6 Service Mode
6.1. Preparation of Secret Mode
Before proceeding to each Secret Modes, carry out the following Preparation of the Secret Mode.
1. Insert the Power plug to the power source while the switch on the Power source switch block is OFF.
2. While keeping pushing the buttons of and on the Controller, turn on the switch of the Power source switch block and
wait for approximately three seconds.
(Then, “CO” is shown on the display and it beeps once.)
3. You can choose each operation modes (CO-CE) in the Secret Mode list by pushing the buttons of and on the Control-
ler. Push the OK button to confirm the operation.
You can return to the Preparation mode by pushing the OK button for more than approximately three seconds.
Notes: [C5] and [CC] are not used for repair.

6.2. Display of Total Usage Time [C0]
1. Proceed the procedures of 6.1. Preparation of Secret Mode.
2. Push the buttons of and till C0 appears, and push the OK button.
3. Push the OK button again, then 1,000's place, 100's place, ten's place, and single's place are shown every time you push the
OK button.
4. If you push the OK button after single's place, it beeps twice and resumes to 3.

1. Proceed the procedures 6.1. Preparation of Secret Mode.
2. Push the buttons of and till C3 appears, and push the OK button.
3. Again, push the buttons of and till the necessary number (01-15) appears, which you want to check.
4. Again, push the OK button, then 1,000's place blinks.
5. Push the OK button again, then 100's place, ten's place, and single's place blink every time you push the OK button.
6. If you push the OK button after single's place, it beeps twice and resumes to 3.

• Sensor does not detect anything. →Whole lead disconnection, connectors come off, sensor faulty.
• Sensor detects abnormal changes. →Partial lead disconnection, sensor faulty.
• When Massage mechanism block starts, Sensors are faulty. →Each Motor rotation sensor is faulty.
* If Position sensors are faulty, Sensors do not detect any changes.

2. Push the buttons of and till C9 appears, and push the OK button.
3. Again, push the OK button, then ''01'' is shown on the display.
Push the buttons of and till 01-03 appears that you need, and push the OK button.
* Display shows the conditions when the Massage mechanism block stopped abnormally. Contents of the display
are connected to ''C4''.
Error information except for the total usage time and each operation time is deleted on No.03.
If these errors occur, the information is memorized as above.

6.9. Manual Mode [CE]
Manual mode is used to remove or install the Massage mechanism block from or to the Massage chair, or to check each operations.
(You can check the individual operations of up/down, massaging, intensity, and tapping.)
1. Proceed the procedures of 6.1. Preparation of Secret Mode.
2. Push the buttons of and till CE appears, and push the OK button.
You can start each operations by pushing each buttons.
