ConnecttheUSBcable(included)toapoweroutletratedDC5V/2A,andthe
MicroUSBplugtotheMicroUSBinputoftheWirelessChargingPad.RedLED
light(thatcanbeseenfromaholeoppositetotheMicroUSBinput)willturnon.
PlaceyourQiIntegratedphoneonthechargingpad,andwirelesschargingofthe
phonewillstartimmediatelywiththeLEDlightchangingtoBlue.
IMPORTANT:SomephonecasesdonotsupportWirelessChargingduetotheir
thicknessanddesign.IfyourPhonemodeliscompatiblewithWirelessChargingand
you’reunabletochargeitwirelessly,pleaseremoveyourphonecaseandretry.

CareandMaintenance
Readthefollowingrecommendationsbeforeusingtheproduct.Followingtheseyou
willbeabletoenjoytheproductformanyyears.

WARRANTYDURATION:Allmaterialsandworkmanshiparewarrantedtotheoriginal
consumerpurchaserforaperiodofninety(90)daysfromtheoriginalpurchasedate.

WARRANTYCOVERAGE:Thisproductiswarrantedagainstdefectivematerialsor
workmanship.Thiswarrantyisvoidiftheproducthasbeendamagedbyaccident,in
shipment,unreasonableuse,misuse,neglect,improperservice,commercialuse,repairs

byunauthorizedpersonnelorothercausesnotarisingoutofdefectsinmaterialsor
workmanship.Thiswarrantydoesn’tcoverthefollowingwhichmaybesuppliedwith
thisproduct,includingbutnotlimitedto;LCDScreens,glassparts,lenses,bulbsetc.
ThiswarrantyiseffectiveonlyiftheproductispurchasedandoperatedinUSAand
Canada,anddoesnotextendtoanyunitswhichhavebeenusedinviolationofwritten
instructionsfurnishedbymanufacturerortounitswhichhavebeenalteredormodifiedor,
todamagedproductsorpartsthereofwhichhavehadtheserialnumberremoved,altered,
defacedorrenderedillegible.

WARRANTYDISCLAIMERS:Thiswarrantyisinlieuofallwarrantiesexpressedorimpliedandno
representativeorpersonisauthorizedtoassumeformanufactureranyotherliabilityin
connectionwiththesaleofourproducts.Thereshallbenoclaimsfordefectsorfailure

manufacturer'soption).Therepairedorreplacementproductwillbeinwarrantyfor
thebalanceofthe90daywarrantyperiodandanadditionalone‐monthperiod.No
chargewillbeapplicableforsuchrepairorreplacement.

