for reference only. Specic congurations are determined
by Service Body size, and Crossbar preferences.
2.11Install Mounting Leg Connectors onto the Base Mounting
Legs as shown.
Install Rear Mounting Leg Brackets onto the Rear Mounting
Legs as shown and torque to 90 in-lbs.
Remove and
retain Hardware

as shown.
NOTE: Depending on the application,
isolation tape (not included) may be
required to prevent the chance of
bimetallic corrosion.

NOTE: Parts of the utility body are
cutaway for illustrative purposes
M8 x 30MM and M8 x 55MM available the
thickness of your utility body. Drill and attach
hardware as needed according to your utility
body’s OEM specications.

Install Rear Mounting Legs onto the outside rear of your
service body as shown.
Ensure alignment and light clearance
as shown below.
NOTE: Depending on the application,
isolation tape (not included) may be
required to prevent the chance of
bimetallic corrosion.
NOTE: Refer to OEM recommendations for the instllation of a
support or backing plate behind the mounts.
Install Hardware as shown and torque
to 90 in-lbs.

Torque all Mounting Bracket
bolts to 90 in-lbs
Crossbars must be installed directly
over the the rear and front mounts.

install the Channels. Do not

Nut Brackets installed
in Steps 6.1–6.2,
and Hardware
as shown. Torque to

torque until Step 9.3.
