1Assembly
When mounting the attachment, protective shoes should be worn, as the parts can cause injury if
dropped. Two persons work together. Time estimation: 20-30min /trolley.
1. Place support on the floor for the attachment to be placed on or on a work bench
horizontally for easy access. Its front side should be facing down as the rear side should be
facing up.
2. On the brake applied trolley: Mount the column bracket with 2x lubricated M10x80 (10.9)
screws with washers. Loosely by hand. Lower the slide in its lowest position after mounting
the bracket.

3. Press the plate towards the column while tightening the bolts to the fixated position.
Order –upper / lower / middle
4. Use torque wrench and tighten to 65Nm. Order –upper / lower / middle
5. On the attachment, lower end: Position the front bracket on the screw bars with loose nuts
by using e.g. a ruler. Use technique as illustrated.

6. After securing the bracket loosely add the washers and nuts. From the bottom end of the
bracket to the bottom end of the attachment column: Raise the bracket 15mm in its
upwards direction and press bracket towards the column and tighten so it sits firmly.
7. Apply torque, 25Nm. Order –upper / lower / middle.

8. Lift and hold the attachment vertically with its rear (bracket side) facing the trolley. For
versions with motor cover, it can be placed on the floor support whilst being held for
stability. For versions without, manually lift the attachment for a short period of time during
assembly. Move the attachment towards the brake applied trolley and match the brackets
and connect them with two upper bolts and nuts.
9. If necessary, slightly raise the column and install the remaining 4 screws and bolts until gap
is closed.

10. Raise the column if needed for better working height.
Apply torque 25Nm. Order –upper / lower / middle
11.Raise the attachment all the way up and down making sure its lowest end doesn’t hit
bottom. Check for any misalignment. Both columns should be parallel with each other.
12.Attach the control box to the column.
13.Done.
