Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the
product.
WARNING
• The product should be installed by a locally licensed plumber.
• Please do not use plumber’s putty on plastic components. Use silicone caulk if sealant is required.
• When installing the flexible hose, please note there should be no torsion or deformation. Do not fold
it into a V or L shape, and do not use it if there is any cracks or damage.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package
contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble
the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 12 minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Adjustable wrench, silicone sealant.
Helpful Tools (not included): Channel-lock pliers, safety goggles.
• Prior to beginning installation, turn off the cold and hot water lines and turn on the old faucet to
release built-up pressure.
• When installing the new faucet, first hand tighten connector nuts. Then use one wrench to hold the
fitting and a second wrench to tighten the nut an additional 1/4 turn. Connections that are too tight
will reduce the integrity of the system.

2. Place a bead of clear silicone sealant (not included)
around the base of the putty plate (D). Install faucet
(A) through top of sink (not included).
3. Install lock nuts (AA) onto threaded shanks of
faucet (A) and hand tighten.

6. Attach lower end of spray hose (F) to central
supply tube in faucet (A).
5. Insert end of spray hose (F) into spray holder (E).
4. Remove spray mounting nut (G) from spray
holder shank (E). Insert spray holder (E) and
hand tighten spray mounting nut (G) onto shank
of spray holder (E) from underneath the sink.

9. Turn on water supply.
8. Install supply lines (not included) onto shanks of
faucet (A).
7. Attach the upper end of spray hose (F) to side
spray (B).

4. Operate side spray (B) to clear spray hose (F) of
trapped air.
1. Push quick connector housing on hose (F)
upward. Hold clip and housing together and pull
downward.
WARNING: Be careful in removal of quick
connector so as not to cut hands.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals as
these will dull the finish and void your warranty.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION
Leak from under handle. Retainer nut has come loose.
O-ring on cartridge is dirty or
damaged.
Tighten the retainer nut. Clean
or replace O-ring.
Aerator has an inconsistent
water ow pattern.
Aerator is dirty or mistted. Remove aerator, check for
debris in the aerator screens,
and conrm the rubber washer
is properly installed.
Water leaks from aerator. Seats need to be replaced. Determine if the drip is hot
or cold. Disassemble correct
handle and cartridge. Remove
rubber seat from inside of the
faucet body and replace with
new one. Reassemble cartridge
and handle.
Leaks around base of spout. O-ring set should be replaced. Turn off water supply. Remove
spout trim cap. Pull spout
straight up. Replace the o-ring
set located on the body of the
faucet. Re-assemble.
Side spray does not function. Spray diverter has stopped
functioning properly.
Turn off water supply. Remove
spout trim cap. Pull spout
straight up. Remove the spray
diverter located in the body of
the faucet. Replace the spray
diverter in the same position and
re-assemble spout.

WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this faucet to be free from defects in workmanship and material present at
time of shipment from the factory for a limited lifetime from the date of purchase. This warranty applies
only to the original purchaser. The manufacturer agrees to correct such defects at no charge or, at our
option, replace the faucet with a comparable or superior model. To obtain warranty service, call our
customer service department at 1-866-389-8827 for return authorization and shipping instructions.
You may be required to present a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase. All cost of removal
and reinstallation are the expressed responsibility of the purchaser. Any damage to the faucet by
accident, misuse or improper installation, or by afxing accessories not produced by the manufacturer,
are the purchaser’s responsibility. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for faucet
installation during the warranty period. There is no further expressed warranty. The manufacturer
disclaims any and all implied warranties. The manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental,
consequential or special damages arising at or in connection with product use or performance except
as may otherwise be accorded by law. This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province. This warranty supersedes all
prior warranties.

INFORMACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD
Lea y comprenda completamente este manual antes de intentar ensamblar, usar o instalar el producto.
ADVERTENCIA
• Un plomero certificado debe instalar este producto.
• No utilice masilla de plomero en componentes plásticos. Si es necesario aplicar sellador, utilice
masilla de calafateo de silicona.
• Cuando instale la manguera flexible, tenga en cuenta que no debe haber torsión ni deformación. No
la doble en forma de V o L y no la use si tiene grietas o daño.
PREPARACIÓN
Antes de comenzar a ensamblar el producto, asegúrese de tener todas las piezas. Compare las piezas
con la lista del contenido del paquete y la lista de aditamentos. No intente ensamblar el producto si
falta alguna pieza o si estas están dañadas.
Tiempo estimado de ensamblaje: 12 minutos
Herramientas necesarias para el ensamblaje (no se incluyen): Llave ajustable, sellador de silicona.
Herramientas útiles (no se incluyen): Pinzas channel-lock, gafas de seguridad.
• Antes de comenzar la instalación, interrumpa el suministro de agua fría y caliente y luego abra el
grifo antiguo para liberar la presión acumulada.
• Al instalar el grifo, primero apriete a mano las tuercas del conector. Luego, utilice una llave inglesa
para sostener el conector y otra llave para apretar la tuerca con ¼ de giro más. Las conexiones que
estén muy apretadas reducirán la integridad del sistema.

2. Coloque un cordón de sellador de silicona
transparente (no se incluye) alrededor de la
base de la placa para masilla (D). Instale el grifo
(A) a través de la parte superior del lavabo (no
se incluye).
3. Instale las contratuercas (AA) en los vástagos
roscados del grifo (A) y apriete a mano. Retire
la tapa del receptor del conector rápido del grifo
(A).
1. Corte el suministro de agua. Si es necesario,
retire el grifo existente. 1

6. Fije el extremo inferior de la manguera del
rociador (F) al suministro de agua central del
grifo (A).
5. Inserte el extremo de la manguera del rociador
(F) en el soporte del rociador (E).
4. Retire la contratuerca del rociador (G) del
vástago del soporte del rociador (E). Inserte el
soporte del rociador (E) y apriete con la mano la
tuerca de montaje del rociador (G) en el vástago
del soporte del rociador (E) por debajo del
lavabo.

9. Restablezca el suministro de agua.
8. Instale las tuberías de agua (no incluidas) en los
vástagos del grifo (A).
7. Fije el extremo superior de la manguera del
rociador (F) al rociador lateral (B).

3. Vuelva a colocar el aireador (C).
2. Enjuague para eliminar todos los residuos.

4. Utilice el rociador lateral (B) para sacar el aire
atrapado de la manguera del rociador (F).
RETIRAR EL CONECTOR RÁPIDO
1. Jale la carcasa del conector rápido de la
manguera (F) hacia arriba. Mantenga el sujetador
y la carcasa juntos y jale hacia abajo.
ADVERTENCIA: Tenga cuidado al retirar el
conector rápido para evitar cortarse las manos.

CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
• Limpie periódicamente con un paño suave. Evite utilizar limpiadores abrasivos, lana de acero y
químicos agresivos, ya que pueden dañar el acabado y anular la garantía.
DÉPANNAGE / GUÍA DE SOLUCIONAR PROBLEMAS
PROBLEMA CAUSA POSIBLE ACCIÓN CORRECTIVA
Goteo debajo de la llave. La tuerca de retención está
oja. El aro tórico en el
cartucho está sucio o dañado.
Aprieta la tuerca de retención. Limpia
o reemplaza el aro tórico.
El aireador tiene un ujo de
agua irregular.
El aireador está sucio o mal
colocado.
Quita el aireador, verica que no haya
desechos en las mallas del aireador
y que la arandela de goma está
colocada correctamente.
Hay fugas de agua del
aireador.
Se necesita reemplazar los
asientos.
Determine si el goteo es caliente o
frío. Desensamble la manija correcta
y el cartucho. Retire el asiento de
goma del interior del cuerpo del grifo
y reemplácelo con el nuevo. Vuelva a
ensamblar la manija y el cartucho.
Hay fugas alrededor de la
base de la boquilla.
Se debe reemplazar el juego
de junta tórica.
Interrumpa el suministro de agua.
Retire la tapa para el reborde de la
boquilla. Jale la boquilla hacia arriba.
Reemplace el juego de junta tórica
ubicado en el cuerpo del grifo. Vuelva
a ensamblar.
El rociador lateral no
funciona.
El desviador de rociado dejó
de funcionar correctamente.
Interrumpa el suministro de agua.
Retire la tapa para el reborde de la
boquilla. Jale la boquilla hacia arriba.
Retire el desviador de rociado ubicado
en el cuerpo del grifo. Vuelva a colocar
el desviador de rociado en la misma
posición y vuelva a ensamblar la
boquilla.

El fabricante garantiza que este grifo no presenta defectos en la mano de obra ni en los materiales
presentes en el momento del transporte desde la fábrica durante un período limitado de por vida a
partir de la fecha de compra. Esta garantía es válida sólo para el comprador original. El fabricante
acepta reparar dichos defectos sin cargo o, según nuestro criterio, reemplazar el grifo por un
modelo comparable o superior. Para obtener los servicios cubiertos por la garantía, llame a nuestro
Departamento de Servicio al Cliente al 1-866-389-8827 para enviarle una autorización de devolución
y las instrucciones de envío. Es posible que se le exija presentar una copia del recibo de venta como
comprobante de compra. Todos los costos de extracción y reinstalación son de responsabilidad
explícita del comprador. Cualquier daño al grifo producido por accidente, uso indebido o instalación
incorrecta, o a causa del uso de elementos accesorios que no son del fabricante, será responsabilidad
