2.ケーブルについて
・カメラケーブ ル 、照 明 コントローラケーブ ル を着 脱 す るときは 、必 ず コントローラ本 体 の 
電源をきってください。
・カメラケーブ ルを 指 定 の 長さ以 上 で 使 用しない でください 。
・本製品をコントローラ（形FH）とカメラケーブル1本で接続する場合、カメラコネクタの
CH1にカメラケーブルを接続してください。
・本製品をコントローラ（形FH）とカメラケーブル2本で接続する場合、カメラケーブルの
種類と長さを合わせてご使用ください。
・本製品をコントローラ（形FH）とカメラケーブル2本で接続する場合、コントローラ側の
CH番号とカメラ側のCH番号を確認の上、接続してください。
・延長ユニット（形FZ-VSJ）を使用することで、カメラケーブルを最大3本まで連結す
ることが可能です。形FZ-VSJを用いる場合も、推奨のカメラケーブルをご使用ください。
・カメラケーブルを装着する際、推奨トルク（0.15N・m）で締め付けてください。カメラコネ
クタに過度に力を加えると、故障の原因になる場合があります。
・カメラケーブルのコントローラ側に、形ZCAT2035-0930A（TDK製）相当のフェライト
コアを 装 着してご 使 用ください。
・
カメラケーブル形FZ-VS□□には極性があります。銘板の貼られている側をコント
ローラに接続してください。
3.取付けについて
･カメラ本体を固定する際には規定トルク(M4:1.2N・ｍ）で確実に締め付けてください。
･本製品と専用照明コントローラ(形FL-TCC1、形FLV-TCC□)を固定する際に 
は専用取付金具(形FH-SM12-XLC(別売))をご使用ください。
・カメラ本体と形FH-SM12-XLCおよび専用照明コントローラを固定する際には規定
トルク(M4:1.2N･m／M2:0.15N･m)で確実に締め付けてください。
・
レンズはM42マウント専用レンズ(形3Z4S-LEVS-L□□□□/M42-10)をご使用ください。
4.光軸について
・光軸中心がカメラごとにばらつくことがあります。取付けるときは必ずモニタで映像の
中心位置を確認してください。本製品は材料の性質上、周囲の温度変化により光軸
中心が数画素変化することがあります。
5.メンテナンスについて
・本製品の清掃には、シンナー、アルコール、ベンジン、アセトン、灯油類は使用しないで
ください。
・撮 像 素 子 に大きなゴミや 埃が付 いた場 合は、ブロアブラシ（カメラレンズ用 ）で 吹き飛
 ば し てください 。呼 気 で 吹 き 飛 ば す こと は 避 け てくださ い 。
・レンズを取り外している時は、必ずM42マウントキャップをレンズ取付け部に装着して
ください。撮像素子にゴミや埃が付いた場合、誤検出、故障する恐れがあります。
・カメラ裏 側 の 使 用しないコネクタは 、必 ずコネクタキャップを 装 着してください 。コネクタ
キャップを外すと、異物の侵入により誤作動、故障する恐れがあります。
・拡張コネクタには、専用の機器（形FL-TCC1、形FLV-TCC□）以外は接続しな
い でください 。
6.撮像素子について
・本製品は、撮像素子の仕様上、計測条件やゲイン設定値により線が入ることがあり
ますが、製品の欠陥や故障ではありません。また、画素欠陥が複数存在することがあ
りますが、製品の欠陥や故障ではありません。
製品が動作不能、誤動作、または性能・機能への悪影響を防ぐため、以下のことを守っ
てください 。
1.製品の設置・保管について
次のような場所には設置・保管しないでください。
・周囲温度が定格の範囲を超える場所。
・温度変化が急激な場所（結露する場所)
・相対湿度が35〜85%RHの範囲を超える場所
使用上の注意
安全上のご注意
製品を安全に使用するために、以下のことを守ってください。
・取付けにおいて、ネジの締め付けは確実に行ってください。
・専用のカメラケーブル（形FZ-VS□□）、コントローラ（形FH）、照明コント
ローラ（形FL-TCC1、形FLV-TCC□）、延長ユニット（形FZ-VSJ）
以外は接続しないでください。専用品以外を接続して通電した場合、機器
が故障し、高温になる恐れがあります。
・万一、異常を感じたときにはすぐに使用を中止し、電源を切った上で、当社
支店・営業所までご相談ください。
・この製品を分解したり、修理、改造しないでください。
・廃棄するときは、産業廃棄物として処理してください。

■取付台座形FH-SM12-XLC（別売）の取り付けについて
下記の2通りの使用方法があります。
①専用照明コントローラ形FL-TCC1，形FLV-TCC□を固定する際に使用します。
形FL-TCC1および形FLV-TCC□固定時は付属のM2ネジを使用し，取付台座と
固定してください。(M2ネジ推奨締付トルク0.15N･m)
②三脚取付(1/4-20UNC)仕様でカメラを固定する場合に使用します。
取付台座はカメラの４方向の側面すべてに、M4ネジを使用して、取り付けることが
できます。(M4ネジ推奨締付トルク:1.2N・m）
※カメラ本体は，本体のネジ穴による取付けを推奨していますので、
取付台座形FH-SM12-XLCを使用する必要はありません。

4.Beam
・Thebeamcentermayvaryforeachcamera.Besuretoconfirmthecenterpositionof
theimageusingthemonitorbeforemounting.Inthenatureofthematerialsused,the
beamcenterofthisproductmaychangeforthenumberofpixelsduetochangesin
ambienttemperature.
5.Maintenance
・Avoidusingthinner,alcohol,benzene,acetoneorkerosenetocleantheproduct.
・Ifthereislargedirtordustattachedtotheimagingelement,blowthemoffwith
blowerbrush(forcameralens).Donotuseyourbreathtoblowthedustoff.
・ Whenthelensisnotmounted,besuretoattachtheM42-mountcaponthelensmount.Ifdirtor
dustisattachedtotheimageelements,falsedetectionorfailuremayoccur.
・Besuretoattachaconnectorcaponunusedconnectorsatthebackofthecamera.
Removingtheconnectorcapmaycauseaforeignmaterialenteringinthecamera,
causingfalseoperationorfailure.
・Donotconnectdevicestotheextensionconnectorotherthanthededicatedones

6.Imagingelement
・Inthenatureofimagingelement,linesmayappearinimagesduetomeasurement
conditionsorgainsettingvalue.Thisdoesnotindicatedamalfunction.Although

■ Mounting about exclusive mounting bracket (Model : FH-SM12-XLC (separate sale))
There are the following two ways of use.
①Please use this bracket when fixing this product and dedicated lighting
controller (Model : FL-TCC1 and FLV-TCC□).
Please use M2 screws and tighten up securely by rated torque(M2 : 0.15N･m),
when fixing this product and dedicated lighting controller.
②Please use this bracket when fixing this product and the camera with
1/4-20UNC.
This bracket can be attached to all four sides of the direction of the camera.
Please use M4 screws and tighten up securely by rated torque(M4 : 1.2N・m)
※The camera body is recommending installation by a screw hole of the body.
It's isn't necessary to use FH-SM12-XLC.
