Allmänna säkerhetsföreskrifter
Vid arbete med maskiner bör följande punkter alltid
beaktas. Ta även hänsyn till arbetsplatsens säker-
hetsföreskrifter och respektera alla de lagar, regler
och förordningar som gäller där maskinen används.
• Städa ofta. Damm, avfall och bråte på en arbets-
plats ökar risken för olycka, brand och explosion.
• Arbeta inte i mörker eller dålig belysning.
• Förvara aldrig explosiva eller brandfarliga väts-
kor och gaser inom arbetsområdet.
• Håll barn utanför arbetsområdet.
• Var särskilt uppmärksam på maskinens var-
ningssymboler.
• Använd inte maskinen om du är trött eller påver-
kad av droger, alkohol eller medicin.
• Använd vid behov, skyddsutrustning såsom and-
ningsskydd, skyddshandskar, hörselskydd och
skyddsglasögon.
• Bär för ändamålet lämpliga arbetskläder och
halksäkra skor. Använd hårnät om du har långt
hår, bär inte smycken eller löst sittande kläder
som kan fastna.
• Låt aldrig din vana vid maskinen leda till oförsik-
tighet.
• Kontrollera att alla skydd sitter på plats och är i
god funktion. Kontrollera att alla maskindelar, är
hela och sitter korrekt monterade.
Säkerhetsinstruktioner
Tillverkaren tar inget ansvar för olyckor och skador
på personer eller utrustning som orsakats av felak-
tig användning.
Elinstallationen ska utföras av elektriker med be-
hörighet för aktuellt arbete. Följ instruktioner och
varningstexter om installation, användning och
underhåll i denna manual. Låt manualen
finnas i närheten av utrustningen hela tiden.
• Överskrid inte den högsta tillåtna lastkapacite-
ten (2500 kg).
• Lyft alltid mot den tyngsta delen av bilen. Van-
ligtvis med pumpenheten placerad bakom bilen
när motorn är placerad fram.
• Fordonet ska vara avstängt när det hissas upp i
lyften.
• Se till så att säkerhetsspärrarna är på utsidan.
• Låsstängerna måste kunna röra sig fritt längs
botten av sina kanaler; de får inte vara uppe i
luften när du höjer ramperna (om de gör det är
det mest troliga problemet att låsstångens bult
är överdragen).
• Placera ramperna under fordonet. Kör eller rulla
aldrig upp på ramperna.
• Försök inte lyfta ett fordon som ligger direkt på
rampen i bottenläget. Lyften kräver lite utrymme
mellan marken och ditt fordon för att bygga upp
tillräckligt med tryck för att lyfta det.
• Se till att inga personer befinner sig i arbetsom-
rådet vid höjning och sänkning av lyften.
• Gå ej under lyften innan säkerhetspärren har
gripit in.
• Det är inte tillåtet att stå eller klättra på lyften el-
ler fordonet, eller att plcera verktyg, materiel eller
andra föremål på dessa.
• Elskåp och ledningar ska skyddas från vatten.
Läs igenom användarmanualen noggrant före
användning.
Försäkra dig om att alla användare läser och förstår
denna manual.
Lyften är endast godkänd för installation och
användning inomhus. Utomhusinstallation är
förbjuden.

Miljöskydd/Skrotning
Återvinn oönskat material, släng
det inte bland hushållssoporna. Alla
maskiner, tillbehör och förpackningar
skall sorteras och lämnas till en
återvinningscentral och där kasseras
på ett miljövänligt sätt.

Monteringsanvisning
Montera fast plattan med hjulaxel och uttag för
handtag på baksidan av pumpenheten. Använd de
medföljande 4 skruv och muttrarna.
Montera på hjulen. Sätt först brickan på hjulaxeln,
sedan hjulet med den konkava sidan utåt. Fäst
sedan hjulet med låsringen.
Montera på handtaget med de medföljande två
skruvarna, muttrarna och brickorna.
Ta bort den gulla pluggen från pumphuset och fäst
hydraulslangen. Kontrollera så att packningen inte
sitter fast på pluggen. Dra åt ordentligt.
Koppla hydraulslangen till de båda lyftramperna
med snabbkopplingarna. Kontrollera så det sitter
ordentligt.

Fyll på hydraultanken med ca 4 liter hydraulolja,
VG32.

PARKING MODE
 Lower until the safety catches engage. The
lifting ramp is now fixed.
 Always make sure that the vehicle is correctly
positioned on the lifting ramp.
 Lift the ramps with on the controller.
 Release the safety catches.
 Lower the ramps with on the controller.
Instruktioner
Lyft: Se alltid till att fordonet är korrekt placerat på
lyftrampen. Lyft upp ramperna med på
styrenheten.
Sänkning: Lossa säkerhetsspärrarna. Sänk
ramperna med på styrenheten.
Parkeringsläge: Sänk tills säkerhetsspärrarna
låser. Lyftrampen är nu fixad.

Underhåll
VARNING: koppla bort strömmen innan du utför
något underhåll!
Dagligen:
• Kontrollera säkerhetslås visuellt innan hantering
av lyft
• Kontrollera hydrauliska kopplingar och slangar
för läckage.
• Kontrollera bultar, skruvar och muttrar innan
användning.
Veckovis:
• Kontrollera att de rörliga delarna och glidytorna
är rengjorda.
• Kontrollera oljenivån i tanken.
Månadsvis:
• Kontrollera att de rörliga delarna är rengjorda.
• Kontrollera hydrauliksystemet och spänn om
nödvändigt åt hydraulkopplingarna.
• Kontrollera slitage på stag och valsar.
• Kontrollera slitage på lyftarmen och relevanta
förllängare.
Årskontroll
• Kontrollera alla bärande axlar och bussningar.
• Kontrollera hydraulikslangar, ventielr, anslutning-
ar och fastsättningar.
• Grundlig smörjning av axlar.
• Byt hydraulolja (VG32) i oljetanken.
Smörjpunkter
Smörj vid behov. Lyften är smörjd vid leverans.
Ställ lyftrampen lite på sidan och smörj rörliga delar med hjälp av en oljekanna.

Environmental protection/
Scrapping
Recycle any unwanted material,
do not throw it in the household
rubbish. All machines, accessories
and packaging must be sorted and left
at a recycling center and disposed
of in an environmentally friendly
manner.
• Do not exceed the maximum permissible load
capacity (2500 KG/5500 LB).
• Always lift towards the heaviest part of the car.
Usually with the pump unit placed behind the car
when the engine is placed in front.
• The vehicle must be switched off when it is
hoisted up in the lift.
• Place the lifting frames in the desired location
with both lock bars on the outside.
• The lock bars must be able to move freely along
the bottom of their Channels; they must not stay
up in the air when you raise the Frames (if they
do, the most likely problem is that the lock bar
bolt is over-tightened).
• Place the ramps under the vehicle. Never drive
or roll up on the ramps.
• Do not try to raise a load at no net rise. Your lift
requires some space between the ground and
your vehicle to build up enough pressure to raise
a load. It cannot raise a full load from a comple-
tely at starting position
• Make sure that no people stand in the work area
when raising and lowering the lift.
• Do not go under the lift until the safety catch has
engaged.
• It is not permitted to stand or climb on the lift
or vehicle, or to place tools, equipment or other
objects on them.
• Electrical cabinets and wiring must be protected
from water.
Read the user manual carefully before use.
Make sure all users read and understand this
manual.
The lift is only approved for installation and indoor
use. Outdoor installation is prohibited.
General safety instructions
When working with machines, the following points
should always be considered. Also observe the
safety regulations of the workplace and respect all
the laws, rules and regulations that apply where the
machine is used.
• Clean often. Dust, waste and debris in a work-
place increase the risk of accident, fire and
explosion.
• Do not work in dark or poor lighting.
• Never store explosive or ammable liquids and
gases within the work area.
• Keep children out of the work area.
• Pay special attention to the machine's warning
symbols.
• Do not use the machine if you are tired or under
the inuence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
• If necessary, use protective equipment such as
respiratory protection, protective gloves, hearing
protection and goggles.
• Wear suitable work clothes and non-slip shoes
for the purpose. Use hair nets if you have long
hair, do not wear jewelry or loose-fitting clothing
that can get caught.
• Never let your experiance of the machine lead to
carelessness.
• Check that all guards are in place and in good
working order. Check that all machine parts are
intact and correctly mounted.
Safety instructions
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for ac-
cidents and injuries to persons or equipment caused
by improper use.
The electrical installation must be carried out by an
electrician with a license for current work. Follow the
instructions and warning texts on installation, use
and maintenance in this manual. Let the manual

Remove the yellow plug from the pump housing and
attach the hydraulic hose. Check that the gasket is
not stuck on the plug. Tighten properly.
Connect the hydraulic hose to the two lifting ramps
with the quick couplings. Check that it ts properly.
Mount on the wheels. First place the washer on the
wheel axle, then the wheel with the concave side
outwards. Attach then the wheel with the locking
ring.
Mount on the handle with the included two screws,
nuts and washers.
Assembly instructions
Mount the plate with wheel axle and socket for
handles on the back of the pump unit. Use the supp-
lied 4 screws and nuts.

Fill the hydraulic tank with approx. 4 liters of hydraulic
oil, VG32.

Lubrication points
Lubricate if necessary. The lift is lubricated on delivery.
Place the lifting ramp slightly on the side and lubricate all moving parts with
the help of an oil jug.
Maintenance
WARNING: disconnect power before performing any
maintenance!
Daily:
• Visually inspect the safety lock before handling
the lift
• Check hydraulic fittings and hoses for leaks.
• Check bolts, screws and nuts before use.
Weekly:
• Check that the moving parts and sliding surfa-
ces are cleaned.
• Check the oil level in the tank.
Monthly:
• Check that the moving parts are cleaned.
• Check the hydraulic system and tighten the hy-
draulic couplings if necessary.
• Check wear on struts and rollers.
• Check wear on the lifting arm and relevant exten-
sions.
Annual inspection
• Check all load-bearing shafts and bushings.
• Check hydraulic hoses, valves, connections and
fasteners.
• Thorough lubrication of shoulders.
• Change hydraulic oil (VG32) in the oil tank.
