6. STARTING THE ProDVX F101 HD
InserttheCFmemorycardwithmediafiles.
Connectthesuppliedpoweradapterandturnonthepowerswitch,theProDVXF101HDwillpoweron
automatically.Theboot‐upwilltakeapproximately30‐45seconds.Duringboot‐upnopicturewillbe
displayed.
Ifthereisnopictureonyourdisplayafteraboutoneminute,pressthe“TVMODE”buttontoselectthe
correctoutputmode.

StatusAfterPowerOn
Status1:IftheAutoplay(Movies/Picture/AllFiles)functionisenabledandtherearemediafilesontheCF
card,theProDVXF101HDwillautomaticallyplaymediafilesafterpoweredon.IfthereisnoCFcardinserted
ablackscreenwithasmallglobewillappear(screensaver)
Status2:IftheAutoplayfunctionisdisabled,themainmenuwillappearasshowninthefollowingfigure
afterpoweron.

TurnOff:TurnoffthepowerswitchtoturntheProDVXF101HDoff.


PresstheSETUPbuttontoopenthesettingsscreen(Ifthereisfilethatisbeingplayed,pleasestopthisfirst).
Therearetwogroupsofsub‐menuinthemainmenu(“VideoSetup”and“OtherSetup”).
Inthesettingsscreen,youcanusethe“▲、▼、
▲
、
▼
”buttonstoselectanitem,andpresstheENTER
buttontoconfirmtheselection.
PresstheSETUPbuttontosaveandquitthesettingsscreen.Ittakestimetostorethesettings,pleasewait
untilthesettingsarefullystored.

TVStandard:SelecttheoutputTVvideoformat(NTSC/PAL).
NTSCActiveOutput:Selecttheoutputmode(HDMI/VGA/HDYPbPr).
Aspect‐ratio:SelectTVmode4:3,16:9,16:10or5:4.
HDMI:SelecttheHDMIoutputresolutionamong480i/480p/720p/1080i/1080p.
Selectthe“AutoEDID”,theProDVXF101HDwillscanthedisplaydeviceconnectedandsetthecorrect
resolutionautomatically.
VGA60Hz:SelecttheVGAoutputresolution(640*480/800*600/1024*768/1280x10241360x768).
HDYPbPr60Hz:SelecttheYPbProutputresolutionamong480p/720p/1080i.

8. USING THE ProDVX F101 HD
8.1PlayMediaFilesontheCFCard
Step1:InserttheCFcardwithmediafilesandturnontheProDVXF101HD.Selectthetypeofdata(VIDEO/AUDIO/
PICTURES)youwanttoplayandpresstheENTERbuttontotakeyouintotheVIDEOLIBRARY,AUDIOLIBRARYetc.


SETUP:PresstheSETUPbuttonwiththe“+VOLUME–”buttontoadjustthebrightness,contrastorsaturation
whilethevideoorpictureisplaying.

‐SecondPress: Adjustthecontrast.
‐ThirdPress:  Adjustthesaturation.

