Ringer and Speaker Volume
Speaker Volume
While in a hands-free conversation [To an Extension]
Press the [ ] or [ ] to adjust the volume 1. Press the intercom button
Handset/Headset Volume 2. Dial an extension number
While using the handset or headset [To an Outside Party]
Press the [ ] or [ ] to adjust the volume 1. Pick up the handset
Ringer Volume 2. Select a line
While on-hook or receiving a call 3. Dial the outside party's phone number

During a Conversation 2. Press [REDIAL]
Call Hold
