REGLES DE SECURITE
1. Utilisez cet appareil de chauffage uniquement tel
que recommandé dans ce manuel. Toute autre
utilisation est déconseillée par le fabricant, et
pourrait provoquer un incendie, une électrocution,
des brûlures, des dommages.
2. Assurez-vous que votre voltage correspond bien à
la tension d’alimentation nécessaire pour le
fonctionnement de l’appareil (220-240V/50Hz).
3. La plus grande prudence est recommandée
lorsque l’appareil de chauffage est utilisé en
présence d’enfants, d’infirmes ou s’il est laissé
sans surveillance.
4. Pour réduire les risques d’incendie ou
d’électrocution, la fiche de l’appareil doit
s’adapter parfaitement à la prise de branchement ;
dans le cas contraire il faut vérifier avec un
électricien.
5. Il faut éviter d’utiliser une rallonge électrique car
celle-ci pourrait chauffer et augmenter le risque
d’incendie. Cependant, si vous ne pouvez pas
faire autrement, la rallonge électrique devra être
faites de 2 câbles électriques, avec un diamètre
minimum 1.0 mm²/fil ou plus et d’une valeur
nominale de 1890 watts. Il ne faut surtout pas

brancher plusieurs appareils électriques sur la
même rallonge que l’appareil de chauffage.
6. Il ne faut pas utiliser l’appareil de chauffage si la
prise ou le cordon électrique sont endommagés. Si
c’était le cas, ils doivent être remplacés par une
personne qualifiée, le fabriquant ou son
représentant pour éviter tout danger.
7. Il faut toujours éteindre l’appareil avant de le
débrancher pour être nettoyé, déplacé, réparé. Il
faut également le débrancher lorsqu’il n’est pas
utilisé.

D’ETEINDRE L’APPAREIL DE CHAUFFAGE
LORSQUE VOUS LE VERIFIEZ, LE NETTOYEZ
OU LE DEPLACEZ.
APRES L’AVOIR ETEINT, IL FAUT SANS-FAUTE
LE DEBRANCHER.
8. Pour éviter tout risque d’électrocution ou
d’incendie aucun objet ne doit être inséré dans les
orifices d’entrée ou de sortie de l’air. Il ne faut pas
non plus introduire ses doigts dans les orifices.
9. Il ne faut en aucune façon boucher les entrées et
sorties d’air, ceci pourrait provoquer un incendie.
Il ne faut surtout pas installer l’appareil sur un lit.
10. L’appareil de chauffage doit toujours être installé
sur une surface stable, plane et rigide. Aucun
meuble, aucun objet, ne doit reposer sur le cordon
électrique, il ne faut pas faire passer le cordon
électrique sous un tapis ou une moquette. Le

cordon électrique ne doit pas se trouver dans un
endroit de passage ou il pourrait être la cause
d’une chute.
11. Cet appareil de chauffage est chaud lorsqu’il
fonctionne, il faut donc éviter de le toucher. Il faut
toujours utiliser les poignées pour le déplacer. Les
matériaux combustibles tels que journaux,
meubles, oreillers, literie, vêtements et rideaux
doivent être à une distance d’au moins 90 cm du
devant de l’appareil et à au moins 30 cm de
l’arrière et des côtés de celui-ci.
12. L’appareil de chauffage est construit avec des
composants qui peuvent créer des étincelles ou un
arc électrique. L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé
dans un lieu potentiellement dangereux ou se
trouve des produits inflammables, explosifs,
chimiques ou dans un endroit très humide…
13. Il ne faut pas installer l’appareil dans un endroit
humide tel qu’une salle de bain ou il pourrait
tomber dans une baignoire plein d’eau par
exemple. Ne pas non plus l’utiliser près d’un
évier, d’un bassin.
14. L’appareil est prévu pour un usage domestique.
15. Il ne faut pas utiliser l’appareil à l’extérieur.
ATTENTION : Pour réduire tout risque d’incendie ou
d’électrocution il ne faut pas utiliser l’appareil avec
un rhéostat de type électronique.

MISE EN MARCHE ET CONTROLE CHAUFFAGE

MODE D’EMPLOI :
1. Retirer avec précaution l’appareil de son
emballage.
2. Vérifier que l’appareil est bien éteint,
l’interrupteur doit être sur OFF (0).
3. Installer l’appareil sur une surface plane et rigide.
4. Le témoin lumineux s’allume lorsque l’appareil
est branché.
5. Pour faire fonctionner le chauffage, régler le
thermostat au maximum.
6. Régler l’interrupteur au niveau de chauffage
souhaité : pour une température modérée sur I
(1000-1200w), sur II (1800w) pour une
température plus élevée.
7. Pour utiliser l’appareil SANS sa fonction de
chauffage, c'est-à-dire comme ventilateur, régler
l’interrupteur sur .

8. Le témoin lumineux reste allumé pendant le
fonctionnement de l’appareil.
9. Eteindre l’appareil en tournant l’interrupteur vers
OFF (0) puis débrancher la prise.
ATTENTION : La grille frontale METALLIQUE est
chaude pendant le fonctionnement de l’appareil.
CONTROLE THERMOSTAT
1. Il faut commencer par réchauffer la pièce ou
l’appareil doit être utilisé. Pour faire démarrer le
chauffage, mettre le thermostat au maximum.
2. Lorsque la température souhaitée est atteinte,
tourner progressivement le thermostat VERS le
minimum, cela doit se faire jusqu’à ce que
l’appareil arrête de fonctionner.
3. A partir de ce moment, l’appareil conserve le
niveau de chaleur sélectionné en arrêtant et
mettant l’appareil en marche automatiquement.

4. Il est normal que l’appareil suive ce cycle « Arrêt,
Marche » pour maintenir la température de la
pièce au niveau sélectionné. Cependant si l’on
souhaite arrêter ce « cycle » il faut ajuster à
nouveau le thermostat.

SECURITE RENVERSEMENT
Si l’appareil se renverse ou bien tombe, celui-ci s’arrête
automatiquement de fonctionner. Dans ce cas là,
débrancher l’appareil, le remettre sur un support stable et
plat, rebrancher le cordon électrique puis remettre
l’appareil en marche.
PROTECTION EN CAS DE SURCHAUFFE :
1. Pour la protection en cas de surchauffe, l’appareil
est muni d’un capteur de chaleur à réinitialisation
manuelle et d’un dispositif de sécurité thermique.
2. Si une température excessive est atteinte,
l’appareil de chauffage s’arrête automatiquement.

Il ne pourra se remettre en marche qu’après
intervention de l’usager. (voir ci-dessous : Remise
en marche).
REMISE EN MARCHE :
1. Eteindre l’appareil en tournant l’interrupteur sur
OFF (0).
2. Débranchez l’appareil et attendre 5 à 10 minutes
que l’appareil refroidisse.
3. Après ces 5 à 10 minutes rebranchez l’appareil.
ENTRETIEN
Attention : TOUJOURS DEBRANCHER
L’APPAREIL AVANT DE PROCEDER AU
NETTOYAGE OU A LA REPARATION DE CELUI-
CI.
NE JAMAIS IMMERGER L’APPAREIL.
NETTOYAGE :
Nettoyez la grille arrière au moins une fois par mois, plus
souvent si nécessaire. Un filtre sale en réduisant le
passage de l’air empêche le bon fonctionnement de
l’appareil et peut même provoquer une panne.
Il ne faut pas essayer de démonter la grille arrière de
l’appareil.
1. Débrancher l’appareil.
2. De manière à enlever les poussières et la saleté sur
le filtre interne, utilisez la brosse de l’aspirateur
sur la grille arrière.

IL NE FAUT SURTOUT PAS ESSAYER DE
DEMONTER L’APPAREIL. Il ne faut pas non plus
enlever la grille de protection ni bien sûr utiliser
l’appareil sans cette grille.
3. A l’aide d’un chiffon doux, nettoyez avec
précaution la coque de l’appareil de chauffage. Il
ne faut jamais utiliser d’alcool ou de solvants.
ENTREPOSAGE :
Lorsque vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil, entreposez-le dans
un endroit sec, après l’avoir remis avec ce manuel
d’utilisation, dans son carton d’emballage.

This user manual includes important instructions about
using and maintaining your heater.
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Use this heater only as described in this manual.
Any other use is not recommended by the
manufacturer and could cause fire, electrical
shock, or injury to persons.
2. Make certain that the power source conforms to
the electrical requirements of heater (220-
240V/50Hz).
3. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is
used by or near children or invalids and whenever
the heater is left operating and unattended.
4. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is
intended to fit in a correct outlet. If the plug of
heater does not fit fully in the outlet, contact a
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this
safety feature.
5. Where possible, avoid the use of extension cords
because the extension cord may overheat and
cause a fire. However, if you have to use an
extension cord, the cord shall be a 2-wire, with
minimum 1.0 mm² or larger and rated not less
than 1890 watts. Never use a single extension
cord to operate more than one heater.

6. Do not operate heater with a damaged cord or
plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been
dropped or damaged in any manner. It must be
changed by a qualified electrician or the
manufacturer to avoid any danger
7. Always close the power switch and unplug power
cord before servicing or moving the heater.
Always unplug heater when not in use.
WARNING : DO NOT DEPEND ON THE ON/OFF
BUTTON OR SWITCH AS THE SOLE MEANS OF
DISCONNECTING POWER WHEN SERVICING

ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD.
8. Do not insert or allow fingers or foreign objects to
enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as it may
cause an electric shock or fire or damage the
heater.
9. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes
or exhaust in any manner. Do not place heater on
soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may
become blocked.
10. Always place the heater on a stable, flat, level
surface when operating, to avoid the chance of the
heater overturning. Locate the power cord so the
heater or other objects are not resting on it. Do not
run power cord under carpeting. Do not cover
power cord with throws rugs, runners, or the like.
Arrange power cord away from room traffic and
where it will not be tripped over.

11. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do
not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Always use
handle when moving this heater. Keep
combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows,
bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 0.9m
from the front of the heater and keep them at least
0.3m from the sides and rear.
12. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts
inside. It must not be used in potentially
dangerous locations such as flammable, explosive,
chemical-laden or wet atmosphere.
13. This heater is not intended for use in wet or damp
locations. Never locate a heater where it may fall
into a bathtub or other water container.
14. This heater is intended for general use only.
15. Do not use the heater outdoors.

OPERATION :
1. Carefully remove your heater from the box and
bag.
2. Make sure that the heater is in the OFF (0)
position before plugging the heater into a outlet.
3. Place the heater on a firm, level surface.
4. The power light will light up when initially
plugging the heater into a outlet.
5. For heater operation, set the Thermostat knob to
the maximum setting (+).
6. Set Power knob to the desired heat setting. Low
heat (1000-1200W) is represented by the I and
High heat (1800W) by the II.
7. For fan-only operation, without any heat output,
turn Power knob to the fan setting represented by
.
8. The Power light will remain lit during operation.

9. To disconnect heater, turn Power knob to the OFF
(0) operation. Then remove the plug from the
outlet.
WARNING : METAL MESH IS HOT WHEN
HEATER IS IN OPERATION.
THERMOSTAT KNOB
1. Before setting the thermostat, allow heater to
operate and warm up the room. Set thermostat
knob to the maximum setting (+) to start the
heater.
2. When the desired temperature comfort level is
reached, lower the thermostat setting until the
heater stops operating. This is done by moving the
thermostat knob towards the minimum setting (-).
3. The heater will now automatically maintain the
pre-set temperature level by cycling the heater ON
and OFF (0).

4. It is normal for the heater to cycle ON and OFF as
it maintains the present temperature. To prevent
the unit from cycling, you need to adjust the
thermostat setting.

TIP OVER SWITCH :
Your heater is designed to automatically shut off when
tipped forward or backward.
When returned to normal upright position, heat will
automatically turn on again.

OVERHEATING SAFETY :
1. A thermal overload protector is built into the
heater to prevent overheating.
2. When an overheat temperature is reached, the
heater will be automatically shut off. It can only
resume operation when the user resets the unit
(see reset instruction)
TO RESET THE HEATER :

1. Turn the power knob to the OFF (0) position.
2. Unplug the heater and wait 5-10 minutes for the
heater to cool down.
3. After the heater has cool down, plug the heater
into the outlet and operate normally.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING : ALWAYS UNPLUG THE CORD
BEFORE MOVING OR SERVICING.
DO NOT IMMERSE HEATER IN WATER.
CLEANING :
Clean the heater at least once a month, more often if
dirty. Clean the heater grill with the vacuum brush
attachment on your vacuum cleaner. This will remove lint
and dirt from the inside of the heater.
Do not attempt to take apart the heater.
Do not remove grill guard or allow heater to be operated
without grill guard in place.
Clean the body of the heater with a soft cloth (NEVER
USE ALCOHOL OR SOLVENTS).
STORAGE :
Store the heater with these instructions in its original
carton in a cool, dry place.

Este manual de empleo contiene instrucciones
importantes sobre el funcionamiento y mantenimiento de
calefactores adicionales.
Aprenda a conocer su aparato.
Debe leer y conservar el manual de empleo.

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD
1. Utilice este calefactor únicamente como se
recomienda en este manual, ya que la
utilización no aconsejada por el fabricante
podría provocar un incendio, una
electrocución, quemaduras o daños.
2. Asegúrese que su voltaje corresponde a la
tensión de alimentación necesaria para el
funcionamiento del calefactor (AC220-
240V/50Hz)
3. Debe tenerse cuidado al utilizar el calefactor
en presencia de niños, discapacitados o si se
deja sin supervisión.
4. Para reducir el riesgo de incendio o
electrocución, el enchufe del aparato debe
adaptarse perfectamente a la toma de
corriente; de lo contrario, deberá solicitar los
servicios de un electricista.
5. Debe evitarse utilizar un alargador eléctrico,
ya que podría recalentarse y aumentar el
riesgo de incendio. No obstante, si es
necesario utilizarlo, el alargador deberá estar
compuesto de 2 cables eléctricos, con un
diámetro mínimo de 1,0 mm2/ cable o más y
un valor nominal de 1890 vatios. Es

importante no conectar varios aparatos
eléctricos en el mimo alargador que el
calefactor.
6. No debe utilizarse el calentador si la toma o
el cable eléctrico están dañados, si ha sufrido
una descarga, ha estado estropeado o si no
funciona correctamente, no utilizar el
aparato. A fin de evitar todo peligro, dicho
cable debe ser reemplazado por una persona
cualificada, por el fabricante o por su
representante.
7. Debe apagarse siempre el aparato antes de
desenchufarlo para ser limpiado, desplazado
o reparado. Asimismo, debe desenchufarse
cuando no se esté utilizando.

8. Para evitar todo riesgo de electrocución o
incendio, no debe introducirse ningún objeto
en los orificios de entrada o salida de aire.
Asimismo, no debe introducir los dedos en
los orificios.
9. No deben obstruirse las entradas y salidas
de aire, ya que podría producirse un
incendio. No debe instalarse el aparato sobre
una cama.

10.El calefactor debe instalarse siempre sobre
una superficie estable, plana y rígida. Ningún
mueble u objeto debe estar encima del cable
eléctrico. No debe pasarse el cable eléctrico
por debajo de una alfombra o moqueta. El
cable eléctrico no debe estar en un lugar de
paso, ya que podría causar una caída.
11.Este calefactor se calienta cuando está en
funcionamiento. Por lo tanto, debe evitarse
tocarlo. Deben utilizarse siempre los
agarradores para desplazarlo. Los materiales
combustibles como periódicos, muebles,
almohadas, sábanas, ropa y cortinas deben
estar a una distancia de 30 cm como mínimo
de la parte trasera y de los lados.
12. El calefactor está compuesto de elementos
que pueden crear chispas o un arco eléctrico.
No debe utilizarse el aparato en un lugar
potencialmente peligroso o con productos
inflamables, explosivos, químicos o en un
lugar muy húmedo…
13.No debe instalarse el aparato en un lugar
húmedo como un baño, ya que, por ejemplo,
podría caerse en una bañera llena de agua.
No debe utilizarse tampoco cerca de un
lavabo o una pila de agua.
14.El aparato está diseñado para uso
doméstico.
15.No debe utilizarse el calefactor en el exterior.

MODO DE EMPLEO :
1. Retire con precaución el aparato de su embalaje.
2. Verifique que el aparato está apagado. El interruptor
debe estar en “OFF” (0)
3. Instale el aparato sobre una superficie plana y rígida.
4. El indicador luminoso se enciende cuando el aparato
está enchufado.
5. Para hacer funcionar la calefacción, regule el
termostato al máximo ( ).
6. Sitúe el interruptor en el nivel de calefacción deseado:
para una temperatura moderada en (1) (1000-1200W),
en (2) (1800W) para una temperatura más elevada.
7. Para utilizar el aparato SIN su función de calefacción,
es decir, como ventilador, sitúe el interruptor en:

8. El indicador luminoso permanece encendido durante
el funcionamiento del aparato.
9. Apague el aparato girando el interruptor a “OFF” (0).
A continuación, desenchúfelo.
ATENCIÓN : la rejilla frontal METÁLICA está
caliente durante el funcionamiento del aparato.
BOTON DE TERMOSTATO
1. Es preciso comenzar a calentar la habitación donde
debe utilizarse el aparato. Para iniciar la calefacción,
ponga el termostato al máximo:
2. Cuando se obtenga la temperatura deseada, gire el
termostato HACIA el mínimo de manera progresiva:
hasta que el aparato deje de funcionar.
3. A partir de este momento, el aparato conserva el nivel
de calor seleccionado parando y poniendo el aparato
en marcha automáticamente.
4. Es normal que el aparato siga el ciclo de « Parada,
Funcionamiento » para mantener la temperatura de la
habitación en el nivel seleccionado. No obstante, si se
desea detener este « ciclo », debe volverse a ajustar el
termostato.

SECURIDAD DE INVERSION :
Si el aparato se invierte o tumba, éste deja
automáticamente de funcionar. En este caso, desconectar
el aparato, volverlo a poner en un soporte estable.
Reconectar el cordón eléctrico luego volver a poner el
aparato en marcha
DISPOSITIVOS DE SEGURIDAD :
1. Como protección en caso de recalentamiento,
el calefactor está provisto de un capturado de
calor de re-inicialización manual y un
dispositivo de seguridad térmica.
2. Si se alcanza una temperatura excesiva, el
calefactor se detiene automáticamente. Sólo
se podrá volver a poner de en funcionamiento
tras la intervención del usuario. (Ver más
abajo: Volver a poner en funcionamiento)

VOLVER A PONER EN FUNCIONAMIENTO :
1. Apague el aparato girando el interruptor a « OFF
(0) »
2. Desenchufe el aparato y espere de 5 a 10 minutos
para que el aparato se enfríe.
3. Después de 5-10 minutos, vuelva a enchufar el
aparato.
MANTENIMIENTO
Atención: DESENCHUFE SIEMPRE EL APARATO
ANTES DE PROCEDER A SU LIMPIEZA O
REPARACIÓN.
NO SUMERJA NUNCA EL APARATO.
LIMPIEZA:
Limpie la rejilla trasera al menos una vez al mes o más a
menudo si es necesario. Un filtro sucio que reduzca el
paso de aire impide el buen funcionamiento del aparato y
puede producir incluso una avería.
No debe intentar desmontar la rejilla trasera del aparato.
1. Desenchufe el calefactor.
2. Para extraer el polvo y la suciedad del filtro
interno, utilice el cepillo de la aspiradora en la
rejilla trasera.
NO INTENTE DESMONTAR EL CALEFACTOR.
Tampoco extraiga la rejilla de protección ni utilice el
aparato sin esta rejilla.
3. Con un trapo suave, limpie con cuidado la carcasa
del calefactor. No utilice nunca alcohol o
disolventes.

Deze gebruikershandleiding bevat belangrijke informatie
in verband met de werking en het onderhoud van de
verwarming. Leer uw toestel goed kennen

VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
1. Gebruik dit verwarmingstoestel enkel zoals
aanbevolen in deze handleiding. Ieder oneigenlijk
gebruik wordt afgeraden door de producent en
het kan brand, elektrische schokken,
brandwonden en schade veroorzaken.
2. Controleer of uw spanning overeenkomt met de
nodige voedingsspanning voor de werking van
het verwarmingstoestel (AC 220-240V/50Hz)
3. De grootste oplettendheid wordt aanbevolen
wanneer het verwarmingstoestel gebruikt wordt
in de onmiddellijke omgeving van kinderen,
zieken of indien het zonder enige vorm van
toezicht wordt gelaten.
4. Om het risico van brand en elektrische schokken
tot een minimum te beperken, dient de stekker
volledig aangepast te zijn aan het stopcontact ; als
dit niet het geval is, neemt u contact met een
elektricien.
5. Het gebruik van een elektrisch verlengsnoer dient
te worden vermeden. De kans bestaat namelijk
dat het snoer oververhit raakt wat het
brandgevaar verhoogt. Indien u echter geen keuze
heeft, moet het snoer voldoen aan de volgende
vereisten : het verlengsnoer moet bestaan uit 2

elektrische kabels, met een minimum diameter
van 1.0 mm²/draad of meer en een nominale
waarde van 1890 watt. Men dient zeker te
vermijden meerdere elektrische toestellen aan te
sluiten op hetzelfde stopcontact als het
verwarmingstoestel.
6. Het verwarmingstoestel mag niet gebruikt
worden als stekker of het elektrische snoer
beschadigd zijn, als het toestel een stoot heeft
gekregen, als het beschadigd is, als het niet
correct werkt. In dat geval dient het toestel
gecontroleerd en hersteld te worden door
bekwaam personeel.
7. Het toestel moet steeds uitgeschakeld worden
voor u de stekker uit het stopcontact verwijderd
als u het toestel wil schoonmaken, verplaatsen of
herstellen. De stekker moet ook verwijderd
worden als het toestel niet gebruikt wordt.

CONTACT VERWIJDEREN
1. Om ieder risico op elektrische schokken of brand
te vermijden mag geen enkel voorwerp ingevoerd
worden in de luchtinlaat- of

luchtuitlaatopeningen. Men mag ook geen vingers
in deze openingen duwen.
2. De luchtinlaat- en luchtuitlaatiopeningen mogen
op geen enkele manier verstopt raken. Dit kan
brand veroorzaken. Het toestel mag zeker niet op
een bed geplaatst worden.
3. Het verwarmingstoestel moet steeds op een
stabiele, vlakke en harde ondergrond geplaatst
worden. Geen enkel meubel, geen voorwerp mag
op het elektrische snoer rusten. Het snoer mag niet
onder een vloerkleed of tapijt gelegd worden. Het
verlengsnoer moet volledig uit de weg gelegd
worden. Als dit niet het geval is, kan het namelijk
een val veroorzaken.
4. Dit verwarmingstoestel warmt op als het
aangeschakeld wordt. Men moet dus vermijden
het aan te raken. Maak steeds gebruik van de
handvaten om het te verplaatsen. Brandbaar
materiaal, zoals kranten, meubelen, kussens,
beddegoed en gordijnen, moet op een minimum
afstand van 90 cm aan de voorzijde en 30 cm aan
de achterzijde en de zijkanten van het toestel
verwijderd blijven.
5. De onderdelen van het verwarmingstoestel
kunnen vonken of elektrische ontladingen
veroorzaken. Het toestel mag daarom ook niet
gebruikt worden in een potentieel gevaarlijke
ruimte waar ontvlambare producten, explosieven
of chemische producten zijn opgeslagen, noch in
een vochtige ruimte.

6. Het toestel mag niet in een vochtige ruimte zoals
een badkamer geplaatst worden. Hier bestaat
namelijk het risico dat het bijvoorbeeld in het bad
7. vol water valt. Het toestel ook niet in de buurt van
een afwasbak of een kuip gebruiken.
8. Het toestel is bedoeld voor huishoudelijk gebruik.
9. Het verwarmingstoestel mag niet buitenshuis
gebruikt worden.
OPGELET : Om ieder risico op brand of elektrische
schokken te vermijden, mag het verwarmingstoestel
niet gebruikt worden met een elektronische rheostaat.

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING :
1. Verwijder het toestel voorzichtig uit de
verpakking.
2. Controleer of het toestel wel degelijk
uitgeschakeld is, de schakelaar moet in de “OFF”-
stand staan (0)
3. Plaats het toestel op een vlakke en harde
ondergrond
4. Het verklikkerlichtje gaat branden als het toestel
aangeschakeld wordt.
5. Om de verwarming aan te schakelen, draait u de
thermostaat maximum te draaien ( ).
6. Stel de schakelaar in op het gewenste
verwarmingsniveau : voor een gemiddelde
temperatuur op (1) (1000-1200W), op (2)
(1800W) voor een hogere temperatuur.
7. Om het toestel te gebruiken ZONDER de
verwarmingsfunctie, m.a.w. als ventilator, draait u
de schakelaar op : ( ).
8. Het verklikkerlichtje blijft branden wanneer het
toestel in werking is.
9. Schakel het toestel uit door de schakelaar in de
“OFF”-stand te draaien (0). Daarna verwijderd u
de stekker uit het contact.
OPGELET : het METALEN rooster vooraan
warmt op wanneer het toestel in werking is.

THERMOSTAAT
1. De eerste stap is het opwarmen van de ruimte
waar het toestel gebruikt zal worden. Om de
verwarming op te starten, schakelt u de
thermostaat op maximum :
2. Wanneer de gewenste temperatuur bereikt is,
draait u de thermostaat geleidelijk aan NAAR het
minimum: blijf dit doen tot het toestel uit
zichzelf stopt.
3. Vanaf dat moment behoudt het toestel dit gekozen
verwarmingsniveau door het automatisch stoppen
en opnieuw in werking treden van het toestel.
4. Het is normaal dat het toestel deze cyclus volgt
“Stop, Aan” om de temperatuur in de ruimte op
het gewenste niveau te behouden. Hoewel,
wanneer men deze “cyclus” wenst te onderbreken,
dient met de thermostaat aan te passen.
