and Material Safety Data Sheet supplied for the spray material.
Follow all safety precautions. CAUTION: Well Ventilated
Area Required to remove fumes, dust or overspray. Check
compatibility of materials used with Polyethylene container
and PVC Fluid Hose. Secure airhose and fluid hose
wrench tight for safety and to prevent leaks.

SPRAY GUN
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
INTRODUCTION:
This Spray Gun is best suited for thin to medium viscosity materials.
Spray Gun needs to be fed from a Pressure Feed Tank, Fluid Pump, or Pressure Feed Cup.
OPERATION:
Strain Fluid before spraying.
AIR AND FLUID CONNECTIONS:
Attach Airhose to 1/4” N.P.T.
1. Air Connection: To remove any accumulated foreign matter blow out all hoses before using.
   a.AirsupplytoSprayGunmustbeturnedoffbeforeattachingttingtotheAirInlet.
   b.AttachAirHosetotheAirOutletontheAirRegulatorandAirInletonthebottomofthehandleon
the Spray Gun.
AttachFluidHoseto3/8”N.P.S.(Makesureallttingsaretight).
2. Fluid Hose: Run Fluid Hose from Spray Gun to Pressure Pot.
a.AttachHosetotheuidinletoftheFluidBody.
Air and Fluid Pressure Setup:
Startuidpressureat25PSIandairpressureat30PSI.Airshouldbe5-10PSIoveruidpressure.
Fromthereyoucanincreaseuidandairpressurestoassistinsprayingthickeruids.
Keeptheairpressure5-10PSIhigherasyouincreasetheuidtopreventbackowintoyourpressuretank.

Air & Fluid Pressures may vary with Extension Length or Viscosity.
AdjustmentKnobattherearoftheGuncontrolsyourNeedleStroke.(Needleshutsmaterialoffatthetip).
InserttipofExtentionWandintoitembeingcoated,pulltriggerandpullbacktheGunwithasmoothstroke.
This Manual Spray Gun requires clean dry air. Paasche Regulator & Condenser Units are recommended for
attachingtoairsupplylinetoremovewater,oil,rustorscaleandhelpinsureaqualitynishofcoating.

TROUBLE SHOOTING: Sputtering Spray : Check for a loose or split Fluid Tip.
(Make sure Fluid Pressure is not overcoming Atomizing Air).
Unbalanced Spray Pattern : Remove Aircap and Fluid Tip and
clean with solvent/water and blow dry with air pressure.
Always be sure Fluid Tip & Aircap are tightened securely.
