temperature
taking

Replace
any
low-voltage
batteryto
ensure
full
power
supply.

measurement,
leave
the thermometerfor

minutes
in
measurement
location.

An
unexpected
fluctuation
of
ambient temperature
is
lilrely
to
affect
measurement accuracy.
When
a measurement site temperature
varies
with
the
thermometer location,
or
taking a temperature measurement
in
front
of
an
air
conditioner,preciseresults
will
not
be
possible.

sure
to
keep
ear
clean
from cerium deposits and other
blockage
as
this
can
causeinaccuracy.

treated,

reading
by

Make
sure
the
device is
in
the
BODY
temperaturetaking

the
POWER/SCAN
button,
the
gently
move

surface

the
forehead, release thebutton, you
will
hear
a
beep
sound,
the
reading
displays
on
the
RCreen.

9.1 The probe tip
is
the

part
of
the
thermometm'.
It
has to
be
clean
and intact
to
ensure
accurate readings.Hold
the
appliance
with
the
probe
tip
facing
down
to
prevent liquid
from
entering
the
probe tip area, very gently
wipe
thesurface
with
a
cotton
swab
or
soft
cloth
moistened withalcohol.
