cause ydraulic system failure, w ic could cause severe personal injury and/or property damage.
Operating Instructions
1. Before operating, estimate t e weig t of t e load.
2. Do not overload t e jack beyond its rated capacity.
3. Select point of action according to t e gravitational center place t e jack on t e ard ground if
necessary, places a ard plank under t e jack so as to avoid tottering or falling during operation.
4. Before operating jacks, first insert t e notc ed end of t e andle into t e release valve. Turn t e
operating andle clockwise until release valve is closed. Do not over tig ten t e valve.
5. Insert operating andle into t e socket and t e ram is steadily raised by t e up and down movement
of t e andle and t e load is raised. T e ram will stop rising w en t e required eig t is reac ed.
6. Lower t e ram by turning t e release valve counter-clock wise wit notc ed end slacken it slowly
w en a load is applied, or accidents can occur.
7. W en more t an one jack is used at t e same time it is important to operate t e different jacks at an
equal speed wit equal load. Ot erwise, t ere is danger of t e entire fixture falling.
8. At an ambient temperature from 27F to 113F use mac ine oil (GB443-84) N15. At an ambient
temperature from -4F to 27F use synt etic spindle oil (GB442-64). Sufficient filtered ydraulic oil s ould
be maintained in t e jacks; ot erwise t e rated eig t cannot be reac ed.
9. Violent s ocks must be avoided during t e operation.
