1. Abralatapa: Sujeteel asafirmemente, girelatapa en sentido delas agujas del relojhasta que sesuelte.
(Consultelas Figuras1y2)
2. Tome el recipienteinterioryllénelo conaguaylos alimentos. El aguaylos alimentos no deberían
sobrepasarlos 4/5ynodebeestarpordebajo de1/5delaalturadel recipienteinterior. Paraalimentos
que crecen, no debesersuperiora3/5.(Consultelas Figuras 3,4y5)
3. Limpieel interiorylaplacadecalentamiento antes devolveracolocarel recipienteinterior. Asegúresede
que nocaepolvo o manchas en laplacadecalentamiento yelcuerpo exterior.

Conesta funciónusted puede programareliniciode cocciónde la olla para quelacomida
este lista a lahora quedesee.

*Reviselajunta desellado, asegúresedeque sehacolocado enel anillo deacero interior.
*Girelajunta desellado paraasegurarsedequeencajaráenel anillo deacero.
*Vuelva acolocarlatapa ygírelaensentido contrario alas agujas del reloj hasta que encaje.(Consultelas
figuras 7y8)
5. Coloquelaválvuladedescargadepresiónensulugar. A continuaciónajústelo enel punto “Sellado
hermético” (ConsultelaFig.).Asegúresedequelaválvulaflotanteestá enlaposicióninferior(consultelas
figuras 9-ay9-b.).
6. Pulseel botóndelmenú(pulse“ARROZ” paracocinararroz, porejemplo)yseencenderáelindicador.
Puedeaumentarel tiempo decadamenuconlos botones+y-.
7. Parael menúdefunciones, consultelasinstrucciones decocciónparaajustarel tiempo adecuado. Pulse
el botón“Tiempo decoccionmanual” yel temporizadoraumenta 1min. Eltiempomáximo es99minutos
ydespués comienzaunnuevociclo (el tiempodecoccionmanual indicaeltiempoquesemantiene la
presiónunavez que llegaal nivel defuncionamiento deseado).
8. Sihaajustado previamenteel tiempo, el temporizadordisminuyede10en10 min. Cuando lacuentaatrás
finaliza, lapantallamuestra"00", seapagael indicadordel temporizadorycomienzalacocción.
9. El procesodecoccióncomienzacuando lapresióndedentroes suficientementealta.
Sipulsacualquierbotóndemenú enel panel, lapantallamostrará"P: XX".
(XX indicaeltiempo decocción;porejemplo, siusted programa15 minutos, lapantallamostraráP: 15), yel
tiempodecoccióndisminuye1minuto anivel interno.
10. Unavez terminadalapresurización, suenan tres “bips” deaviso, elindicadordefuncionamiento se
apagayen lapantallaaparece “0000” recordandoque lacomidaestá lista yque hacomenzado el
proceso decalentamiento. El indicador"Mantenercaliente/cancelar" parpadeasilapresiónenel
interiores alta; elindicadorsólo sequedafijo silapresióninternaes baja.
11. El botón"Mantenercaliente/cancelar" sirveparacancelarel ajustedelos parámetros o elestado de
funcionamiento actual.
Pulseunavezmás paracancelarelestado "MantenerCaliente" yseapagaráel indicador.
12. Ajustelaválvuladedescargadeairelimitadoradepresiónen“Salidadevapor” ylibereel airehasta que
caigalaválvulaflotante.(Consultelas figuras 10-ay10-b)
*Sisecocinanalimentoslíquidos como sopa dearroz, laválvuladedescargadepresiónno sepuede
retirarinmediatamentedespuésdequeelindicador"Mantenercaliente"comience aparpadear. Esperea
que laválvulaflotantenosigaflotando o lacomidapodríasalirseconel vapor.
Unpañohúmedo sobrelatapa hace queésta seenfríe más rápido.
*Serecomiendaqueel vaporseliberecuando elindicadorestéencendidosin parpadear. La presiónes
mucho más bajaen estemomento.

6. LIMPIEZA
1. Antesdela limpiezadesenchufeelcabledealimentación.
2. Limpieelbotóndela olla conun paño. Nosumerjanunca la olla en aguani pulvericeaguasobre
ella.
3. Saque ylimpieelcolector decondensaciónylímpieloconunpañohúmedo.
4. Limpiela parteinteriordela olla, incluidala junta desellado, la válvula dedescargadepresión,
carcasa antibloqueo, tubodeliberacióndevapor yválvula flotanteconaguayconun paño.
Utiliceunaesponjaouncepillosuavenometálicoyun pañoparalimpiarelinterior.
5. Limpieelasientodela válvula dedescargadeairelimitadoradepresiónyelorificiodedrenajede
aguaconuncepillopequeño, demaneraque elaguasepuedadescargartotalmente.

5.DIRECTIONS
1.Openthe lid: hold firmlythe handle,turnthe lid clockwiseuntil itloosens.
2.Takeouttheinnertank and fill infood and water.Food andwatershould benohigherthan4/5andno
lowerthan1/5ofthe heightofinnertank, andforexpandablefood, no higherthan3/5.
3.Cleantheinnertank andheatingplatebeforeputinthe innertank. Besureno dirtorsmearonthe heating
place and outertank. Afterthat, turnslightlytheinnertank tomakeitwell fitto the heating plate.

4. Putonthecover.
§Check thesealantwasher; makesureithas beenputonthe innersteel ring.
§Turnthesealantwasherto makesureitwell fittothe steel ring.
§Coverupthelid and turnitcounter-clockwiseuntilitgears withaclampingsound.
5. Putthepressuredischarging in its position.Then setitto “seal” point. Besurethat thefloating valveis in
downposition.
6.Press themenu button(press “rice”forrice cooking, forexample) and theindicatorlights up.
7.Forfunctionmenu, pleasereferto cookinginstructions to setproperpressurekeepingtime.Pressthe
“optional pressureholdingtime” buttonand thetimerincreasesby10min.Themaximumtime settingis
99 minutes andafterthat, itbegins anewcycle(optional pressureholding timedenotes thetimepressure
sustained afteritgets todesiredworking pressure).
Aftertime setting, press “functionmenu” button.Thetimingindicatorwill flashand the“functionmenu”
indicatorlights up.If youhavepre-setthe time, thetimerwill decreaseeachtimeby10min. Whenthe
countdownends, thedisplay shows “00”, the timing indicatorgoes outandthe cookingbegins.
In caseofno timepre-set, press the menubuttonor“functionmenu” button, the indicatorwill lightup,
denotingthestartofthe cooking.
Pressureholdingprocess beginswhen pressureinsideishigh enough:
a. If youpress anymenu buttononthe panel, thedisplay will show“P000”.
b.If youpress the“functionmenubutton”, thedisplaywill show“P000”. (00 denotes pressureholdingtime;
forexample,if youse15 minutes, thedisplay will show0P15), and thepressureholdingtimedecreases in
1minuteinternal.
Whenpressurizing is over, itwill deliverthreerings, the working indicatorwill go outandthe display
shows“0000”, remindingthe endofcookingand startofkeepwarmprocess. The“keepwarm”indicator
flashes ifpressureinsideis high; theindicatorjustremains onifthe pressureis low.
Press “keepwarm/cancel” buttontocancel parametersetting orcurrentworkingstatus.
Press oncemoretimetocancel the“keepwarm”status and the indicatorgoes out.
8.“Keepwarm” indicatorflickers to indicatethefood is ready.Press “keepwarm/cancel” tocancel and you
cantakefood now.
-Setthe pressurelimitingairreliefvalveto “exhaust” and dischargetheairuntil the float controlledvalve
drops.
§Whenthefluid food such as congeeiscooked,the pressuredischarging valvecannotbetakenup
immediatelyafterthe“keep“arm” indicatorbegins to flash.What until thefloating valveisno longer
floating orthefoodmay puff off withthesteam.A wettowelonthelid canspeed upthe cooling.
§Itis recommended that the steamisdischarged whenthe indicatoris onwithoutflashing.Thepressureis
much lowerat this time.
§Unplugthepowercable.
§Hold andturnthe handleclockwiseuntil thelid comes to the clamping positionand takeupthe lid.

3. Takeoff andcleanthewatercollector andwashitwithawettowel.
4 . Cleantheinnersideofthecooker, includingthesealantwasher, pressuredischarging valve, anti-
blocking case, steamreliefpipe, floatingvalvewithwaterandcleanitwithamop.
5 . Useasponge ornonmetal soft brushtocleantheinnertakeandcleanitwithamop.
6 . Cleantheseat ofpressurelimitingair reliefvalveandwaterdrainholewithasmall brush, sothat
watercanbefreely discharged.
