INSTRUCTIONS
OPENING THE BOX:
The hand tool will be standard equipped with the 6,4 mm nosepiece. The other
nosepieces are stored in the lever of the tool. A smaller set of jaws is stored in
the box, including 1 x spanner for changing the nosepiece.
FIRST USE:
Make sure before using the tool that the correct nosepiece is installed on the
tool. Otherwise change to a di erent nosepiece.
Change to a di erent nosepiece:
Close the left and right lever (1) completely. In this way the jaws and internal
spring are released. Use the spanner to unscrew the nosepiece. Replace it by
choosing the correct nosepiece for your selected blind rivets and release the
levers (1) again.
Cleaning or changing the jaws:
Close the left and right lever (1) completely. Loosen the lock nut (5) and
unscrew the front sleeve (6). Unscrew the clamping sleeve (8) to take out the
set of 3 jaws. Change or clean the jaws and re-assemble by reversing the above
procedure.
Setting a blind rivet:
Put the tool in start position by opening the levers up to maximum. There is
a clicking sound. The jaws will open completely and the ratchet mechanism
is unlocked. Insert the blind rivet into the nosepiece and slide into the hole
of the material. The hole size must be slightly larger than the rivet, check the
specification of rivet.

Close the levers completely once to activate the ratchet mechanism. Now open de
levers for one third till you hear the clicking sound of the mechanism, then close
the levers completely.
Repeat these steps until the maximum breaking load has exceed and the mandrel
will break. Open the levers up to maximum, until the clicking sound, the ratchet
mechanism is unlocked and the rest mandrel will fall into the mandrel collector
(3). Empty the mandrel collector after setting 50 blind rivets.
Important: after having started setting the rivet do not open the levers
completely anymore before the rivet has been set. When levers have been opened
completely before having set the rivet, the ratchet process has to be started again.

Einstellung des Mundstücks:
Nach der Hubeinstellung ist es wichtig das Mundstück (6) einzustellen
und mit der Kontermutter (5) zu sichern. Ö
Anschlag, Sie hören dann ein Klickgeräusch und die Mechanik ist entriegelt.
Die Blindnietmutter auf den Gewindedorn drehen bis ein Gewindegang
des Gewindedorns am Schaftende der Blindnietmutter übersteht. Dann
das Mundstück (6) bis zum Anschlag gegen den Kopf der Blindnietmutter
drehen. Mit der Kontermutter (5) sichern. Diesen Vorgang bei jedem Wechsel
der Abmessung wiederholen.
Setzen der Blindnietmutter:
Ög, Sie hören dann ein Klickgeräusch
und die Ratschenmechanik ist entriegelt. Die Blindnietmutter auf den
Gewindedorn des Werkzeuges drehen bis zum Anschlag an das Mundstück.
Die aufgeschraubte Blindnietmutter mit dem Werkzeug in das vorbereitete
Loch, entsprechend Vorgaben, stecken. Die Hebel nun schließen, die
Ratschenmechanik ist aktiv rittel, Sie
hören das Klickgeräusch der Mechanik und schließen dann die Hebel ganz.
Dieser Schritt ist entsprechend der Hubzahl zu wiederholen. Anschließend
den Gewindedorn mittels des Drehknopfes (3) herausdrehen. Prüfen Sie den
festen Sitz der Blindnietmutter.
Wichtig: Nach dem Einstellen der Nietmutter dürfen die Hebel nicht
werden, da ansonsten die
Ratschenmechanik ausgeschaltet ist. In diesem Fall wie oben beschrieben
vorgehen.

Cleaning or changing the jaws:
Close the left and right lever (1) completely. Loosen the lock nut (5) and
unscrew the front sleeve (6). When the lock nut is taken o, open up the levers
completely until they click. By doing this, the clamping sleeve with Jawset,
pusher, push pin spring, puller assembly and the return spring will be released
from the tool (B1). Cover the items with your hand before doing this, because
due to the force of the spring below, it can come out with some force. Now you
can unscrew the clamping sleeve and change or clean the jaws. Afterwards, re-
assemble by reversing the above procedure. For the reassembling of drawing
B1, just reassemble according to picture B1, and push it back into the tool.

ANWEISUNG
NACH ÖFFNEN DER BOX PRÜFEN:
Die Handnietzange wird standardmäßig mit dem Mundstück 6,4 mm
vormontiert geliefert. Weitere Mundstücke sind in den Handhebeln (1). Kleinere
Spannbacken und ein Montageschlüssel sind in der Box.
ERSTE BENUTZUNG:
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Gebrauch der Handnietzange dass das richtige
Mundstück, entsprechend der Blindniete, montiert ist. Andernfalls wechseln Sie
in eine andere Abmessung.
Wechsel zu einer anderen Abmessung:
Schließen Sie die Handhebel (1) vollständig. Verwenden Sie den
Montageschlüssel um das Mundstück abzuschrauben. Ersetzen Sie das
Mundstück entsprechend der gewählten Blindniete.
Reinigung oder tauschen der Spannbacken:
Handhebel (1) in neutrale Position bringen. Lösen Sie die Kontermutter (5) am
Gehäuse mit und entfernen Sie das vordere Gehäuse. Nehmen Sie die Feder,
den Spannbackenschieber und den 3-teiligen Satz Spannbacken heraus. Nun
können Sie die Spannbacken mit einer Drahtbürste reinigen, oder durch neue
Spannbacken ersetzen. Die Montage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Setzen der Blindniete:
Önen Sie die Hebel bis zum Anschlag, Sie hören dann ein Klickgeräusch und die
Ratschenmechanik ist entriegelt. Stecken Sie den Blindniet mit der Handzange
in das nach Vorgabe gebohrte Loch im Material. Die Hebel nun schließen, die
Ratschenmechanik ist aktiv. Nun önen Sie die Hebel zu einem Drittel, Sie hören
das Klickgeräusch der Mechanik und schließen dann die Hebel ganz.

Nun önen Sie die Hebel zu einem Drittel, Sie hören das Klickgeräusch der
Mechanik und schließen dann die Hebel ganz. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang
bis der Nietdorn an seiner Sollbruchstelle abreißt. Den Restnietdorn durch
bewegen der Zange nach hinten herausfallen lassen.
Wichtig: Die Hebel dürfen nicht komplett bis zum Anschlag geönet werden,
da ansonsten die Ratschenmechnik ausgeschaltet ist. In diesem Fall wie oben
beschrieben vorgehen.
Die markierten Positionen sind Verschleißartikel und unterliegen nicht der Gewährleistung.

Nun önen Sie die Hebel zu einem Drittel, Sie hören das Klickgeräusch der
Mechanik und schließen dann die Hebel ganz. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang
bis der Nietdorn an seiner Sollbruchstelle abreißt. Den Restnietdorn durch
bewegen der Zange nach hinten herausfallen lassen.
Wichtig: Die Hebel dürfen nicht komplett bis zum Anschlag geönet werden,
da ansonsten die Ratschenmechnik ausgeschaltet ist. In diesem Fall wie oben
beschrieben vorgehen.

Einstellung des Mundstücks:
Nach der Hubeinstellung ist es wichtig das Mundstück (6) einzustellen
und mit der Kontermutter (5) zu sichern. Ö
Anschlag, Sie hören dann ein Klickgeräusch und die Mechanik ist entriegelt.
Die Blindnietmutter auf den Gewindedorn drehen bis ein Gewindegang
des Gewindedorns am Schaftende der Blindnietmutter übersteht. Dann
das Mundstück (6) bis zum Anschlag gegen den Kopf der Blindnietmutter
drehen. Mit der Kontermutter (5) sichern. Diesen Vorgang bei jedem Wechsel
der Abmessung wiederholen.
Setzen der Blindnietmutter:
Ög, Sie hören dann ein Klickgeräusch
und die Ratschenmechanik ist entriegelt. Die Blindnietmutter auf den
Gewindedorn des Werkzeuges drehen bis zum Anschlag an das Mundstück.
Die aufgeschraubte Blindnietmutter mit dem Werkzeug in das vorbereitete
Loch, entsprechend Vorgaben, stecken. Die Hebel nun schließen, die
Ratschenmechanik ist aktiv rittel, Sie
hören das Klickgeräusch der Mechanik und schließen dann die Hebel ganz.
Dieser Schritt ist entsprechend der Hubzahl zu wiederholen. Anschließend
den Gewindedorn mittels des Drehknopfes (3) herausdrehen. Prüfen Sie den
festen Sitz der Blindnietmutter.
Wichtig: Nach dem Einstellen der Nietmutter dürfen die Hebel nicht
werden, da ansonsten die
Ratschenmechanik ausgeschaltet ist. In diesem Fall wie oben beschrieben
vorgehen.

Befestigungstechnik
ANWEISUNG
NACH ÖFFNEN DER BOX PRÜFEN:
Die Handnietzange wird standardmäßig mit dem Mundstück 6,4 mm
vormontiert geliefert. Weitere Mundstücke sind in den Handhebeln (1). Kleinere
Spannbacken und ein Montageschlüssel sind in der Box.
ERSTE BENUTZUNG:
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Gebrauch der Handnietzange dass das richtige
Mundstück, entsprechend der Blindniete, montiert ist. Andernfalls wechseln Sie
in eine andere Abmessung.
Wechsel zu einer anderen Abmessung:
Schließen Sie die Handhebel (1) vollständig. Verwenden Sie den
Montageschlüssel um das Mundstück abzuschrauben. Ersetzen Sie das
Mundstück entsprechend der gewählten Blindniete.
Reinigung oder tauschen der Spannbacken:
Handhebel (1) in neutrale Position bringen. Lösen Sie die Kontermutter (5) am
Gehäuse mit und entfernen Sie das vordere Gehäuse. Nehmen Sie die Feder,
den Spannbackenschieber und den 3-teiligen Satz Spannbacken heraus. Nun
können Sie die Spannbacken mit einer Drahtbürste reinigen, oder durch neue
Spannbacken ersetzen. Die Montage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Setzen der Blindniete:
Önen Sie die Hebel bis zum Anschlag, Sie hören dann ein Klickgeräusch und die
Ratschenmechanik ist entriegelt. Stecken Sie den Blindniet mit der Handzange
in das nach Vorgabe gebohrte Loch im Material. Die Hebel nun schließen, die
Ratschenmechanik ist aktiv. Nun önen Sie die Hebel zu einem Drittel, Sie hören
das Klickgeräusch der Mechanik und schließen dann die Hebel ganz.

Reinigen oder tauschen der Spannbacken:
Die Handhebel (1) komplett schließen. Nun die Kontermutter (5) lösen und die
vordere Hülse (6) herausdrehen. Jetzt die Handhebel (1) maximal önen bis
ein zu Klicken hören ist, dadurch wird die komplette Einheit (B1) bestehend
aus Druckstempelt (9) mit Spannbackengehäuse (8) und die Druckfeder (10)
gelöst. ACHTUNG: Die Teile werde unter Druck stehend gelöst, bitte mit
der Hand dagegen drücken damit diese nicht herausspringen. Nun das
Spannbackengehäuse (8) vom Druckstempel lösen und die Druckfeder, den
Spannbackenschieber und die 3-teiligen Spannbacken herausnehmen. Die
Spannbacken mit einer Drahtbürste reinigen, oder bei Abnutzung durch neue
Spannbacken ersetzen. Die Montage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
