Pronounce offers a complete immersion program to better understand and speak English. Your hearing and speech are progressively challenged,
helping break free from your native language habits, making your speech more natural.
: Repetition builds an essential bridge between the sense and
the sound. It puts the emphasis on the auditory (hearing) system while bypassing
the visual (seeing) system. On the other hand/whereas, while reading, our brain
tends to convert letters and words into familiar sounds of our own mother tongue.
: Through repetition, we move from the passive process of
hearing into an active process of production. When you automatically repeat, you
focus on pronunciation and the meaning will come later. This is exactly the same
from the context and the tone.
: We activate verbal memory skills that help the brain better
retain vocabulary and expressions. This cognitive process is called phonological
memory and is involved in short- and long-term retention of information. Think
about the last time you tried to memorize a phone number. Most likely you
repeated it several times, which naturally activated your auditory memory skills.
OUR APPROACH
To put it simply, our approach is sound before meaning.

OUR TECHNOLOGY
Pronounce is equipped with a patented
that processes sound live.
It helps familiarize you with the rhythm
and sounds of the English Language. This
system is based on the Tomatis® Method,
the world leader in auditory stimulation
techniques. It functions like an auditory
highlighter that helps your brain focus on
English sounds.
by two types of sound transmission:
the bone and air conductions. The
bone conduction is placed on the top
of the head is ten time faster than
the air conduction. Thus, this sound
vibration helps to prepare the brain for
the reception of audio signals through
the ear canals.
Pronounce provides a strong
auditory-feedback
effect
Pronounce uses innovative technology to boost your English-speaking skills and optimize your
efforts. It ensures a unique immersion in the frequencies and tones of the English language!

THE METHOD
Music is a mix of sounds and rhythm, just like language. We’ve developed an
unparalleled musical brain training program that will help you to progressively
expose your ears to the English language.
Speaking and repeating are fundamental to mastering any foreign language.
Yet, it can be totally useless if it’s lacking in intensity, dynamism, or variety.
We have designed a series of stories that reviews a large variety of vocabulary,
expressions, grammatical structures, and speaking situations. While you listen to
these stories, you are invited to repeat three types of exercises that improve your
speaking skills and memory retention:
The Musical Program
The Imitation Technique Programs (Level 1 and Level 2)
Recommendations for Daily Use
Recommendations for Daily Use
Length of Program
Length of Program
You can follow up to 4 tracks totaling one hour per day.
The optional music program is composed of a series of
20 tracks, each lasting 15 minutes.
Each level is composed of series of 6 stories that
represents 22.5 hours per level.
Each level is composed of a series of stories that are
broken down into short modules lasting 15 minutes
each. Complete 1 to 4 modules per day; 5 times per week
totaling one hour per day.
Sequenced repetition: repeat single words and groups of words.
Simple Repetition: repeat a select group of words.
Repetition with accentuation: repeat multiple times with a selection of different tones.
The same stories are told in both levels. However, Level 2 includes
sophisticated expressions and syntax (the way sentences and phrases are
constructed), an increased speed of the content, and longer groups of words to
speaking skills. We recommend completing several intermediate level sessions
level. If you have experience practicing English on a regular basis, and feel
up to the advanced Level.
The music program is optional. We suggest starting with the
music program because it’s easier to pay attention to the
rhythm of music than the rhythm of language. You may choose
to start the imitation program in parallel to the music program.

BEST PRACTICES
GOING FURTHER : EXTEND YOUR TRAINING
Practice online with English native speakers and/or English
teachers. Use the wire to connect Pronounce to your computer.
with another person.
Make sure that the top of the headband touches the
transducer.
Choose a time when you feel relaxed, and a location
where you can practice oral repetition without feeling
shy or embarrassed.
Focus and repeat what you hear. You are not
expected to be able to know each word or
understand it all.
Avoid breaks or other distractions until completion.
You can proceed at your own pace, yet repetition
is the key to our concept. We recommend at least
15 minutes per day, 5 days per week. For quicker,
more dramatic improvement, you can practice more
often.
You can redo the sessions as many times as you
want before proceeding.
