DURABILITY
The housing of the OPH1004 is sealed up to IP 54 standards
holding up well in environments where water and dust resistance
are required. The scanner withstands multiple drops up to 1.5
meters (5 feet) onto concrete.
CHARGING AND COMMUNICATION
The terminal transmits data via IrDA (batch method), usually by a dedicated
cradle. These cradles are charging and communication devices especially
developed for the OPH1004.
3 types of cradles are available:
CRD1001: for Serial connection (RS232, USB)
CRD1002: for Modem connection
CRD1003: for GSM connection

The OPH1004 is an elegant and reliable portable terminal.
For data collection, the terminal comes with 16MB memory,
accommodating regular inventories. The elegant design with
soft side grips provides the user comfort when handling this
lightweight scanner.
FAST AND AGGRESSIVE SCANNING PERFORMANCE
SCANNING
The high performance laser scanner provides a fast and accurate scan and is immediately ready for
the next scan even when the barcodes are printed with low contrast or high density.
MEMORY
The on-board memory of 16MB provides enough space to run business applications and store collected
data without the need to worry about the storage capacity. In case of sudden battery exhaustion, the
back-up function prevents loss of data.
