well as other relevant clauses.

To avoid any impact on the environment or on human health due to dangerous
substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end users of such devices
are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a crossed-out
waste container. Do not dispose of electrical and electronic equipment along with
unsorted household waste. Dispose of it separately and properly instead.
The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from
non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycle bins.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)
this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital

• This device must not be used over injured areas
without previously consulting a doctor.
• This device must only be used over dry, clean skin. It
may be used over your clothes, and should be gently
pressed and used for about 60 seconds.
• Do not use over any areas above the neck, or over
any hard, bony or sensitive parts of your body. Use
the device only over soft tissue, without producing
any pain or discomfort.
• Be careful not to allow any hair to get caught between
the device and the massage head.
• Do not massage bruised areas or open wounds.
Discontinue the use of the device should you
experience any signs of abnormal pain or discomfort.
• Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common
sense while operating the device. Do not use the
massage device when you are tired or under the
inuence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment
of inattention while operating the device may result in
serious personal injury.
• Frequent high-speed and high-pressure stimulation
over the same area will cause abrasion. In case of
pain or if you cannot adapt to the device, please stop
using it immediately.
• Don’t overuse it. Switching off the equipment after

one hour is recommended. You can resume its use
after a 30-minute break.
Note: Do not allow your ngers, hair, or other parts of your body to come close to the bar
and the back of the vibrating head as they may get caught.

NOT SUITABLE TO USE THIS DEVICE
Do not use a massage gun without your doctor’s consent in any of the following situations:
• If you’re pregnant, suffer from diabetes-related complications (such as neuropathy or retinal
damage) or migraines, if you have a pacemaker, if you have had surgery recently (such as
a joint replacement surgery), if you suffer from epilepsy, disc herniation, spine curvature
disorders, slipped vertebrae or spinal rigidity, if you have an IUD, any prostheses or any health
problems.
These contraindications do not mean you are not able to use vibration or training equipment,
although we recommend consulting a doctor before doing so. Ongoing research focuses on
the impact of applying vibration for specic medical conditions. This is likely to reduce the
type of contraindications mentioned above. Practical experience has shown that the inclusion
of vibration in a treatment regimen is in many cases also a therapeutic recommendation. This
must be done with the advice of a doctor, an expert or a physical therapist.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Switch off the device and remove all plugs before cleaning!
• Wipe the surface of the device with a slightly damp towel, then dry it with a soft cloth.
Never wipe the bottom charging socket with a wet towel.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials such as scouring milk or
steel wool to clean the components. They can damage the upper surface of the device!
• Protect the device from water drops and water spray.
• Make sure moisture does not enter the device while cleaning to prevent damage to the
product and related repairs.
STORAGE
• Place the equipment inside the original box for storage, or when traveling for a long period
of time.
• Keep the device away from liquids or heat sources. Keep the vent free of dust and debris.
When no longer using the device, store it in a dry environment, protected from dust and
direct sunlight.
• Store in a dry, well-ventilated location, free from corrosive gases. It should be stored at no
less than 25 cm from the ground, and under no more than 5 stacked items.
• If the device is not going to be used for a long period of time, you should recharge it on a
regular basis. This helps maintain battery performance. Charge it every month.
• This device must be secured during transportation to prevent any violent vibration, col-
lision, tumbling, and falling, and it should be kept upright. Set it down gently, and avoid
placing it over wet or damp areas.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Massage head assembly: see page 2, gure C
Hold the massager’s body rmly with your left hand while holding the massage head with
your right hand. Push rmly until the massage head is locked.
Tip: Rotate the head gently during the press-and-pull process.
Switching the device on and off
• To switch on: Long-press the power/intensity button to switch on the device. It will enter
standby mode.
• Level 1: Short-press the power/intensity button once the device is in standby mode. It will
start on level 1.

• To switch off: Long-press the power/intensity button to switch off the device. The device will
automatically switch off after being used for 10 minutes.
Speed levels
• Level 1: Press the power/intensity button once.
• Level 2: Press the power/intensity button twice.
• Level 3: Press the power/intensity button three times.
• Level 4: Press the power/intensity button four times.
Check the intensity level indicator lights. One light indicates intensity level 1, two lights indi-
cate intensity level 2, and so on.
Charging
Connect the USB cable (sold with the device) to the device and to a USB port. You can also
connect it to a USB power adapter and plug it into an outlet. The power indicator light indi-
cates power level. A red ashing light indicates low battery. While charging, the light will stay
white. Once the device is fully charged, the light will switch off.
NOTE: Do not allow the device to charge for more than 5 hours.
Massage methods
1. Arm massage: Ball, at, or jade massage heads
Massage around your forearm, from the front toward the inside of the forearm. The massage
head should be perpendicular to the areas being massaged.
2. Pectoral and abdominal muscle massage: Ball, at, or jade massage heads
Massage the pectoral and abdominal muscles from the inside to the outside.
3. Back massage: Ball, at, or fork massage heads
Massage from your spine toward your left and right sides.
4. Glutes and back leg massage: Flat, ball, or jade massage heads
Massage outward from the inner to the outer part of your hip, and press along your inner
thigh toward the back of your leg.
5. Anterior leg massage: Ball or at massage heads
Massage from the inside to the outside of your leg.
6. Palm and foot massage: Jade massage head
Choose an adequate speed, according to the body part and the desired effect.
The rst speed level is more adequate for sensitive areas, such as the neck. It provides a
comfortable massage sensation. Selecting higher speeds will increase both vibration and
intensity. These modes are more suitable for denser muscle/tissue areas.
Level 1: 1500 rpm; 150 Hz - Low intensity, for bony and sensitive areas, such as the neck.
Level 2: 2000 rpm; 200 Hz - For dense areas, such as the calves and the legs.
Level 3: 2400 rpm; 240 Hz - For denser areas, such as the gluteus and the legs.
Level 4: 2800 rpm; 280 Hz - For dense areas, when looking for a more intense effect.

Troubleshooting
Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried
the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The massage heads slide out and fall off. Check if the massage head is installed properly.
The device cannot be switched on.
Check the battery level. Check if the outlet’s voltage
is suitable before charging. If you have not used the
device for a long period of time, charge it for more
than 8 hours.
The device cannot be charged. Check if the charging connector is plugged in.
The device stops working after 10 minutes.
The device is equipped with an intelligent
protection chip, with a long-term operation
protection function. Once the device enters standby
mode, which is normal, you can restart it simply by
pressing the On/Off button.
If the front end of the massage head is blocked, the
device will temporarily stop working.
This is related to the Abnormal Operation
Protection function. Once the device enters
standby mode, you can restart it by simply pressing
the on/off button.
Warranty Statement
All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via www.prozis.com are cov-
ered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for nal consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-profession-
al purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for a
2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective deliv-
ery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consumable

components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunction is
caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, please contact
Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website,
and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance
information is also provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented
by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as
long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model
name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does
not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted or
caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of supercial damage that only affect the prod-
uct’s appearance.
3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with
user manual instructions.
4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components,
or from product misuse.
8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or
design of the product.
9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force,
or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or x any fault or malfunction resulting from
the verication of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to payment
of labor, transport and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation
to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers that
have been removed, damaged, tampered with or modied in any way.

LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.

• Restez vigilant, surveillez ce que vous faites et faites
preuve de bon sens lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil.
N’utilisez pas l’appareil de massage lorsque vous êtes
fatigué ou sous l’inuence de drogues, d’alcool ou
de médicaments. Un moment d’inattention lors de
l’utilisation de l’appareil peut entraîner des blessures
graves.
• Une stimulation fréquente à haute vitesse et à haute
pression sur la même zone provoquera une abrasion.
En cas de douleur ou si vous ne pouvez pas vous
adapter à l’appareil, cessez immédiatement de
l’utiliser.
• Ne l’utilisez pas de manière excessive. Il est
recommandé d’éteindre l’appareil après une heure.
Vous pouvez reprendre son utilisation après une
pause de 30 minutes.
Remarque : Ne laissez pas vos doigts, vos cheveux ou d’autres parties de votre corps
s’approcher de la barre et de l’arrière de la tête vibrante, car ils pourraient se coincer.
Ne touchez pas à cette partie avant de mettre l’appareil en marche sans qu’une
tête de massage ne soit installée.

NE CONVIENT PAS À L’UTILISATION DE CET APPAREIL
N’utilisez pas un pistolet de massage sans l’accord de votre médecin dans l’une des situations
suivantes :
• Si vous êtes enceinte, si vous souffrez de complications liées au diabète (comme une
neuropathie ou une lésion de la rétine) ou de migraines, si vous avez un stimulateur cardiaque,
si vous avez subi récemment une intervention chirurgicale, comme une chirurgie de
remplacement d’une articulation, si vous souffrez d’épilepsie, d’hernie discale, de troubles de
la courbure de la colonne vertébrale, de glissement de vertèbres, de rigidité de la colonne
vertébrale, si vous avez un stérilet, des prothèses ou tout autre problème de santé.
Ces contre-indications ne signient pas que vous ne pouvez pas utiliser de matériel de
vibration ou d’entraînement, bien que nous vous recommandions de consulter un médecin
avant de l’utiliser. Les recherches en cours se concentrent sur l’impact de l’application de
vibrations pour des conditions médicales spéciques. Il est probable que cela réduise les
types de contre-indications mentionnés ci-dessus. L’expérience pratique a montré que
l’inclusion de la vibration dans un régime de traitement est dans de nombreux cas également
une recommandation thérapeutique. Cela doit se faire avec l’avis d’un médecin, d’un
spécialiste ou d’un kinésithérapeute.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• Éteignez l’appareil et retirez toutes les ches avant de le nettoyer !
• Essuyez la surface de l’appareil avec une serviette légèrement humide, puis essuyez-la avec
un chiffon doux. N’essuyez jamais la prise de charge inférieure avec une serviette humide.
• N’utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage agressifs ou abrasifs ni de matériaux tels que du lait
à récurer ou de la paille de fer pour nettoyer les composants. Ils peuvent endommager la
surface supérieure de l’appareil !
• Protégez l’appareil contre les gouttes d’eau et les projections d’eau.
• Veillez à ce que l’humidité ne pénètre pas dans l’appareil pendant le nettoyage an d’éviter
d’endommager le produit et les réparations correspondantes.
STOCKAGE
• Utilisez l’emballage d’origine fourni pour stocker le produit ou si vous voyagez pendant
une longue période.

• Tenez l’appareil éloigné des liquides ou des sources de chaleur. Maintenez le système de
ventilation exempt de poussière et de saleté.
• Stockez dans un endroit sec, bien ventilé et à l’abri des gaz corrosifs, à au moins 25 cm du
sol et sous un maximum de 5 objets superposées.
• Si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé pendant une longue période, vous devez le recharger
régulièrement. Cela permet de maintenir les performances de la batterie. Rechargez-la
tous les mois.
• Ce dispositif doit être sécurisé pendant le transport an d’éviter les vibrations, les collisions
ou les chutes importantes. Il doit être placé en position verticale, en évitant les zones
humides ou mouillées.

INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
Montage de la tête de massage : voir page 2, gure C
Tenez fermement le corps de l’appareil de massage avec votre main gauche tout en tenant
la tête de massage avec votre main droite. Poussez fermement jusqu’à ce que la tête de
massage ne bouge plus.
Conseil : Faites tourner la tête doucement pendant le montage et démontage.
Allumer et éteindre l’appareil
• Pour allumer : Appuyez longuement sur le bouton d’alimentation/intensité pour allumer
l’appareil. Il se met alors en mode veille.
• Niveau 1 : Appuyez brièvement sur le bouton d’alimentation/intensité une fois que
l’appareil est en mode veille. Il démarrera au niveau 1.
• Pour éteindre : Appuyez longuement sur le bouton d’alimentation/intensité pour éteindre
l’appareil. L’appareil s’éteint automatiquement après 10 minutes d’utilisation.
Niveaux de vitesse
• Niveau 1 : Appuyez une fois sur le bouton d’alimentation/intensité.
• Niveau 2 : Appuyez deux fois sur le bouton d’alimentation/intensité.
• Niveau 3 : Appuyez trois fois sur le bouton d’alimentation/intensité.
• Niveau 4 : Appuyez quatre fois sur le bouton d’alimentation/intensité.
Vériez les voyants du niveau d’intensité. Un voyant indique le niveau d’intensité 1, deux
voyants indiquent le niveau d’intensité 2, et ainsi de suite.
Chargement
Connectez le câble USB (vendu avec l’appareil) à l’appareil et à un port USB. Vous pouvez
également le connecter à un adaptateur d’alimentation USB et le brancher sur une prise

de courant. Le voyant lumineux indique le niveau de batterie. Un voyant rouge clignotant
indique que la batterie est faible. Pendant le chargement, la lumière reste blanche. Une fois
que l’appareil est complètement chargé, la lumière s’éteint.

Méthodes de massage
1. Massage des bras : Têtes de massage ronde, plate ou en jade
Massez autour de votre avant-bras, de l’avant vers l’intérieur de l’avant-bras. La tête de mas-
sage doit être perpendiculaire aux zones à masser.
2. Massage des muscles pectoraux et abdominaux : Têtes de massage ronde, plate ou
en jade
Massez les muscles pectoraux et abdominaux de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur.
3. Massage du dos : Têtes de massage ronde, plate ou fourche
Massez de votre colonne vertébrale vers les côtés gauche et droit.
4. Massage des fessiers et de l’arrière des jambes : Têtes de massage plate, ronde ou
en jade
Massez de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur de la partie externe de votre hanche, et pressez le long
de l’intérieur de la cuisse vers l’arrière de votre jambe.
5. Massage de la jambe antérieure : Têtes de massage ronde ou plate
Massez de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur de votre jambe.
6. Massage des paumes et des plantes des pieds : Tête de massage en jade
Choisissez une vitesse adéquate, en fonction de la partie du corps et de l’effet recher-
ché.
Le premier niveau de vitesse est plus adapté aux zones sensibles, comme la nuque. Il procure
une sensation de massage confortable. Le choix de vitesses plus élevées augmentera à la fois
les vibrations et l’intensité. Ces modes sont plus adaptés aux zones de muscles/tissus plus
denses.
Niveau 1 : 1500 tr/min ; 150 Hz - Faible intensité, pour les zones osseuses et sensibles, telles
que la nuque.
Niveau 2 : 2000 tr/min ; 200 Hz - Pour les zones denses, telles que les mollets et les jambes.
Niveau 3 : 2400 tr/min ; 240 Hz - Pour les zones plus denses, telles que les fessiers et les
jambes.
Niveau 4 : 2800 tr/min ; 280 Hz - Pour les zones denses, lorsque l’on recherche un effet plus
intense.
Dépannage
