Installation and Assembly - VCR Mounting Tray
IMPORTANT!
Read entire instruction sheet before you
start assembly and installation.
Before you start make sure all parts listed below
are included with your product.
Parts List
Some parts may appear slightly different than illustrated.
Drill four 1/8" dia. x 1" deep holes in mounting surface
using the lower tray (B) as a template. Attach lower tray
(B)tomounting surface with four #10 phillips screws(C)
andwashers(E)asshown.
AlternativeInstallation: Peel off paper to expose adhesive
tape on bottom of lower tray (B) and attach to mounting
surface.

Flip VCR upside down and remove the four outermost screws that attach bottom pan to VCR. Note: Do not remove pan when
removing the screws! Position upper tray (A) so that the holes on tray align with holes on VCR. Attach tray to VCR using four #6
phillips screws (D) and washers (E).
Alternative Installation: Flip VCR upside down and sec-urely attach four adhesive studs (J) to corners of VCR as shown. Before
adhering studs to VCR be sure each stud will penetrate a hole in the random perforated hole pattern on upper tray (A)!
Place upper tray (A) on VCR as shown. Attach studs to tray using four nylon nuts (K) and 1/4" washers (L). Hand tighten nylon
nuts!

Slide upper tray (A)with mounted VCR onto lower tray
(B)ashown.
Model 233 & 312 - Insert M5 penta-pin screw (F) using
penta-pin tool into upper tray (A) as shown.
Model 233K - Install lock plug (G) and lock key (H)
into upper tray (A) as shown.
Note: Use lock key (H) to turn
(clockwise) the lock plug (G) in lock
barrel. Securely tighten - key must
be in horizontal position to be
removed.
