Viktigt!
Denna bruksanvisning skall anses som en del av
lyften och ska alltid förvaras tillsammans med
denna. Om lyften säljs, så skall bruks-anvisningen
överlämnas till den nye ägaren. Förvara alltid bruks-
anvisningen på en för användaren lättillgänglig
plats och se till att den bevaras i gott skick. Bruks-
anvisningen innehåller viktig information som rör
din säker-het. Följ noga säkerhetsinstruktionerna
för att undvika risk för personskador och skador på
utrustningen.
Användning, lyft
1. Stäng utsläppsventilen genom att skruva hand-
taget medurs. Använd inte överdriven kraft.
2. Fäst med lämplig utrustning föremålet på lyf-
tens krok.
3. Pumpa med handtaget upp och ner. Kon-
trollera upphängningen av lasten, om den är
OK fortsätt att pumpa till önskad höjd. Placera
godkända pallbockar under upp-lyft last innan
arbete utförs.
Säkerhetsinstruktioner
• Läs igenom och följ de instruktioner som fi nns
i denna manual innan du använder lyften. Se till
att arbetsområdet har ett betryggande och till-
räckligt ljus. Använd inte lyften om du är trött
eller påverkad av droger, alkohol eller medicin.
• Städa regelbundet. Damm och bråte på en
arbetsplats ökar risken för olycka, brand och
explosion
• Endast utbildad personal får använda lyft-
utrustningen. Lyften får endast användas för
lyftning enligt instruktionerna i denna manual.
• Överskrid aldrig lyftens maximala lyftkapacitet.
Överbelastning kan skada lyften och leda till
olycka.
• Lyften får bara användas på hårda, plana un-
derlag, som tål den belastning den kom-mer att
utsättas för. Om användning sker på annan typ
av underlag så kommer lyften att bli instabil
och man riskerar att den upp-lyfta lasten kan
rasa ner.
• Lyften får endast användas för motorlyft.
• Överskrid inte lyftens angivna maximala be-
lastning.
• Låt aldrig barn sköta eller leka med lyften.
• Håll fingrar, händer och fötter borta från lyft-
armar eller andra rörliga delar. Att inte följa
dessa varningar och säkerhetsinstruktioner
kan resultera i att lyften skadas eller i värsta
fall livsfarlig personskada.
Sänk
OBS! Sänk alltid lasten långsamt.
1. Öppna utsläppsventilen genom att skruva hand-
taget moturs. OBS! Öppna inte utsläppsventilen
mer än ett varv.
2. Avlasta lyften snarast genom att ställa lasten
på en godkänd vagn eller på liknande utrust-
ning.

Underhåll
Påfyllning av olja.
1. Ställ pumpenheten lodrätt, öppna ventilen pla-
cera pumphandtaget nedsänkt.
2. Tryck ner kolven i bottenläge.
3. Ta bort oljepluggen av gummi mitt på pum-
penheten.
4. Oljenivån skall ligga vid botten av
påfyllninghålet. Vid behov – fyll på med
hydraulolja avsedd för domkrafter. Lufta syste-
met genom att försiktigt höja och sänka lyften
flera gånger.
5. Sätt tillbaka oljepluggen.
6. Smörj regelbundet leder med en tunn olja.

Miljöskydd/Skrotning
Återvinn oönskat material, släng
det inte bland hushållssoporna. Alla
maskiner, tillbehör och förpackningar
skall sorteras och lämnas till en
återvinningscentral och där kasseras
på ett miljövänligt sätt.

Luftning av systemet
Ibland inträffar det att luftblåsor stannar kvar inne
i kolven, vilket leder till att effekten mins-kar. Lufta
då på följande sätt:
1. Öppna utsläppsventilen och ta bort olje-plug-
gen.
2. Pumpa snabbt med spaken flera gånger för att
tvinga ut luften.
3. Stäng utsläppsventilen och sätt tillbaka ol-
jepluggen. Lyften ska nu fungera normalt. Om
inte, upprepa luftningen.

Renspolning av ventilerna
Ibland kan det fastna skräp eller partiklar inuti hy-
draulpumpen som förhindrar att ventilerna stängs
ordentligt, vilket leder till att effekten minskar.
Rengör då ventilerna på följande sätt:
1. Sänk lyften och stäng utsläppsventilen.
2. Dra upp lyftbommen 5–10 cm och öppna däref-
ter utsläppsventilen.
3. Tryck ner så fort det går.
Rostskydd
Se till att kolv, pump och ställskruv står i bot-tenlä-
ge när lyften inte används. Undvik kontakt med fukt
och väta. Om lyften blir blöt ska den torkas av och
alla delar smörjas.
Felsökning
Lyften kan inte lyfta full kapacitet.
• Kontrollera att utsläppsventilen är stängd.
• Kontrollera oljenivån och fyll på vid behov.
• Lufta systemet för att släppa ut ev.
luftbubblor.
• Spola rent ventilerna på det sätt som beskri-vits
här.
Lyften sjunker när den är belastad
• Kontrollera att utsläppsventilen är stängd.
• Spola rent ventilerna på det sätt som be-
skrivs här.
Olja läcker från oljepluggen
• Kontrollera oljenivån och töm ev. ut över-fl
ödsolja.
Lyften känns svampig
• Kontrollera oljenivån och fyll på vid behov.
• Lufta systemet för att släppa ut eventuella
luftbubblor.
Pumpspaken åker upp eller slår tillbaka när
lyften är belastad
• Spola rent ventilerna på det sätt som be-
skrivs här.
Lyften kan inte lyfta upp till full höjd.
• Kontrollera oljenivån och fyll på vid behov.
• Lufta systemet för att släppa ut ev. luftbubblor.

Safety instructions
• Read and follow the instructions in this manual
before using the lift. Make sure that the work
area has a reassuring and sucient light. Do
not use the lift if you are tired or under the influ-
ence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
• Clean regularly. Dust and debris in a workplace
increase the risk of accident, fire and explosion
• Only trained personnel may use the lifting
equipment. The lift may only be used for lifting
according to the instructions in this manual.
• Never exceed the maximum lifting capacity of
the lift. Overloading can damage the lift and
lead to an accident.
• The lift may only be used on hard, flat surfaces
that can withstand the load to which it will be
subjected. If use is made on another type of
surface, the lift will be unstable and there is a
risk that the lifted load may fall down.
• The lift may only be used for motor lifting.
• Do not exceed the specified maximum load of
the lift.
• Never let children take care of or play with the
lift.
• Keep finger, hands and feet away from lifting
arms or other moving parts. Failure to follow
these warnings and safety instructions may
result in damage to the lift or, in the worst case,
fatal injury.
How to use: lift
1. Stäng utsläppsventilen genom att skruva hand-
taget medurs. Använd inte överdriven kraft.
2. Fäst med lämplig utrustning föremålet på lyf-
tens krok.
3. Pumpa med handtaget upp och ner. Kon-
trollera upphängningen av lasten, om den är
OK fortsätt att pumpa till önskad höjd. Placera
godkända pallbockar under upp-lyft last innan
arbete utförs.
Lower
NOTE! Always lower the load slowly.
1. Open the discharge valve by screwing the
handle counterclockwise. NOTE! Do not open
the discharge valve more than one turn.
2. Unload the lift as soon as possible by placing
the load on an approved trolley or similar equip-
ment.

1. Set the pump unit vertically, open the valve,
place the pump handle lowered.
2. Push the plunger down to the bottom.
3. Remove the rubber oil plug in the middle of the
pump unit.
4. The oil level should be at the bottom of

system by gently raising and lowering the lift fl
your times.
7. Replace the oil plug.
8. Lubricate the joints regularly with a thin oil.

Aeration of the system
Sometimes it happens that air bubbles remain
inside the piston, which leads to a decrease in the
effect. Then ventilate as follows:
1. Open the discharge valve and remove the oil
plug.
2. Pump quickly with the lever fl your times to
force the air out.
3. Close the discharge valve and replace the oil
plug. The lift should now work normally. If not,
repeat the aeration.

Environmental protection/
Scrapping
Recycle any unwanted material,
do not throw it in the household
rubbish. All machines, accessories
and packaging must be sorted and left
at a recycling center and disposed
of in an environmentally friendly
manner.
Important!
These operating instructions must be considered
as part of the lift and must always be kept with
them. If the lift is sold, the operating instructions
must be handed over to the new owner. Always
keep the operating instructions in a place that is
easily accessible to the user and ensure that they
are kept in good condition. The operating instruc-
tions contain important information concerning
your safety. Carefully follow the safety instructions
to avoid the risk of personal injury and damage to

Flushing the valves
Sometimes debris or particles can get stuck inside
the hydraulic pump which prevents the valves from
closing properly, which leads to a reduction in po-
wer. Then clean the valves as follows:
1. Lower the lift and close the discharge valve.
2. Pull up the boom 5–10 cm and then open the
discharge valve.
3. Press down as soon as possible.
Rust protection
Make sure that the piston, pump and adjusting
screw are in the bottom position when the lift is not
in use. Avoid contact with moisture and moisture.
If the lift gets wet, wipe it off and lubricate all parts.
Troubleshooting
The lift cannot lift at full capacity.
• Check that the discharge valve is closed.
• Check the oil level and top up if necessary.
• Vent the system to release any.

The lift drops when it is loaded
