the charge is
complete.
1. Unscrew the screw holding the battery lid closed. Lightly pull the clip to pull away the
lid from the transmitter body.
2. Insert 2 x AA batteries into the compartment, making sure
to match polarities.
3. Firmly replace the lid and tighten the screw to secure the
battery compartment.
NOTICE:
- Do not overcharge the battery.
- Do not charge for longer than 30 minutes, even if the
indicator light has not turned on.
- Do not leave the unit unattended whilst charging.
- Always charge under adult supervision.
- Lithium ion batteries can be flammable if misused.
NOTICE:
- If the transmitter will not be stored and unused for an
extended period of time, please remove the batteries.
- Check the batteries regularly for potential leakage or
corrosion that may occur.
- Use the polarity marking to install in the correct orientation.
- It is not recommended to mix different battery types.
- Remove exhausted or drained batteries.

1. Flick the Floating Disc’s power switch ON and lay it on a flat surface.
2. Push in the Starblaster’s power button ON.
3. Tap the START/STOP button below the handle of the blaster. The disc’s motor will ignite.
4. Point the blaster at the disc and press in the throttle trigger, watch it levitate!
Point the blaster at the disc and release the throttle trigger, watch it fall to the ground.
1. If the blade becomes damaged or stops moving, turn the power OFF, and delicately pull
the blade free from the pointy metal bar.
2. Push fit the new blade over the pointy, metal bar making sure that the ODYSSEY logo on
the blade is facing up.
You may replace the blade with the spares included should your original blade become
damaged. Care must be taken to detach and attach it correctly.
The Shooting Star has a simple and fun objective
of keeping the LED floating disc in the air as long
as possible. Using IR technology, simply point
the blaster at the disc and pull the trigger to
watch it levitate. Release the trigger and you
will see the disc fall to the ground. Pull back the
trigger and up in goes again!
***You must always point the blaster at the disc to see any action!
***Make sure nothing is tangled around the pointy, metal bar. Remove any hair
and/or carpet fibers as they are typically the culprit of a slow or unmoving blade.

• Accurately assemble the Floating Disc and fly it under the guidelines of this manual.
Small parts should be installed by an adult.
•Manufacturers and dealers disclaim all responsibility for damage caused by misuse.
•Keep hands, hair and loose clothing away from rotors when powered on to prevent
damage to the vehicle or serious injury to oneself or others around.
•The Floating Disc should never be flown in high winds in excess of 5 MPH or near a pool.
•Never leave the device unattended when being charged.
• Do not submerge the unit in any liquids.
• Keep the unit dry.
• Disconnect the unit and monitor from USB power sources when not in use.
• Do not place the unit near powerful, un-shielded magnets.
• Do not expose the unit to extreme hot or cold temperatures.
• Do not hit, drop, or smash the unit with extreme force.
• Do not disassemble the unit for any reason.
