1. Correct use
Operational safety is only guaranteed if the product is
used as intended.
In the start-up phase of a system or after extensive
changes, there may still be more air in the system.The
automatic deaerator is used to automatically discharge
the air during this phase.
The automatic deaerator is an automatic, hygroscopic
rapid air vent that temporarily replaces the manually
operated vent valve installed at the factory.
•The automatic venting function is active when the
rotary handle is turned clockwise firmly against
the stop.The cellulose fibre discs that make up
the seal set allow air to escape and collect in the
station without allowing liquid to escape.
•For manual venting (usually when filling the
system),you can turn the rotary handle anti-
clockwise (approx. 1 turn). Air in the station
escapes.The venting process is complete when
water begins to leak out.Turning the rotary
handle clockwise activates the automatic function.
Any use beyond and/or different from this is
considered improper use.

1. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Betriebssicherheit ist nur bei
bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung des Produktes
gewährleistet.
In der Anlaufphase einer Anlage oder nach
umfangreichen Änderungen kann sich in der Anlage
vermehrt noch Luft befinden. Der Entlüftungsautomat
dient dazu, in dieser Phase die Luft automatisiert
abzuleiten.
Der Entlüftungsautomat ist ein automatischer,
hygroskopischer Schnellentlüfter der das werkseitig
verbaute manuell zu bedienende Entlüftungsventil
temporär ersetzt.
•Die automatische Entlüftungsfunktion ist aktiv,
wenn der Drehgriff im Uhrzeigersinn fest gegen
Anschlag gedreht wird. Die
Zellulosefaserscheiben, die den Dichtungssatz
bilden, lassen Luft entweichen, die sich in der
Station sammelt, ohne dass dabei Flüssigkeit
austreten kann.
•Für die manuelle Entlüftung (in der Regel beim
Befüllen der Anlage) können Sie den Drehgriff
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn aufdrehen (ca. 1
Drehung). In der Station vorhandene Luft
entweicht.Der Entlüftungvorgang ist
abgeschlossen, wenn Wasser auszutreten beginnt.
Durch drehen des Drehgriffs im Uhrzeigersinn
wird die Automatikfunktion aktiviert.
Jede darüber hinausgehende und/oder andersartige
Verwendung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

 Schließen Sie die Kugelhähne des Heizungskreises
und des Heizkreises ( 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 ).
 Öffnen Sie das Entlüftungsventil ( 2 ).
 Tauschen Sie das manuelle Entlüftungsventil ( 2 )
gegen den Automatikentlüfter (
1 ) aus.
 Bringen Sie den beiliegenden Aufkleber gut
sichtbar an Ihrer Wohnungsstation an und
vermerken Sie das Austauschdatum darauf.
 Befüllen Sie den Heizungskreis gemäß
Betriebsanleitung der Wohnungsstation
RegudisW-HTE.
3. Wartung
Beachten Sie die Hinweise zur Wartung in der
Betriebsanleitung zu Ihrer Wohnungsstation.

ACHTUNG
Wasserschaden durch austretende
Flüssigkeit
Im Entlüftungsautomaten sind Wasser
bindende Zellulosefaserscheiben für die
Automatikfunktion verbaut. Diese Scheiben
verlieren nach einiger Zeit ihre Funktion.
Dadurch kann Flüssigkeit austreten.
!
Tauschen Sie den Ventileinsatz im Rahmen der
vorgeschriebenen Wartung aus.
fFühren Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen,spätestens
alle drei Monate eine Sichtprüfung auf austretende
Flüssigkeit durch.Tauschen Sie gegebenenfalls den
Ventileinsatz des Entlüftungsautomaten aus.
fTauschen Sie spätestens nach einem Jahr den
Automatiklüfter wieder gegen das werkseitig
verbaute Entlüftungsventil aus.
4. Entsorgung
ACHTUNG
Verschmutzungsgefahr für die Umwelt!
Nicht fachgerechte Entsorgung kann zu
Umweltschäden führen.

 Close the ball valves of the primary circuit and the
heating circuit ( 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 ).
 Open the vent valve ( 2 ).
 Replace the manual vent valve ( 2 ) with the
automatic deaerator (
1 ).
 Attach the enclosed sticker to your dwelling
station so that it is clearly visible and note the
replacement date on it.
 Fill the primary circuit according to the operating
instructions of the Regudis W-HTE dwelling
station.
3. Maintenance
Observe the maintenance instructions in the
operating instructions for your dwelling
station.

NOTICE
Water damage due to leaking liquid
Water-binding cellulose fibre discs are installed
in the deaerator for the automatic function.
These discs lose their function after some
time.This can cause fluid to leak out.
!
Replace the valve insert within the scope of the
prescribed maintenance.
fCarry out a visual inspection for leaking liquid at
regular intervals,at least every three months.If
necessary, replace the valve insert of the automatic
deaerator.
fReplace the automatic deaerator with the factory-
fitted vent valve after one year at the latest.
4. Disposal

Risk of environmental pollution!
Incorrect disposal can lead to environmental
damage.

Dispose of packaging materials in an
environmentally friendly manner.

If possible, recycle the components.
!
Dispose of non-recyclable components according
to local regulations.

ATTENTION
Dégâts des eaux dus à une fuite de liquide
Des disques en fibres de cellulose fixant l'eau
sont installés dans le purgeur d'air pour la
fonction automatique.Ces disques perdent
leur fonction au bout d'un certain temps. Du
liquide peut alors s'écouler.
!
Remplacer le mécanisme dans le cadre de la
maintenance prescrite.
fEffectuer un contrôle visuel à intervalles réguliers,
au plus tard tous les trois mois,pour vérifier
l’absence de fuites de liquide.Si nécessaire,
remplacer le mécanisme du purgeur d’air
automatique.
fRemplacer au plus tard au bout d’un an le purgeur
d’air automatique par le robinet de purge monté en
usine.
4. Traitement des déchets
ATTENTION
Risque de pollution pour l'environnement !
Une élimination non conforme peut entraîner
des dommages environnementaux.

Éliminer les matériaux d'emballage d'une manière
respectueuse de l'environnement.

Si possible, recycler les composants.

Éliminer les composants non recyclables
conformément aux réglementations locales.

1. Utilisation conforme
La sécurité d’exploitation n’est garantie que si le produit
est affecté à l’utilisation prévue.
Lors de la phase de démarrage d’une installation ou
après d’importantes modifications, il peut encore y
avoir plus d’air dans l’installation. Le purgeur d’air
automatique sert à évacuer l’air de manière
automatisée durant cette phase.
Le purgeur d’air automatique est un purgeur
automatique hygroscopique rapide qui remplace
temporairement le robinet de purge à commande
manuelle installé en usine.
•La fonction de purge automatique est active
lorsque la poignée rotative est tournée fermement
dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre, jusqu’en
butée. Les disques en fibres de cellulose qui
constituent le jeu de joints permettent à l’air de
s’échapper et de s’accumuler dans la station,sans
risque de fuite de liquide.
•Pour la purge manuelle (en général lors du
remplissage de l’installation),vous pouvez tourner
la poignée rotative dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d’une montre (environ 1 tour).L’air
présent dans la station s’échappe.La purge est
terminée lorsque l’eau commence à s’écouler. En
tournant la poignée rotative dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre, la fonction automatique
est activée.
Toute utilisation au-delà et/ou toute autre utilisation
est réputée non conforme.

 Fermer les robinets à tournant sphérique du
circuit primaire et du circuit de chauffage ( 3 , 4 ,
5 , 6 ).
 Ouvrir le robinet de purge ( 2 ).
 Remplacer le robinet de purge à commande
manuelle ( 2 ) par le purgeur d’air automatique ( 1 ).
 Apposer l’autocollant joint de manière bien visible
sur votre station d’appartement et y noter la date
de remplacement.
 Remplir le circuit primaire conformément à la
notice d’utilisation de la station d’appartement
Regudis W-HTE.
