REQUISITI PER L'INSTALLAZIONE:

levig re opportun mente. È IMPORTANTE CHE IL PUNTO IN CUI ABBIATE DECISO DI FISSARE IL SOLLEVATORE
SIA ADATTO A RESISTERE AL TIRO DEL SOLLEVATORE STESSO, ONDE EVITARE GRAVI DANNI.

PROCEDURA DI MONTAGGIO:
Un volt st bilit l posizione di mont ggio pr tic re i fori con l dim fornit corredo, fiss re l' rg no
serr ndo i d di sui prigionieri (i tir nti h nno un lunghezz st nd rd che permette di fiss rli d un p rete
di spessore min di 18mm e m x di 30mm). Colleg re il motore con gli ppositi c vi provenienti d l teleruttore
(togliere tensione prim di oper re sull p rte elettric ). Togliere l rondell di copertur , sfil re il perno,
lloggi re l' sol dell cinghi in prossimità del foro sede perno, rimont re il perno e ri vvit re t ppo,
vvolgere l cinghi .

USO
-Gli rg ni ITALWINCH sono st ti esclusiv mente re lizz ti per recuper re TENDER di piccole dimensioni con
c rico non superiore l v lore indic to nelle t belle, non sono dei punti di forz , non utilizz re questi
pp recchi per ltri usi, l'uso improprio potrebbe c us re d nni ll' rg no stesso o persone.
-L ITALWINCH non si ssume nessun respons bilità per d nni diretti o indiretti c us ti per uso improprio
persone o cose.
-Dis ttiv re sempre l' rg no qu ndo non è in uso per prevenire zion menti ccident li.

-Tenersi sempre lont ni dur nte le oper zioni di c l t o recupero.
-Se l cinghi si incepp o si rigir su s'è stess ripetere l'oper zione di c l re e recuper re f cendo
ttenzione che il problem non si ripresenti, se l cinghi non si posizion in m nier corrett e viene l sci t
per lunghi periodi in quest posizione, potrebbero cre rsi delle microrotture, e c us re un cedimento dell
cinghi stess dur nte un utilizzo successivo.
-EVITARE DI AVVICINARSI O AVVICINARE OGGETTI ALL'ARGANO QUANDO È IN FUNZIONE, TOGLIERE
TENSIONE QUANDO SI OPERA MANUALMENTE, PERSONE PRESENTI A BORDO POTREBBERO AZIONARE
ACCIDENTALMENTE L'ARGANO CON IL CONTROLLO REMOTO O IL TELECOMANDO
MANUTENZIONE
ATTENZIONE PRIMA DI COMPIERE OPERAZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE SULL' ARGANO TOGLIERE
COMPLETAMENTE LA TENSIONE A TUTTA LA LINEA.

periodic mente i depositi di s le che si form no sulle superfici esterne, per evit re pericolosi fenomeni di
corrosione, l v re con cqu dolce le superfici esterne e sciug re ccur t mente.
ATTENZIONE: Il motore elettrico ll'interno dell' rg no non è st gno; resiste spruzzi d' cqu m non d
immersione
Per le p rti elettriche rimuovere l'ossido presente speci lmente sui cont tti del motore e
teleruttore/teleinvertitore
con uno spr y per cont tti elettrici e cosp rgerli con gr sso.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

INSTALLATION
PACKAGE CONTENTS:
Winch complete of cover ge, ge rmotor, cont ctors/reversing cont ctor units, ssembly screws, drilling

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:
The winch c n be positioned t ny point, vertic lly or horizont lly, once identified the mounting loc tion ,
verify th t the surf ce of support is s fl t s possible, otherwise smooth ppropri tely.
IT'S IMPORTANT THAT THE POINT WHERE YOU HAVE DECIDED TO FIX THE LIFT IS SUITABLE TO RESIST THE
PULL, MAY SERIOUSLY DAMAGE

- All electric l components (motor, cont ctor, controllers) must be inst lled so s to be protected g in

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
After selecting the inst ll tion position, drill holes using the templ te provided, fix the winch tightening the
nuts on the studs (the bolts re of length st nd th t llows you to tt ch to w ll of minimum thickness
of 18mm nd 30mm m x). Connect the motor with the ppropri te c bles from the cont ctor (remove
power before working on electric l p rts).
Remove the cover pl te nd the pin, housing the slot of the se t belt round the hole pin, repl ce the bolt
nd screw c p, wr p the str p.

OPERATION
- ITALWINCH Winches ITALWINCH were exclusively designed for sm ll to recover TENDER lo d does not
exceed the v lue indic ted in the t bles they re not strong points. Do not use these devices for other
purposes: improper use could c use d m ge to the nchor winch or injury to persons.
- ITALWINCH ssumes no li bility for direct or indirect injury or d m ge c used to persons or property s
result of improper use.
- The winch h s not been designed to hold the cr ft in severe we ther conditions (g les or storms).
- Alw ys switch off the winch when not in use so s to prevent ccident l ctiv tion.
- Do not exceed the lo d limit. We recommend iding the winch during the oper tions of recovering nd
c sting the TENDER.
- M ke sure there re no b thers or other cr ft ne rby before c sting the nchor.
- Alw ys inst ll n ppropri te therm l m gnetic bre ker to protect the circuit nd electric motor from
overhe ting or d m ge.
- Secure the ch in with f stener (sh ckle) before st rting your bo t trip.
- Alw ys keep h nds nd feet w y from the nchor winch while it is oper ting.
- If the ch in gets c ught, switch off the nchor winch nd try to free the ch in, using extreme c ution.
- All electric l components (motor, cont ctor, controllers) must be inst lled so s to be protected g in
spl shes or spr ys of w ter
- DO NOT GO NEAR OR BRING OBJECTS NEAR THE WINCH WHILE IT IS OPERATING. DISCONNECT THE
POWER SUPPLY WHEN OPERATING MANUALLY, ALSO WHEN DISENGAGING THE CLUTCH. PERSONS ON
BOARD COULD ACCIDENTALLY ACTIVATE THE ANCHOR WINCH WITH THE REMOTE OR RADIO CONTROL.
MANTENANCE
WARNING BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE JOBS ON THE WINCH COMPLETELY DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY TO
THE ENTIRE WINCH LINE.

remove s lt deposits th t form on the outer surf ces to prevent electrolysis problems, rinse with fresh w ter
nd dry the exterior thoroughly
WARNING: The electric motor to intern ls winch is not w terproof, resist nt to spl shing w ter but not
submerged
For electric l p rts to remove oxide on the cont cts of this p rticul r motor nd cont ctor/motor st rter
with n electric l cont ct spr y nd sprinkle with gre se.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
MZ Electronic S.r.l. gu r ntees th t in norm l use nd by meeting the m inten nce progr mmes, the
nchor windl ss is covered by w rr nty for period of 2 ye rs from the d te of purch se by the ultim te
user.
MZ Electronic S.r.l. li bility will be limited to the rep ir or repl cement of ll p rts of the product th t show
m teri l or processing defects.
MZ Electronic S.r.l. will not be li ble in ny wh tsoever m nner for f ilures, or ny consequent d m ge
deriving from:
- use of the nchor windl ss in n pplic tion for which it w s not designed or envis ged;
- corrosion, degr d tion by UV r ys nd we r;
- non-observ nce of the m inten nce pl n;
- wrong or unsuit ble inst ll tion of the product;
- ny modific tion or lter tion of the product;
- conditions of use beyond the specific tions nd the perform nces of the product:
- Except for different directives given directly by MZ Electronic S.r.l., ny product subject to w rr nty
request must be returned to MZ Electronic S.r.l., which will n lyse the problem.
- The w rr nty does not cover the ccessory costs met for interventions, remov l, tr nsport, nd inst ll tion
of the product;
- M inten nce c rried out by persons not uthorised by MZ Electronic S.r.l. will inv lid te this w rr nty
