Media Installation
The Media has been shipped seperately to avoid damage in transit.
The length of the internal riser pipe is pre-set and does not need adjustment.

Set Time of Day
1. Push NEXT until the time of day screen is displayed. Press
correct minute is displayed.
3. Press NEXT to return to the user displays.
Time of day should only need to be set on installation or when
daylight saving time begins or ends. If the time flashes on & off
after a power loss the time of day should be reset & the CR2032
button battery replaced. Note: All other settings will not require
reprogramming. In the unlikely event of a power loss during a
backwash, when the power is restored, a dry-reset should be
performed, followed by a manual regeneration if convenient.

4. Day Override: Preset to default (off). Set Day Override
• Number of days between regeneration (1 to 28); or
• oFF (default)
When volume capacity set to "oFF" or to a number, sets the
number of days between regenerations. If volume is set to
AUTO a regeneration initiation will be called for on that day
even if sufficient volume of water were not used to call for
regeneration.

• AUTO: Capacity will be automatically calculated and

If oFF or volume is used, the hardness display will not be
allowed to be set in Installer Display Settings step 2 & 3.

12. Set Regeneration Time Options

• NORMAL: Means regeneration time will be triggered by
the value specified (in M).
• on O (default) : Means regenration will occur
or
• NORMAL + on O: Means regeneration will occur at one of
the following:
- The preset time when the volume capacity falls below
the reserve or the specified number of days between
regenerations is reached whichever comes first; or
- Immediately after 10 minutes of no water usage when

13. Set Relay Operation
• Set Time On: Relay activates after a set time at the
beginning of a regeneration and then deativates after a
set period of time. The start of regeneration is defined
as the first backwash cycle or Dn brine cycle., whichever
comes first.
• Set Litres Softening On: Replay activates after a set
number of litres have been used while in service and then
deactivates after a set period of time or after the meter
stops registering flow, whichever comes first.
• Set Litres Softening Regen On: Relay activates after
a set number of litres have been used while in service or
during a regeneration and then deactivates after a set
period of time or after the meter stops registering flow,
whichever comes first.
• ERROR: Relay closes whenever the value enters error
mode, and immediately deativates when error mode is
exited. If set to ERROR, steps 14 & 15 will not be shown.
• Off (default): If set to 'oFF", steps 14 & 15 will not be
shown.

14. Set Relay Actuation Time or Litres
• Relay Actuation Time: After the start of a regeneration
the amount of time that should pass prior to activating
the relay. The start of regeneration is defined as the first
