Getting started
1. Connect the power cable to the device .
2. Plug the power cable into the electrical outlet.
3. Plug the device that needs charging into one
of the 3 USB ports with a dedicated USB cable .
Usage and safety instructions
• The UC01 is only designed for indoor use.
It is not designed for use outdoors.
• To prevent short circuits, re or damage to the product, never
expose the UC01 to heat, water or direct sunlight.
• A lways pull on the plugs or the connectors to disconnect
the plugs of devices. Never pull on the cables themselves.
• Hold the base of the UC01 rmly with one hand when
disconnecting the devices.
• Cleaning: always unplug the product from the electrical
outlet before cleaning with a dry cloth. Please do not use
solvents or detergents.
This device must not be disposed of as household waste: to
prevent pollution it must be recycled. In accordance with
European Directive 2002/96 and the relevant national laws on
disposing of products at end of life, failure to comply with the
above is sanctioned by law. Please find out about the collection
system for electrical and electronic products in your area.

UL / cUL combined compliance for products tested
and approved for the US and Canadian markets.
“CE” conformity mark. This is the declaration that
the product meets the requirements of the
applicable EC directives.
This symbol indicates that the product has Class II
electrical insulation.
This symbol indicates that the product is only for
domestic use.
Separate collection of electrical and electronic
equipment. This indicates that the product must be
disposed of separately to prevent pollution.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference,
and (2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause
undesired operations.
FAQs and Solutions
1. Which of the 3 ports should I use to charge my device?
Any port can be used to charge any device (within the available
amperage).
2. The UC 01 is not charging my device, what should I do?
Please make sure that your device is USB powered and that the
required input current is under 2.5A.
Check that your UC 01 is firmly connected to the power cable
and the power cable is securely plugged into an active wall
socket. Also make sure that the device attached to the UC 01 is
properly connected at both ends.
If your device is still not charging, disconnect all the devices
from the UC 01 and the UC 01 from the power cable then reconnect.
3. How can I find out the input voltage and input current of
my device?
This information can be found in the user manual for your
device, or on the original charging adapter. Otherwise please
contact the manufacturer of the device.
4. The input current of my device is 1A, could the UC 01
damage my device?
No, the UC 01 only supplies the current your device requires,
but only up to 2.5A.

Guarantee
Punkt. guarantees this product for a period of two years from
the date of purchase. The warranty only applies to defects
attributable to the production process or materials used.
The product covered by the warranty may be repaired or
replaced after being assessed by Punkt.. The service for
products covered by the warranty can only be obtained by
presenting proof of purchase (a valid receipt) and the original
packaging.
The warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and
tear due to daily use of the product, such as batteries (if
provided with the product), power cords, various cables,
connectors or sockets, external parts and plastic parts that do
not show obvious signs of manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse,
negligence and is null and void if the product has been
tampered with by unauthorized persons. For further
information, or if other problems arise, please contact the
Punkt. dealer closest to you, or get in touch with us using the
form on the Punkt. website punkt.ch.

In the unlikely event that a problem should occur with one of
our products, we kindly ask you to return the product to the
store where it was purchased. The staff will be able to help
solve the problem and, should the product malfunction be due
to defects in workmanship or materials, they will handle the

Punkt ist ein Schweizer Unternehmen im Unterhaltungselektronik-
Markt, das Lösungen anbietet um das Leben zu erleichtern.
Punkt wurde 2008 von Petter Neby, einem norwegischen
Unternehmer inspiriert von Technik und Kunst-Liebhaber und
Design, gegründet. Punkt. entwickelt elektronische Produkte die
langlebig sind und das Leben leichter machen. Punkt kooperiert mit
dem britischen Industriedesigner Jasper Morrison, der auch der Art

• Das UC01 Auadegerät ist nur gebaut für den Gebrauch
im Haus bzw. Büro. Es ist nicht für den Gebrauch
im Freien vorgesehen.
• Um Kurzschlüsse, Feuer oder Schäden zu vermeiden
exponieren Sie bitte das UC01 Auadegerät nie zur Hitze,
Wasser oder Sonnenlicht .
• Um Stecker zu entfernen, greifen sie den Stecker mit beiden
Händen. Bitte ziehen Sie den Kabel nicht.
• Um die Geräte zu trennen, bitte die Bases der UC 01 festhalten.
• Reinigung: Trennen Sie das Auadegerät immer von der
Steckdose bevor Sie es mit einem trockenen Tuch reinigen.
Bitte benutzen Sie keine Reinigungs-oder Lösungsmittel.
Dieses Gerät darf nicht als Hausmüll entsorgt werden,

1. Welche der drei Anschlüsse sollte ich für das Laden meines

Garantie
Punkt. garantiert dieses Produkt für einen Zeitraum von zwei
Jahren nach dem Kaufdatum.
Die Garantie gilt nur für Defekte, die auf den Fertigungsprozess

Untersuchung durch Punkt. entweder repariert oder ersetzt

Installation

Utilisation et consignes de sécurité
• L’UC 01 est conçu pour l’intérieur uniquement et ne doit
pas être utilisé à l’extérieur.
• Pour éviter tout court-circuit, incendie ou dommage
du produit, n’exposez jamais l’UC 01 à une source de chaleur,
à l’eau ou au soleil.
• Tirez toujours sur les ches ou sur les connecteurs pour
débrancher les ches des dispositifs. Ne tirez jamais sur les
câbles-mêmes.
• Tenez fermement la base de l’UC 01 d’une main lorsque
vous débranchez les dispositifs.
• Entretien : débranchez toujours le produit de la prise
électrique avant de le nettoyer avec un chiffon sec.
N’utilisez pas de solvants ni de détergents.
Ce dispositif ne doit pas être jeté comme un déchet ménager.
Il doit être recyclé pour prévenir la pollution. À cette fin, le
non-respect de la Directive européenne 2002/96 et des
législations nationales en vigueur sur l’élimination des

Normes, certifications et symboles
Conformité UL / cUL pour les produits testés et
approuvés destinés aux marchés américain et canadien.
Marque de conformité « CE » qui certifie que le produit
respecte les directives européennes en vigueur.
Ce symbole signifie que le produit fait partie de la
Classe II en matière d’isolation électrique.
Ce symbole signifie que le produit n’est destiné qu’à
un usage domestique.
Collecte distincte des équipements électriques et
électroniques. Ce symbole signifie que le produit doit
être jeté séparément pour prévenir la pollution.
Cet appareil est conforme à la partie 15 des règles de la

FAQ et Solutions
1. Lequel des 3 ports dois-je utiliser pour recharger
mon dispositif ?
Vous pouvez utiliser n’importe quel port de l’UC 01 pour
recharger un dispositif (à condition de ne pas excéder l’ampérage).
2. L’UC 01 ne recharge pas mon dispositif, que dois-je faire ?
Assurez-vous que votre dispositif est alimenté par USB et que le
courant d’entrée requis n’excède pas 2,5 A. Vériez que votre UC
01 est bien raccordé au câble d’alimentation et que ce dernier est
correctement branché dans une prise murale active.
Assurez-vous également que le dispositif relié à l’UC 01 est
correctement branché aux deux extrémités. Si votre dispositif
ne recharge toujours pas, débranchez tous les dispositifs de l’UC
01 ainsi que l’UC 01 du câble d’alimentation et rebranchez tout.
3. Comment puis-je trouver la tension d’entrée et le courant
d’entrée de mon dispositif ?
Vous pouvez trouver ces informations dans le manuel de
l’utilisateur de votre dispositif ou sur l’adaptateur de charge
d’origine. Il vous est également possible de contacter le
fabricant de votre dispositif.
4. Le courant d’entrée de mon dispositif est de 1 A, l’UC 01
peut-il endommager mon dispositif ?
Non, l’UC 01 ne fournit que le courant nécessaire à votre
dispositif, mais il n’excède pas 2,5 A.

interno. Non è pertanto pensato per un impiego esterno.
• Per evitare il rischio di cortocircuito, incendio o danni
al prodotto, non esporre mai il caricatore UC 01 a calore,
acqua o luce solare diretta.
• Per disinserire le prese dei dispositivi, afferrare e tirare
sempre le prese stesse o i connettori e mai i cavi.
• Tenere sempre saldamente la base dell’UC 01 con una mano
quando si scollegano i dispositivi.
• Pulizia: scollegare sempre il prodotto dalla presa elettrica
prima di eseguire la pulizia con un panno asciutto.
Non utilizzare solventi ne detergenti.

1. Quale delle 3 porte devo utilizzare per ricaricare
il dispositivo?
È possibile utilizzare qualsiasi porta per ricaricare qualsiasi
dispositivo (entro l’amperaggio disponibile).
2. L’UC 01 non sta ricaricando il dispositivo. Cosa devo fare?
Accertati che il dispositivo preveda l’alimentazione USB e che la
corrente d’ingresso richiesta sia inferiore a 2,5 A.
Verifica che l’UC 01 sia saldamente collegato al cavo di
alimentazione e che quest’ultimo sia a sua volta correttamente
collegato ad una presa elettrica funzionante. Controlla inoltre
che il dispositivo attaccato all’UC 01 sia collegato correttamente
da entrambe le estremità. Se il dispositivo ancora non si carica,
scollega tutti gli apparecchi dal caricatore UC 01 e quest’ultimo
dal cavo di alimentazione, quindi ricollegali.
3. Dove posso trovare le informazioni su tensione e corrente
d’ingresso del mio dispositivo?
Queste informazioni sono riportate nel manuale d’uso del
dispositivo da ricaricare o sull’adattatore di ricarica originale.

4. La corrente d’ingresso del mio dispositivo è 1 A. Il
