Manual Instruction
Thank you for choosing the products made under POLARIS brand name. All the electric appliances
are made with great professional skills and with use of high quality materials. There is no doubt that you will
appreciate all the options and will be charmed with the modern design of our products.
Before use the appliance, please, read the manual instruction carefully. It contains important
information regarding correct use of the appliance and it’s maintenance.
Keep the manual instruction with warranty card, sales check and packing materials.
I. Essential safeguards
•This appliance is intended for household use only, not for commercial or industrial use.
•Do not use for other than intended use.
•Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
•To protect against fire, electric shock or injury, do not place cord, plug, or appliance in water or
other liquid.
•A protective cutout device can be used as a secondary protection. Please consult the specialist before
installation.
•Before plugging the device in outlet, please make sure, that the voltage in the ac source agrees with
technical characteristics of the appliance.
•The wrong use conflicting with the safeguards deprives the customer of the right for warranty
service.
•The appliance may be plugged in just the power net with ground connection. For your safety, the ground
connection must correspond with state rules and standards.
•When plugging in, be sure, that the appliance is switched off.
•Do not use outdoors. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a microwave or heated oven.
•Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
•Don’t carry the appliance holding it by the power cord. To disconnect, remove plug from outlet. Do not
yank on cord as it may damage cord and eventually cause electric shock.
•Do not let cord hang over the appliance or over the edge of table.
•If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
•You should not repair the appliance by yourself. It must be done just by qualified specialists of our service
center.
•Only original spare parts may be used for repair.
II. Special safeguards
It is necessary to follow the mentioned below security measures to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock:
•The power and voltage of the power line connecting to the heater, should be in accordance with data,
shown at the back side of the appliance.
•It is forbidden to cover the heater while it’s running.
•The hot air outlet reaches very high temperature. Do not touch it.
•Unplug the power cord from the power line before cleaning or for storage.
•Don’t put the plug, power cord or the appliance into the water or other liquids.
•Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
•Don’t insert fingers or other things into the appliance.
•It’s forbidden to pull, writhe or damage the power cord in any other way
•The power cord, used in the appliance is of special type and may be replaced just by service center’s
specialist.
•The repair of the appliance may be performed just by professional electricians. Mistakes in repair bring
great hazard to the user.
•Don’t use the appliance with broken power cord after any damage. Once you suspect any problem, deliver
the appliance to the service center.

•The heater should be situated at
least 1.8 meter above the floor.

•You need the following
for installation: 2 soft
inserts, 2 screws, 4 gaskets
(all mentioned you will find
in gift box). Fig.3.
•Please, insert the gaskets
into the holes in body. Fig. 4.

•You should make the holes in the wall on 59,6 cm from each other horizontally and at least on 2 m
over the floor. This way the heater
should be at least on 1.8 m from the
floor level. See fig. 2, 5 and 6

•The depth of the holes in wall should
be 42-45 mm, of 8 mm diameter. The
tighten screw should be protruded from
the wall on 18-20 mm.

•You may use cord keeper inside the
heater if the power cord is too long.
•After the heater installation, you should tighten the screws.
V. Appliance operation
Remote control
•Observing polarity, insert the batteries into the remote control.
•When pressing a button on the remote control, you will hear tones.
•When you will press the ON/OFF button, the “POLARIS” inscription will light on, the fan will be
turned on, the swing leafs will be opened, and the air stream will go inside the room. You will see the
inside temperature on the display.
•When you will press the "HEATER“ button on the RC, starts the first heating mode – 1kW (2
indicators light on for this mode from left to right side). If you will press on the "HEATER“ button one
more time, you will turn on the second heating mode – 2kW (4 indicators light on for this mode from
left to right side).

•Temperature setting. If you press the button, the temperature rises on 1 degree. The temperature
range is 18-450. If you already set the temperature on 450and press the button one more time. The
temperature will be set on 180.
•Setting of air flow swing. Press “Swing” button in order to turn this function on, press the button
one more time in order to turn in off.
•Air cleaning. If you will press the “ANION” button for one a time, the ionization function will be
activated. If you will press the button one more time, the function will be deactivated.
•Timer setting. Press the "TIMER" button on the RC in order to activate the timer. Each pressing on
the button increases timer time on 0.5 hour.
Attention! If you turn the heater off, the settings of timer will be deleted from the memory.
If the heater operates just in fan mode, the indicator of fan on the control panel lights out, all the
functions stop to operate.
The indicator of fan will light on, when the heater operates in heating mode. When you turn the heater
off, it will work in the fan mode for 30 seconds in order to cool the heating element. The indicator will
light on for this time.
The appliance operating with buttons on the body
Button «function»
•Once you press the «function» button, you will hear the signal, the indicator will light on, the fan
will turn on, the swing leafs will open giving the air stream inside. The green indicator will light in the
center of the display. The air temperature will be shown on the display.
•If you will press the «function» button one more time, the first heating mode (1kW) will be
activated. 2 indicators light on for this mode from from left to right side.
•If you will press the «function» button for the third time, the second heating mode (2kW) will be
activated. 4 indicators light on for this mode from from left to right side.
•If you will press the «function» button for the fourth time, the swing function of air stream turns
on, the indicator “Swing” lights on.
The heater will turn off, if you press the “function” button for the fifth time. If the heater operates just
in fan mode, the indicator of fan on the control panel lights out, all the functions stop to operate.
The indicator of fan will light on, when the heater operates in heating mode. When you turn the heater
off, it will work in the fan mode for 30 seconds in order to cool the heating element. The indicator will
light on for this time.
•You will turn on the setting of temperature if press the «function» button and keep it more then 3
seconds. The range of available temperature for setting is 18-450. The temperature will rise on 10for
each following press on the temperature button.

. If you already set the temperature on 45 and press the
button one more time. The temperature will be set on 180.
«TIMER» button
•Each new press on "TIMER" button, increases the timer time on 0.5 hour.
•You will turn on the ionization function, if keep the "TIMER" button pressed for more, then 3
seconds. You should keep pressed the "TIMER" button at least for 5 seconds in order to turn off the
ionization function.
VI. Cleaning and maintaining.
•Before cleaning unplug the appliance and let it get cool. Wipe it with soft wet cloth. Don’t use solvents
or abrasives.
•You should regularly clean, wipe the dust from the appliance for the dust negatively effects on the
operation of the wall heater.
•Do not scrape the body with hard instrument.

The guarantee is offered by manufacturer in addition to customer’s rights of Russian Federation and does in
no way restrict them.
The guarantee is valid in term of 12 months from the acquisition date. It ensures warranty service in case
of flaw location of materials or manufacture. In that case the customer has the right, among others, to have
free repair of the product. The guaranty is valid in case of following the next clause:
1. The article must be bought on the territory of Russia and it is intended for household use only. The
article should be used in strict accordance with the manual instruction and safety regulations.
2. Warranty services are only to fulfill by authorized dealers of manufacturer in official service centers
on the territory of Russia. The insurance arrangements are not valid if the purchase had been made
from unauthorized dealers, they are to respond to consumers on their own, which is regulated under
the Russian Legislation.
3. The guaranty is not valid in the following cases:
•Chemical, mechanical damage of the article or any other kind of impact, as well as penetration
of outside objects into the body of the article;
•The abuse as a result of a wrong use, which conflicts with the manual instruction, as well as
incorrect installation and non-observance of safety regulations;
•Wear-out of parts of decoration, lamps, cells, protecting screen, dustbins, straps and other
dated parts;
•Repairs made by unauthorized firms and dealers *;
4. The guarantee is valid upon presentation of the original of guarantee bond, the original of cash-memo
and the article, that is out of service.
5. The guarantee is valid if the article had been used in private household purpose. The guarantee is not
valid if the article had been used in commercial, industrial or professional purposes.
