COMPATIBILITY

CONNECTING THE CHARGER TO YOUR DEVICE
1Unfold the AC plug completely.
2Plug the charger into a power outlet. The indicator light turns on.
3Connect the USB-C cable from your device’s USB-C port to the charger.
4Connect additional devices to the USB-A ports (optional).
Note: When plugging in power to a hub or dock, the wall charger may need to be plugged in last.

My device won’t charge.
• This charger is for USB-C devices that use 47 W or less power and USB-A devices that use a total of
12 W or less power. Check your device’s specications to make sure that it is compatible.
• Make sure that your charging cable is securely connected to your device and the charger.
• Make sure that the charger is connected to a working power outlet. If the charger is connected to
a surge protector, make sure that it is turned on.
My device charges slowly.
• This charger is for USB-C devices that use 47 W or less power and USB-A devices that use a total of
12 W or less power. Check your device’s specications to make sure that it is compatible.
• If you have multiple devices connected, they may charge more slowly.
