• Fordonet ska vara avstängt när det hissas upp
i lyften.
• Använd bara lyftbordet om underredet står fast
mot underlaget, hjulet på det yttbara
underredet är frikopplat och lasthållarna på
stödarmarna är stadigt placerade mot
lyftpunkterna på fordonet.
• Se till att inga personer benner sig i
arbetsområdet vid höjning och sänkning av
lyften.
• Gå ej under lyften innan säkerhetspärren har
kopplats in.
• Det är inte tillåtet att stå eller klättra på
lyftbordet.
Viktigt
• Se till att inga ledningar kommer i kläm under
tunga föremål, lyften eller fordonet.
• Observera varningsdekalerna som är placerade
på lyftbordet.
• Vid konstruktionen av enheten har hänsyn
tagits till att uppfylla de krav på säkerhet som
gäller.
• Säkerhetsspärra bordet med metallstången vid
önskad arbetshöjd.

Lyftens konstruktion
Lyften är en yttbar modell för användning
inomhus. Den används till att hissa upp MC, cyklar
eller motsvarande vid reparationer och
servicearbeten.
Installationen och driftsättning
Kontrollera att den tänkta arbetsplatsen fyller
förutsättningarna för att använda lyften. Ytan ska
vara fast, jämn och utan lutning och arbetsytan
kring lyften behöver vara minst 1 m på varje sida.
Montering
Packa upp lyften och kontrollera innehållet. Skulle
det nnas några skadade eller saknade delar,
kontakta din leverantör omedelbart.
• Fäst rampen i ändan av plattformen med hjälp
av brickor och hårnålssprint.
• Montera framhjulsfästet på framdelen av
plattformen med bultar, brickor och muttrar.
• Montera stopplåten med bultar, brickor och
muttrar.
Före första användningen
Låt pumpen stå i en timme för att låta oljan
sjunka före luftning av systemet. OBS: Om du inte
ger tillräcklig tid för oljan att sätta sig kan det
resultera i att luft blir kvar i oljan. Då nns risk för
att pumpen inte kommer att lufta ur helt första
gången och en andra luftning kommer att krävas.
Testa lyften, olastad, era gånger genom att höja
den successivt till full höjd och sedan sänka den.
Tryck på sänkpedalen så att lyften sänks långsamt
för att kontrollera att lyften fungerar som den ska.

säkerhetsinstruktioner och varningar före använd-
ning. Varningar, försiktighetsåtgärder och
instruktioner som nämns i denna bruksanvisning
kan inte täcka alla tänkbara förhållanden och
situationer som kan uppstå. Därför måste
operatören använda produkten med sunt förnuft
och försiktighet eftersom alla riskfaktorer inte kan
förebyggas, utan måste lämnas till
verksamhetsutövaren.
Placera lyften på en lämplig plats, kontrollera att
ytan där lyften kommer att stå är fast och vågrät.
Rulla upp motorcykeln via rampen, upp på
plattformen. Lås framhjulet i framhjulsfästet för att
förhindra föryttning av motorcykeln. Fixera även
motorcykeln med remmar eller spänn- band på ett
säkert sätt till plattformen.
Pumpa med fotpedalen för att höja lyften. När
plattformen har höjts till arbetshöjd, stäng
luftventilen (eller sluta pumpa) och
säkerhetsspärra bordet med metallstången.
Genom att sätta i metallstången genom hålen i den
främre lyftarmen, så att lyften inte oavsiktligt kan
sänkas.
När arbetet är klart, kolla under lyften för att
säkerställa att det inte nns några hinder och att
det är säkert att sänka. Ta bort metallstången och
tryck sedan försiktigt på sänkpedalen för att sakta
sänka lyften. Håll alltid händer och fötter borta från
rörliga delar. OBS: Ju mer ventilen öppnas desto
snabbare sjunker lyften ned. Se till att
sänkningen är långsam och kontrollerad. När lyften
är helt sänkt, frigör motorcykeln, öppna
framhjulsfästet och rulla bort cykeln från lyften.
Underhåll
Om lyften behöver repareras och/eller det nns
några delar som behöver bytas ut, låt lyften
repareras av en behörig tekniker och använd
endast reservdelar från tillverkaren.
När lyften inte används ska den bör förvaras i den
lägsta positionen på en torr plats för att minimera
att ram och kolv rostar.
Håll alltid lyften ren och torka av eventuell olja eller
fett. Smörj alla rörliga delar, kontrollera regelbundet
ramen och kolven efter tecken på korrosion.
Rengör utsatta områden med en ren oljad trasa.
Före varje användning kontrollera alla delar, om
någon del av lyften är skadad eller sliten, tag lyften
ur bruk och vidta nödvändiga åtgärder för att
reparera lyften.
Kontrollera hydrauloljenivån. Fyll på vid behov
genom att ta bort påfyllningspluggen på pumpen
och fylla på med hydraulolja avsedd för domkrafter.
Om lyftkapaciteten sjunker, rensa bort luft ur
hydraulsystemet som tidigare beskrivits.

Scrapping

environmentally friendly manner.
NOTE
Read the user manual carefully before use. Make
sure all users read and understand this manual.
Warning
• Do not exceed the maximum permissible load
capacity.
• Do not move the lift when it is loaded with a
vehicle.
• The vehicle must be switched off when it is
hoisted up in the lift.
• Only use the lifting table if the chassis is xed
to the ground, the wheel on the movable
chassis is disengaged and the load carriers on
the support arms are rmly placed against the
lifting points on the vehicle.
• Make sure that no people are in the work area
when raising and lowering the lift.
• Do not walk under the lift before the safety
interlock has been activated.
• It is not allowed to stand or climb on the lift.
Important
• Make sure that no cables get caught under
heavy objects, the lift or the vehicle.
• Observe warning decals that are placed on the
lift.
• In the construction of the unit, consideration
has been given to meeting the safety require-
ments that apply.
• Safety lock the table with the metal bar at the
desired working height.

The construction of the lift
The lift is a movable model for indoor use. It is
used to lift motorcycles, bicycles or similar during
repairs and service work.
Installation and commissioning
Kontrollera att den tänkta arbetsplatsen fyller
förutsättningarna för att använda lyften. Ytan ska
vara fast, jämn och utan lutning och arbetsytan
kring lyften behöver vara minst 1 m på varje sida.
Mounting
Unpack the lift and check the contents. Should
there be any damaged or missing parts, contact
your supplier immediately.
• Attach the ramp to the end of the platform
using washers and Spring pins.
• Mount the front wheel bracket on the front of
the platform with bolts, washers and nuts.
• Mount the stop plate with bolts, washers and
nuts.
Before first use
Let the pump stand for one hour to allow the oil to
sink before venting the system. NOTE: Failure to
allow sufcient time for the oil to settle may result
in air remaining in the oil. Then there is a risk that
the pump will not vent completely the rst time
and a second aeration will be required. Test the lift,
unloaded, several times by gradually raising it to
full height and then lowering it. Press the lowering
pedal so that the lift is lowered slowly to check that
the lift works properly.

Instructions for use
Warning! Read, understand and apply safety in-
structions and warnings before use. Warnings,
precautions, and instructions mentioned in this
manual may not cover all possible conditions and
situations that may arise. Therefore, the operator
must use the product with common sense and
caution as not all risk factors can be prevented, but
must be left to the operator.
Place the lift in a suitable place, making sure that
the surface where the lift will stand is rm and
horizontal.
Roll up the motorcycle via the ramp, up on the plat-
form. Lock the front wheel in the front wheel brack-
et to prevent movement of the motorcycle. Also
secure the motorcycle with straps to the platform.
Pump with the foot pedal to raise the lift. When
the platform has been raised to working height,
close the air valve (or stop pumping) and lock the
table with the metal bar. By inserting the metal bar
through the holes in the front lifting arm, so that the
lift cannot be accidentally lowered.
When the work is done, check during the lift to
ensure that there are no obstacles and that it is
safe to lower. Remove the metal bar and then
gently press the lowering pedal to slowly lower the
lift. Always keep hands and feet away from moving
parts. NOTE: The more the valve opens, the faster
the lift descends. Make sure that the lowering is
slow and controlled. When the lift is completely
lowered, release the motorcycle, open the front
wheel bracket and roll the bike away from the lift.
Maintenance
If the lift needs to be repaired and / or there are any
parts that need to be replaced, have the lift repai-
red by a qualied technician and use only spare
parts from the manufacturer.
When not in use, it should be stored in the lowest
position in a dry place to minimize rusting of the
frame.
Always keep the lift clean and wipe off any oil or
grease. Lubricate all moving parts, regularly check
the frame and piston for signs of corrosion. Clean
exposed areas with a clean oiled cloth.
Before each use, check all parts, if any part of the
lift is damaged or worn, take the lift out of service
and take the necessary measures to repair the lift.
Check the hydraulic oil level. Top up if necessary by
removing the lling plug on the pump and top up
with hydraulic oil intended for jacks.
If the lifting capacity decreases, remove air from
the hydraulic system as previously described.
