1. Sballaretuttelecomponentichesitrovanonellascatola,togliereicartonioleimbottiturediprotezionedel
telaio.
2. Ruotarelaforcelladi180°eportarlainposizionediutilizzoconl’attaccomanubriorivoltoversoavanti.
3. Montarelaruotaanterioreconiduerelativibulloni,usareunachiaveesagonaleda15mmperserrarei
bulloni.
4. Utilizzandounachiaveabrugolada4mmsmontarelaplacchettaanterioredell’attaccomanubrioemontareil
manubrionellaposizionecorretta,centratorispettoall’attaccomanubrio.
5. Montareilfrenoanterioresullaforcellautilizzandounabrugolada5mm.Lerondellezigrinatevannomontate
trafrenoeforcella.
6. Montareilcavodelfrenoanteriore,facendoloscorrerenellaguainapartendodallalevafreno.Bloccareilcavo
sulcorpofrenoutilizzandounachiaveabrugolada5mm.
7. Registrareipattinifrenoanterioreeposterioreutilizzandounachiaveabrugolada4mm.Ipattinidevono
essereallineatiecentraticonlapistafrenante.
8. Registrareladistanzadeipattinifrenodalcerchioagendosullavitediregolazione.Ipattinifrenodevonostare
acirca2mmdallapistafrenante.
9. Tagliareilcavofrenoineccesso.Inserireilcapocordainalluminioebloccarlopressandolosulcavo.
10. Montarelasellaserrandoilbloccaggiosellaconunachiaveabrugolada4mm.
11. Montareipedalidestroesinistro,rispettandolaposizionedimontaggioserigrafatasulcorpopedale.Ilpedale
destrovaavvitatoinsensoorario,ilpedalesinistrovaavvitatoinsensoantiorario.
12. Montaretuttiicatadiottridisicurezzasulleruote,sulmanubrioesulreggisella.

ASSEMBLYINSTRUCTIONSFOR“LUNGAVITA”BIKE
Intheboxyouwillfindthefollowingcomponents:
‐Themainpartsofthebicycle(frame,fork,headset,stem,rearwheelandthetransmission)arealready
assembled.
‐n.1frontwheel
‐n.1frontbrake
‐Frontbrakecable
‐Saddleandseatpost
‐n.2pedals
‐n.1kitofsafetyreflector
Foralltighteningtorquespleaserefertotheattachedinstructions(“UsingyournewPinarellobike”).
Theassembleprocedureisthefollowing.
1. Unpackallcomponentsyoufindinthebox,removecardboardorpadswhichprotecttheframe.
2. Putthestemfrontfacing,withaclockwiserotationof180degreesofthefork.
3. Mountthefrontwheelusingthetwoboltsprovided.Tighttheboltswitha15mmhexagonalwrench.
4. Disassemblethefrontclampofthestemandassemblethehandlebarwitha4mmAllenwrench.Besurethat
thehandlebariscenteredinthestem.
5. Assemblethefrontbrakewitha5mmAllenwrench.Betweentheforkandthebrakemountthemilled
washers.
6. Mountthefrontbrakecable,startingfromthebrakelever.Lockthecableonthebrakewitha5mmAllen
wrench.
7. Adjustthefrontandtherearbrakepadswitha5mmAllenwrench.Besurethatthepadsareinthecenterof
thebrakingsurface.
8. Adjustthefrontandrearbrakepadswiththeadjustmentscrew.Besurethatthepadsareadjustedatthe
properdistancefromtherim(about2mm).
9. Cutthecableofthebrakeandmountthecableterminal,pressingitwithapairofpincers.
10. Mountthesaddleandtheseatpostwitha4mmAllenwrench.
11. Mountthepedals.Therightandleftpedalsaredifferent.Pleaserefertotheprintingoneachpedal.Screwthe
rightpedalclockwiseandtheleftpedalcounterclockwise.
12. Mountallsafetyreflectorsonwheels,seatpostandhandlebar.
13. Centrethestemwiththefrontwheelandtightitsbolts.

2. Gabel180°drehen,umsieindiegebrauchpositionlegen,mitdenVorbauVorher.
3. MontierenSieDasVorderradmitdiedazugehörigenBolzen.SiekönneneinebenutztensechseckigeSchlüssel,
umdiBolzenzufesten.
4. Miteine4mmInbusschlüsselumbauenSiedievordereTeilvonVorbau,undmontierenSiederLenkerindie
richtigeLage,zentralinbezugaufdenLenker.
5. MontierenSiedieBremseaufdemGabelmiteine5mmInbusschlüssel.DiechagrinierteBeilagscheibe
müssenzwischenBremseundGabelmontiertwerden.
6. MontierenSiedieKabelvonVorbremse,beiGleitungderHülsevondieSchalthebel.FiliereSiedieKabelauf
dieBremsemiteine5mmInbusschlüssel.
7. Miteine4mmInbusschlüsseleinstellenSiedievorder‐ undHiterbremsbelags,diemitdenReifeingereihte
undzentriertemüssensein.
8. SiekönnendieEntfernungvonBremsbelagsvomReifenmitdieRegulierschraubeeinstellen.DieBremslags

1. Déballertouteslescomposantesqu'ontrouvedanslaboîte,enleverlesprotectionsducadre.
2. Tournerlafourchede180°etlapositionercommepourl’utilisationavecguidontournéversenavant.
3. Monterlaroueavantaveclesdeuxrelatifsboulons,enutilisantunecléhexagonalede15mmpourserrerles
boulons.
4. Enutilisantuneclépourboulonsde4mmdémonterlaplaquetteavantdelapotenceetmonterleguidon
danslapositioncorrigée,justeaumilieudelapotence.
5. Monterl’etriérdefreinavantsurlafourcheenutilisantuneclépourboulonsde5mm.Lesrondellescanelées
doiventêtremontéesentrefreineetfourche.
6. Monterlecâbledel’etriérdefreinavant,enlefaisantglisserdanslagaineenpartantdulevierfreine.Bloquer
lecâblesurlecorpsdufreineenutilisantuneclépourboulonsde5mm.
7. Enregistrerlespatinsdufreineavantetarriéreenutilisantuneclépourboulonsde4mm.Lespatinsdoivent
êtrealignésetcentrésaveclapistefreinante.
8. Enregistrerladistancedespatinsdefreindurayonenagissantsurlesvisderégulation.Lespatinsdefrein
doivents’arreteràenviron2mmdelapistefreinante.
9. Couperlecâbleenexcès.Insérerlebutéedegaineenaluminiumetlebloquerfaisantdelapressionsurle
câble.
10. Monterlaselleenserrantleblocageselleavecuneclépourboulonsde4mm
