Installation information
2. Assemble the cartridge valve in the F1/
T1 bypass valve block (BPV) and tighten
to 46 ± 3 Nm
Note: Remember to lubricate the seal on
the cartridge valve before assembly
in the valve block.
3. Assemble the solenoid to the cartridge
valve and tighten the nut to 8 ± 1 Nm
4. Assemble first the spacer bushing with two
O-rings in the suction port on the top of the
pump. Than assemble the complete valve
block with the pressure connector and O-
rings in the pressure port on the end cap
on top of the pump as shown in the figure
to the right and the two figures below. The
Pressure connector – shall be tighten to:
50 ± 10 Nm for BPV-F1-25 to -61 and
T1-81,100 ± 10 Nm for BPV-F1-81 to
-101 and T1-121
Note: As the BPV is symmetrical, it can be
’turned 180°’ to prevent interference with
chassis components; it can be utilised for
either left hand or right hand pumps.

UK
Manual override can be used if the electrical cable to the
solenoid valve is broken or if the solenoid valve is not working.
• Before activating the manual override
on bypass valve, turn off the diesel
engine!
• Remove the protection cup (1)
• Use 13 mm Wrench (4) and loosen the
lock nut (3)
• Use 4 mm Allen key (5) and
screw down the screw (2) until it stops.
The manual override is now activated.
NOTE!
Do not remove the screw (2).
If you do that, oil will be coming out from
the hole.
• Tighten the lock nut (3)

When you have used the
manual override function
please repair the failure
and adjust the screw to the
original position, otherwise
the hydraulic pump can be
damaged. Contact Parker

5. Assemble the suction fitting to the valve
block as shown in the figure to the right A
’suction fitting’ consists of a straight, 45°,
90° or 135° suction fitting, clamps, cap
screws and O-ring.
IMPORTANT!
Alwaystightenthepressureconnector(see
page 4) before tightening the cap screws
(to 20 – 25 Nm).
NOTE: A suction fitting kit is not included
with the pump; it must be ordered
separately

6. Installation of flow restrictor (valid only
for pump F1-25):
- Remove items 1, 2, 3 and 4
- Install items 5 and 4; carefully push down
until item 4 bottoms against the housing
seat
- Remove item 4 and push down item 5 until
it seats
NOTE: Make sure not to damage the
housing seat for item 4
- Reinstall items 4, 3, 2 and 1 and tighten
to 125 ± 15 Nm.

2. Zusammenbau des Einschraubventiles in
das BPV. Anzugmoment 46 ± 3 Nm
Anmerkung: Die O-Ringe müssen immer
gefettet werden!
3. Zusammenbau der Magnetspule mit dem
Einschraubventil. Anzugsmoment 8 ± 1 Nm
4. Als erstes die Distanzbuchse mit beiden
O-Ringen in die Saugleitung der Pumpe
einsetzen. Anschließend das komplette
BPV mit Hohlschraube und O-Ringen in
den Druckanschluss der Pumpe instal-
lieren. Anzugsmoment für Hohlschraube:
50 ± 10 Nm für BPV-F1-25 bis -61 und
T1-81,100 ± 10 Nm für BPV-F1-81 bis
-101 und T1-121
Anmerkung: Da das BPV symmetrisch ist,
kann es um 180 ° gedreht werden, um eine
Störung der Chassis-Komponenten zu ver-
hindern. Es kann für die links- bzw. rechts-
drehende Pumpe verwendet werden!

Manuelle Handbetätigung wird erforderlich, wenn das elektrische
Kabel zum Ventil beschädigt ist oder das Ventil nicht arbeitet.
• Bevor die Handbetätigung vom
Bypassventil aktiviert wird, Motor
abschalten!
• Schutzkappe (1) abnehmen
• Nehmen Sie einen Schrauben-
schlüssel der Größe 13 mm (4) und
lösen Sie die Sicherungsmutter (3).
• Benutzen Sie einen Innensechs-
kantschlüssel Größe 4 mm (5) und
ziehen Sie die Schraube (2) fest.
Die manuelle Nothandbetätigung
ist aktiviert.
Hinweis!
Nicht die Schraube (2) entfer-
nen. Wenn das passiert, kommt Öl
aus der Bohrung.
• Die Kontermutter (3) festziehen.

Erinnerung!
Wenn die manuelle Nothand-
betätigung nicht mehr benutzt
wird, bitte die Schraube in den
Originalzustand zurückbauen.
Wird das nicht geändert, kann
die Pumpe großen Schaden
nehmen.
Kontaktieren Sie Parker Han-
nifin oder Ihren Lieferanten für
eine neue Schutzkappe.

Installation information
5. Setze den Sauganschluß in das BPV ein –
siehe Bild rechts. Sauganschlußset gibt es in
der 45, 90 und 135 Gradausführung.
Es besteht aus Ansaugadapter, O-Ring, 2
Halteklammern und 2 Imbussschrauben.
Wichtig!
Ziehen Sie zuerst die Hohlschraube (siehe Seite
7) fest, bevor Sie die Imbussschrauben (bis 20-
25 Nm) anziehen.
Anmerkung: Das Sauganschluß-Kit ist nicht im
BPV enthalten! Es muß separat
bestellt werden.
6. Durchflussdrossel Installation
(Gültig nur für die Pumpe F1-25):
- Einzelteile, Position 1, 2, 3 und 4 ausbauen
- Einzelteile 5 und 4 einbauen; drücken Sie
hierbei sorgfältig Einzelteil 4 gegen den Bo-
den des Gehäusesitzes.
- Entfernen Sie Einzelteil 4 und drücken Sie
jetzt Einzelteil 5 gegen den Boden des Ge-
häusesitzes.
ANMERKUNG:
Bitte sorgfältig arbeiten, um den Gehäusesitz für
Einzelteil 4 nicht zu beschädigen.
- Bauen Sie jetzt die Einzelteile 4, 3, 2 und 1
wieder ein. Anzugmoment 125 ± 15 Nm.

Assembly Contact Insertion (DTM, DT, DTP)
1. Grab the crimped
contact approxi-
mately 25 mm
behind the con-
tact barrel.
2. Hold connector
with rear socket
facing you.
3. Push contact
straight into con-
nector socket
until a click is felt.
A slight tug will
confirm that it is
properly locked
in place (also see
page 6).
4. Once all contacts
are in place, insert
orange wedge:
receptacles - with
half holes align-
ing with contacts.
Plugs - with con-
tacts aligning be-
hind full holes. The
orange wedge will
snap into place.
NOTE: The recep-
tacle is shown - use
the same procedure
for plug.
Contact Removal
1. Remove orange
wedge using
needlenose
tongs to pull
wedge straight
out.
2. To remove the
contacts, gently
pull wire back-
wards, while at
the same time
releasing the
locking finger by
moving it away
from the contact
with a screw-
driver (also see
page 9).
3. Hold the rear
seal in place,
as removing the
contact will dis-
place the seal.

Montage - Kontakt einführen (DTM, DT, DTP)
1. Nehme den ver-
krimpten Kabel-
schuh ca. 25 mm
in die Hand..
2. Halte verkrimpten
Kabelschuh und
Stecker.
3. Drücken Sie den
Kontakt gerade
in die Steckdose,
bis ein Klicken
hörbar ist. Ein
leichter Klick
bestätigt, dass er
ordnungsgemäß
verriegelt ist (sie-
he auch Seite 6).
4. Sobald alle Kon-
takte in Position
sind, setzen Sie
den orangefarbe-
nen Keil ein.
Anschließend ras-
tet der Keil ein.
HINWEIS: Die
Steckhülse ist fertig.
Verwenden Sie das
gleiche Verfahren
für den Stecker.
Kontakt entfernen
1. Entfernen Sie
den orangefar-
benen Keil mit
einer Zange und
ziehen ihn gerade
heraus.
2. Um die Kontakte
zu entfernen,
ziehen Sie vor-
sichtig den Draht
nach hinten, und
lösen Sie gleich-
zeitig den Ver-
schluss, in dem
Sie ihn mit einem
Schraubendreher
aus dem Kontakt
entfernen (siehe

3. Halten Sie die

excluded from the scope of the machinery directive following the “Cetop” Position
Paper on the implementation of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC in the Fluid Power
Industry.
All PMDE products are designed and manufactured considering the basic as well as the
proven safety principles according to:
• ISO 13849-1:2015
• SS-EN ISO 4413:2010
so that the machines in which the products are incorporated meet the essential health
and safety requirements.
