Tausch Hauptplatine Aquastar Comfort
Sicherheitshinweis:
Vor dem Öffnen des Gerätes immer Spannungsfreiheit herstellen und diese vor dem
hantieren am offenen Gerät überprüfen!
Manipulationen am Aquastar sind für die Bedienperson strengstens verboten und dürfen nur
von geschultem und befugtem Personal vorgenommen werden.
Beim Umbau an Geräten von nicht ausdrücklich durch die Firma Praher autorisierten und
geschulten Personen oder Unternehmen verfällt die Gewährleistung da unsachgemäße
Reparaturen Beschädigungen am Produkt hervorrufen können und somit den sicheren
Betrieb gefährden können.
Achtung!
Platinen sind hochempfindliche Komponenten und dürfen
lediglich unter ESD Bedingungen berührt und entsprechend getauscht
werden.
Elektrische Spannung vom Aquastar nehmen
Deckel öffnen
Auf Spannungsfreiheit prüfen
Bei Comfort 230 Netzteil abnehmen. Dabei die Hauptplatine
festhalten damit sich diese nicht verformt (Abb. 4)
Motor, Pumpenendschalter, Versorgung und Rückmeldung
abklemmen
Vier Schrauben an der Hauptplatine lösen
(Achtung, die Schrauben sind versiegelt)
Alte Platine aus dem Gehäuse entfernen
Folientastatur und Druckschalter ausstecken (Abb. 2)
Folientastatur und Druckschalter an der neuen Hauptplatine
richtig einstecken (Abb. 2)
Beim Einstecken der Folientastatur bitte darauf achten,
dass der innere rechte Pin frei bleibt und der innere
Stecker auf der linken Seite mit dem Äußeren abschließt
(Abb. 3)
Neue Platine in das Gehäuse einbringen
Die Befestigungsschrauben einschrauben und mit 0,3 Nm
festschrauben
Motor anklemmen, blau an Klemme „bl“ rot an Klemme „rt“

Pumpenendschalter anklemmen, braun links und rot rechts
Bei Comfort 230 Abstandsbolzen für das Netzteil platzieren
und Netzteil montieren. Dabei die Hauptplatine festhalten
damit sich diese nicht verformt und darauf achten, dass die
Kontakte in der Stiftleiste einrasten (Abb. 4)
Rückmeldungen und Versorgungsspannung anklemmen
Deckel schließen und verschrauben. Dabei darauf achten,
dass die Dichtung richtig eingelegt ist

Replacing the main board on the Aquastar Comfort
Safety instructions:
Before opening the machine, always disconnect the power supply and check before working
on the open machine!
Operating staff are strictly prohibited from manipulating the Aquastar; any work on the
Aquastar must be performed by trained and authorized staff.
Any modifications to machines not performed by persons or companies authorized and
trained by Praher will void your warranty as improper repairs can damage the product and
endanger its safe operation.
Caution!
Printed circuit boards are highly sensitive components and can
only be handled and replaced under ESD conditions.
Disconnect the power supply from the Aquastar.
Open the cover.
Make sure that the system is de-energized.
Remove the power supply on the Comfort 230. In doing so, keep hold
of the main board to avoid deformation. (Fig. 4)
Unplug the motor, pump limit switch, power supply and feedback.
Release the four screws on the main board
(caution, the screws are locked).
Remove the old printed circuit board from the housing.
Unplug the foil keyboard and pressure switch. (Fig. 2)
Correctly plug the foil keyboard and pressure switch into the new
PCB. (Fig. 2)
When plugging in the foil keyboard, make sure that
the inner right-hand pin is unoccupied and the inner
male connector is flush with the outer side on the left.

Place the new printed circuit board in the housing.
Screw in the fastening screws and tighten to 0.3 Nm.
Connect the motor; blue on terminal "bl", red on terminal "rt".

Connect the pump limit switch, brown left and red right.
For the Comfort 230 position spacer bolts for the power supply
and fit the power supply. In doing so, keep hold of the main
board to avoid deformation and
make sure that the pins latch into the contacts on the pin
contact strip. (Fig. 4)
Connect the feedback and supply voltage.
Close and bolt down the cover. In doing so, make sure, that
the seal is correctly inserted.
