1.
Open the internal construction zip to access the mounting
points of the backpack shoulder straps.
2.
Push the backpack shoulder straps out through the slot
opening.
Removing the standard
backpack shoulder straps

Separate the backpack shoulder straps from the high-viz
yellow buckles.

Push the buckle apart using a pointed object.

Separate the shoulder straps and webbing strips.

Pull the webbing with hook tape through the high-viz yellow
eyelet.
Note:
looped part of the
webbing points away
from the backpack.

Thread the pick-up points from the backpack shoulder straps
through the pick-up points of the backpack. Thread the web-
bing end of the strap through the slot first and then tighten the
rest from the inside.
8.
Thread the end of the webbing through the loop of the
backpack shoulder straps and fix it to the hook tape.
9.
Repeat step 8. with the second backpack
shoulder strap.

10.
Fix the hook tape areas on the back of the hip belt pad with
the fleece tape of the webbing strips.
The backpack is ready for use.
11.
Place the Velcro tabs of the hip pad around the webbing to
secure the pad.
12.
Reconnect the high-viz yellow buckles of the
backpack shoulder straps.
