Take a measurement.
1) Take a measurement when the power of the
monitor is off.
2) When your user ID and measurement results
are displayed, the measurement is complete.
3) Press the button to confirm your user ID.
Note: This monitor regularly recalibrates
automatically when it is not in use.
You can also implement the “0 lb”
correction before taking measurement by
flowing 1) -3) of STEP 5. When the “0.0
lb” is displayed, press the button (2
seconds or longer) to turn off the power.

Set-up your personal
data.

1) Press the button and the user ID “1”
blinks.
2) Press the button to select your user ID.
3) Press the button to confirm your user ID.
When complete, the year will blink.
4) Repeat the same steps to set your birth
date, gender, and height.
5) Step onto the monitor to take a measurement
when “0.0 lb” is displayed.
Step off the monitor after the measurement
results are displayed.
6) The personal data set-up is complete.
7) Press the button (2 seconds or longer) to
turn off the power.
Note: You can also set your personal data
on your smart device by following
the instructions from the “OMRON
HeartAdvisor” app.
Correct posture during the
measurement:
Step onto the monitor with your
bare feet.
Place the arches of your feet
onto the center of the monitor.
Do not bend your knees
during measurement.
Position monitor on a hard, level
floor.

Check the measurement
results.
After your measurement is complete, your
results will automatically rotate on the display.
Note: You can also confirm your measurement
results on your smart device by following
the instructions from the “OMRON
HeartAdvisor” app.

Press the button
(2 seconds or longer) to
turn off the power.
The power also turns off if the unit is not used
for 3 minutes.
