2. Operating instructions
2.1 Starting instructions
- Fit the battery on the tool and check the battery power via the‘on’button on the back of the battery:
green, orange and red LED Lights on, power 95% ±5%; orange and red LED Lights on,
power 60% ±5%; red LED Light on, power 20% ±5%; charging battery is recommended
To check the remaining power while using the tool, press the button.
- Select the correct nosepiece and fit it on the tool (see 1.2).
- Ensure that the ventilation holes in the body are not covered or blocked.
- Ensure that the mandrel collector is installed on the tool.
- Empty the mandrel collector in time.
2.2 Operating instructions
- Insert the mandrel of the blind rivet fully into the nosepiece, place it in the pre-drilled hole of the
workpiece, start the operation by depressing the trigger.
- The blind rivet is set. As soon as the breaking point of the rivet is reached, the mandrel breaks off and
the trigger can be released. The jaw assembly automatically returns to the starting position.
- Tilt the tool back so the rest mandrel falls into the mandrel collector, or tip the tool forward so the
rest mandrel falls out of the nosepiece.
- The blind riveter is equipped with overload protection. In the event of an overload, the tool stops
and a warning Light is on. Release the trigger and the jaw assembly will return to the tart position

3.2 Battery charging and safety instructions
3.2.1 Charging
Only charge batteries supplied by authorized dealers.
The Li-ion battery is protected against deep discharge by the‘Electronic Cell Protection’(ECP).
When the battery is discharged, the tool is switched off by a protection circuit.
Connect the charger to the correct power supply; the green LED will light up to indicate that there is
power to the charger. Slide the battery onto the charger.
- During the charging process the red LED is lit continuously.
- As soon as the battery is charged, the red LED switches off and the green LED lights up.
If the battery is very hot (>45 °C) or in some way defective, the green LED will light up immediately
when the battery is pushed onto the charger and the charging process will not begin.

3.2.2 Safety instructions
- The battery should be removed from the tool during prolonged storage or if it will not used for a
long period of time.
- Never attempt to charge a damaged battery.
- Never place a dirty or wet battery in the charger.
- Never dispose of batteries with household waste or in fire or water.
- Do not charge the battery if the ambient temperature is below 0 °C or above 45 °C.
3.2.3 Safety instructions charger
- Make sure the charger and power supply are undamaged.
- Always use the original power supply intended for this tool.
- Never use the charger in a humid or wet environment or near combustible materials or gases.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in explosions.
4. Maintenance and service
4.1 Maintenance
Maintenance of this tool is limited to removal of the jaw assembly:
- Remove the battery.
- Unscrew the nosepiece and front sleeve.
Unscrew the clamping sleeve and remove the 3-jaw set.
Note that this also releases the jaw pusher and pusher spring.
During intensive use, also regularly clean the front sleeve.
- Clean and lubricate the parts or replace them when worn out.
- Replace everything in reverse order and make sure all parts are screwed firmly in place.
Empty the mandrel collector regularly.
4.2 Service
In order to keep the tool in good condition, regular maintenance and replacement of worn parts are
recommended. Service is available and provided by the point of sale.
5. Safety instructions operation
IMPORTANT
Follow the safety instructions to protect against electric shock, injury and fire hazard:
- This tool may only be used to set blind rivets; it may not be used for other purposes, e.g. as a hammer.
- Do not overload the tool, and ensure that it is only used within the prescribed capacity range (see 1.1).
- Do not expose the tool to moisture or rain; do not use the tool near flammable substances or gases.
- If the tool is hung from the hanging hook during use, ensure that the tool cannot fall.
- Remove the battery when the tool is not being used and when submitting it for repair or service.
- Keep the tool in its packaging and out of reach of children when it is not in use.
- Always wear safety glasses while working with the tool. The use of personal protection equipment,
such as clothing, gloves, safety helmet and other necessary protection is strongly recommended.
- Never block the ventilation holes on the tool body and avoid sticking anything in them.
- Ensure that the mandrel collector is in place during use.
- Use only original replacement parts for repairs.
- Repairs must be performed by qualified personnel. In case of doubt, always return the tool to an
approved point of sale;.
- Only use the tool with the pre-drilled and punched holes of the correct diameter, as specified
in our catalogue. The blind rivets may be ejected from the tool. Never point the tool towards
yourself or other persons or animals.
6. Warranty and CE certification
6.1 Warranty
This riveting tool, with the exception of the battery, is covered by a 12-month warranty, starting on
the date of sale, as shown on the invoice. This warranty does not cover wear parts and consumables.
Damage caused by normal wear, overload, or improper use and handling are not covered by the war-
ranty. Defects caused by quality problems are covered by this warranty, and the tool will be repaired
or replaced at no charge. Claims are only accepted if the complete riveting tool is returned to the
approved point of sale.

2. Bedienungsanleitung
2.1 Inbetriebnahme
- Bringen Sie den Akku am Gerät an. Kontrollieren Sie den Ladezustand des Akkus mithilfe der Leuchte
an der Rückseite des Akkus:
Grüne, orange und rote LEDs brennen: Ladezustand 95% ±5%; Orange und rote LEDs brennen:
Ladezustand 60% ±5%; Rote LED brennt: Ladezustand 20% ±5%, au‘aden des Akkus wird empfohlen.
Drücken Sie die Taste, um während des Gebrauchs des Werkzeugs die verbleibende Akkukapazität
kontrollieren zu können.
- Wählen Sie das geeignete Mundstück aus und bringen Sie es am Gerät an (siehe 1.2);
- Achten Sie darauf, dass die Belüftungsöffnungen im Gehäuse nicht abgedeckt oder versperrt sind;
- Denken sie daran, den Auffangbehälter auf das Gerät aufzusetzen.
- Auffangbehälter regelmäßig rechtzeitig leeren.
2.2 Bedienungsanleitung
- Bringen Sie den Dorn des Blindniets vollständig in das Mundstück ein, stecken Sie diesen in die
vorbereitete Bohrung des Werkstücks, Beginnen Sie mit dem Arbeitsgang durch drücken des
Bedienungsknopf;
- Der Blindniet wird angezogen. Sobald der Blindniet seine Bruchgrenze erreicht, reißt der Nietdorn ab
und der Bedienknopf kann losgelassen werden, die Spannbacken kehren automatisch in die
Ausgangsstellung zurück;
- Der abgebrochene Dorn fällt in den Auffangbehälter, wenn das Gerät Richtung Auffangbehälter
gekippt wird, bzw. das Gerät nach vorne gekippt wird über das Mundstuck heraus;
- Das Blindnietgerät ist mit einem Überlastschutz versehen. Im Falle einer Überlastung stoppt das Gerät
und eine Warnlampe leuchtet
2.3 Probleme beheben
2.3.1 Blindniet wird nicht angezogen

Herstellers eingesandt zu werden. Siehe dazu Seite 15.

3.2 Akku aufladen und Sicherheitshinweise
3.2.1 Aufladen
Laden Sie nur Akkus auf, die von autorisierten Händlern geliefert werden.
Der Li-ion-Akku ist durch„Electronic Cell Protection“ (ECP) vor Tiefentladung geschützt.
Wenn der Akku leer ist, wird das Gerät durch eine Schutzschaltung ausgeschaltet.
Schließen Sie das Ladegerät an die geeignete Stromversorgung an. Die grüne LED-Anzeige leuchtet
nun und zeigt an, dass das Ladegerät an die Stromversorgung angeschlossen ist. Schieben Sie den
Akku auf das Ladegerät.
- Während des Ladevorgangs leuchtet die rote LED.
- Sobald der Akku aufgeladen ist, erlischt die rote LED und die grüne LED leuchtet auf..
Wenn der Akku sehr heiß (>45°C) oder in irgendeiner Weise defekt ist, leuchtet unmittelbar die grüne
LED auf, wenn der Akku auf den Lader geschoben wird und der Ladevorgang wird nicht gestartet.
Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Benutzung Ladegerät, Kabel und Stecker. Benutzen Sie das Ladegerät nicht,
sofern Sie Schäden feststellen. Öffnen Sie das Ladegerät nicht selbst und lassen Sie es nur von einer
Vertragswerkstatt reparieren. Beschädigte Ladegeräte, Kabel und Stecker erhöhen das Risiko eines
elektrischen Schlages.

3.2.2 Sicherheitshinweise
- Bei längerer Lagerung oder längerer Nichtnutzung des Geräts muss der Akku aus dem Gerät entfernt
werden;
- Versuchen Sie nie, einen beschädigten Akku aufzuladen;
- Setzen Sie nie einen verschmutzen oder feuchten Akku in den Lader ein;
- Werfen Sie nie Akkus in den Abfall, in Feuer oder Wasser;
- Laden Sie den Akku nicht auf, wenn die Umgebungstemperatur unter 0°C oder oberhalb 45°C
beträgt.
3.2.3 Sicherheitshinweise Lader
- Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Ladegerät und der Netzanschluss nicht beschädigt sind;
Verwenden Sie immer den originalen Netzanschluss dieses Gerätes;
- Verwenden Sie den Lader niemals in einer feuchten oder nassen Umgebung oder nahe entflammbarer
Stoffe und Gase.
Nichtbeachtung dieser Anweisung kann Explosionen zur Folge haben.
4. Wartung und Service
4.1 Wartung
Die Wartung dieses Werkzeugs beschränkt sich auf den Ausbau des Satz mit Spannbacken:
- Nehmen Sie den Akku heraus;
- Lösen Sie das Mundstück und die Mundstückaufnahme;
Lösen Sie die Backenhalterung, entfernen Sie den dreiteiligen Satz mit Spannbacken;
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich dabei auch der Backenschieber und die dazugehörige Feder lösen.
Bei intensiver Nutzung auch regelmäßig die Mundstückhalterung säubern
- Reinigen und schmieren Sie die Teile und tauschen Sie sich aus, wenn sie verschlissen sind;
- Montieren Sie alles wieder in umgekehrter Reihenfolge und achten Sie darauf, dass alle Teile gut fest
gezogen sind.
Leeren Sie regelmäßig den Auffangbehälter.
4.2 Service
Um das Gerät in gutem Zustand zu halten, empfiehlt es sich, es regelmäßig zu warten und
verschlissene Teile bei Bedarf auszutauschen. Kundendienst und Gewährleistung stehen Ihnen über
Ihren Händler zur Verfügung.
5. Sicherheitshinweise Bedienung
WICHTIG
Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise zum Schutz vor Stromschlag, Verletzungen oder Feuergefahr:
- Dieses Gerät darf ausschließlich zur Befestigung von Blindnieten benutzt werden. Es darf für keine
anderen Zwecke, zum Beispiel als Hammer eingesetzt werden;
- Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht und achten Sie darauf, dass die Nutzung innerhalb der
bestimmungsgemäßen Kapazität bleibt (siehe 1.1);
- Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht Feuchtigkeit oder Regen aus und verwenden Sie es nicht in der Nähe
feuergefährlicher Stoff oder Gase;
- Wenn das Gerät während des Gebrauchs am Aufhängungshaken aufgehängt wird, haben Sie sich
zu vergewissern, dass es nicht herunterfallen kann.
- Entnehmen Sie den Akku, wenn das Gerät nicht in Gebrauch ist oder wenn es zu Reparatur oder
Kundendienst eingeschickt wird;
- Bewahren Sie das Gerät in seiner Verpackung außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aus, wenn es
sich nicht in Gebrauch befindet;
- Tragen Sie bei der Arbeit mit dem Gerät stets eine Schutzbrille. Die Verwendung persönlicher
Schutzausrüstung wie Schutzkleidung, Handschuhe, Schutzhelme und anderer notwendiger
Schutzausrüstung wird dringend empfohlen;
- Verschließen Sie niemals die Belüftungsöffnungen am Gehäuse des Gerätes während des Betriebes
und führen Sie nie etwas in diese ein.
- Achten Sie darauf, dass während der Nutzung der Auffangbehälter aufgesetzt ist.
- Verwenden Sie für Reparaturen nur Originalersatzteile;
- Reparaturen haben durch qualifiziertes Personal ausgeführt zu werden. Bei Zweifel das Gerät immer
zu einem autorisierten Händler zurückschicken;
- Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur in den vorgebohrten und gestanzten Löchern mit dem korrekten
Durchmessers, wie z. B. in unserem Katalog angegeben. Die Blindniete können aus dem Gerät
ausgeworfen werden. Richten Sie das Gerät niemals auf sich selbst oder andere Personen oder Tiere.

6.1 Garantie

Verkaufsdatum, nachgewiesen anhand der Rechnung. Verschleiß- und Verbrauchsteile fallen nicht unter
diese Garantie. Schäden durch normalen Verschleiß, Überlastung oder unsachgemäßen Gebrauch
sowie unsachgemäße Handhabung sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Die Qualitätsmängel dieses
Produkts fallen unter diese Garantie und es wird kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Ansprüche werden nur

2. Bedieningsinstructies
2.1 Startinstructie
- Plaats de accu op het apparaat, controleer het accuvermogen via het ‘on’knopje op de achterzijde
van de accu:
Groen, oranje en rode LED lampjes aan, vermogen 95% ±5%; Oranje en rode LED lampjes aan,
vermogen 60% ±5%; Rode LED lampje aan, vermogen 20% ±5%; opladen accu aanbevolen;
Om tijdens het gebruik van het apparaat het resterende vermogen te bekijken, drukt u op de knop.
- Kies het juiste neusstuk en plaats deze op het apparaat (zie 1.2);
- Zorg ervoor dat de ventilatiegaten in het huis niet afgesloten of geblokkeerd worden;
- Zorg ervoor dat de opvangbeker op het apparaat geplaatst is;
- Opvangbeker tijdig legen.
2.2 Bedieningsinstructie
- Plaats de trekpen van de blindklinknagel volledig in het neusstuk, plaats deze in het voorgeboor
de gat van het werkstuk, start bediening door de bedieningsknop in te drukken;
- De blindklinknagel wordt aangetrokken. Zodra het breekpunt van de blindklinknagel wordt bereikt,
breekt de trekpen af en kan de bedieningsknop losgelaten worden, de spanbekken keren
automatisch terug naar de startpositie;
- De afgebroken trekpen valt in de opvangbeker door het apparaat te kantelen richting de
opvangbeker, of naar de voorkant via het neusstuk;
- Het blindklinkapparaat is uitgerust met een overbelastingsbescherming. In het geval van
overbelasting stopt het apparaat en gaat een waarschuwingslampje branden. Laat de bedienings
knop los en de spanbekken keren terug naar de startpositie.
2.3 Problemen oplossen

LET OP: Wanneer de hierboven beschreven oplossingen geen effect hebben, dan moet het

3.2 Accu opladen en veiligheidsinstructies
3.2.1 Opladen
Laad alleen accu’s, geleverd door erkende dealers, op.
De Li-ion accu is beschermd tegen diepe ontlading door de “Electronic Cell Protection”(ECP).
Als de accu leeg is, wordt het gereedschap middels een beveiligingsschakeling uitgezet.
Sluit de lader aan op de juiste voeding, het groene LED lampje brandt nu om aan te geven dat er
stroom op de lader staat. Schuif de accu op de lader.
- Tijdens het oplaadproces brandt het rode LED lampje continu.
- Zodra de accu opgeladen is, gaat het rode LED lampje uit en het groene LED lampje aan.
Indien de accu zeer warm is (>45°C) of op enige wijze defect, zal het groene LED lampje direct gaan
branden als de accu op de lader wordt geschoven en start het oplaadproces niet.

3.2.2 Veiligheidsinstructies
- De accu dient uit het gereedschap verwijderd te worden bij langdurige opslag of als deze
gedurende langere tijd niet gebruikt wordt;
- Probeer nooit een beschadigde accu op te laden;
- Plaats nooit een vieze of natte accu in de lader;
- Gooi nooit accu’s bij het afval, in vuur of in water;
- Laad de accu niet op als de omgevingstemperatuur onder 0°C ligt of boven de 45°C.
3.2.3 Veiligheidsinstructies lader
- Zorg ervoor dat de lader en de stroomaansluiting niet beschadigd zijn;
- Gebruik altijd de originele stroomaansluiting van dit gereedschap;
- Gebruik de lader nooit in een vochtige of natte omgeving of dichtbij brandbare stoffen en gassen.
Niet-naleving van deze instructie kan leiden tot explosies.
4. Onderhoud en Service
4.1 Onderhoud
Het onderhoud van dit gereedschap blijft beperkt tot het demonteren van de spanbekkenset:
- Verwijder de accu;
- Schroef het neusstuk en neusstukhouder los;
Schroef de bekkenhouder los, verwijder de 3-delige spanbekkenset;
Let op dat nu ook de bekkendrukker en veer loskomen.
Bij intensief gebruik ook regelmatig de neusstukhouder reinigen.
- Reinig en smeer de onderdelen of vervang ze als ze versleten zijn;
- Monteer alles weer in omgekeerde volgorde en zorg ervoor dat alle onderdelen goed aangedraaid
zijn.
Maak regelmatig de opvangbeker leeg.
4.2 Service
Om het apparaat in goede staat te houden, wordt geadviseerd om het te onderhouden en de versleten
onderdelen regelmatig te vervangen. Service is beschikbaar en gegarandeerd door het verkooppunt.
5. Veiligheidsinstructies bediening
BELANGRIJK
De veiligheidsinstructies opvolgen ter bescherming tegen elektrische schokken, verwondingen of
brandgevaar:
- Dit apparaat mag alleen gebruikt worden om blindklinknagels vast te zetten, het kan niet gebruikt
worden voor andere doeleinden b.v. als hamer;
- Belast het apparaat niet te veel en zorg ervoor dat het gebruik ervan binnen het voorgeschreven
werkvermogen valt (zie 1.1.);
- Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan vochtigheid of regen, gebruik het gereedschap niet in de buurt
van ontvlambare stoffen of gassen;
- Als het apparaat tijdens gebruik wordt opgehangen aan de ophanghaak, zorg er dan voor dat het
gereedschap niet kan vallen;
- Verwijder de accu als het apparaat niet gebruikt wordt en bij het insturen voor reparatie of service;
- Houd het apparaat in de verpakking, buiten bereik van kinderen, als het niet gebruikt wordt;
- Draag altijd een beschermende bril tijdens het werken met het apparaat. Het gebruik van
persoonlijke bescherming, zoals kleding, handschoenen, veiligheidshelm en andere noodzakelijke
bescherming wordt sterk aanbevolen;
- Blokkeer tijdens het gebruik nooit de ventilatiegaten op het huis van het apparaat en probeer er
nooit iets in te steken;
- Zorg ervoor dat de opvangbeker ingesteld is tijdens gebruik;
- Gebruik alleen originele reserveonderdelen voor reparaties;
- Reparaties moeten uitgevoerd worden door gekwalificeerd personeel. Bij twijfel het apparaat altijd
terugsturen naar de erkende verkooppunten,’
- Gebruik het apparaat alleen in de voorgeboorde en gestanste gaten van de juiste diameter zoals
aangegeven in onze catalogus. De blindklinknagels kunnen uit het apparaat uitgeworpen worden.
Richt het apparaat nooit op uzelf of op andere personen of dieren.
6. Garantie en CE Certificering
6.1 Garantie
Op dit blinkklinkapparaat wordt 12 maanden garantie verleend, m.u.v. de accu, met ingang van de
verkoopdatum, aangetoond middels de factuur. Verslijtbare en verbruiksonderdelen vallen niet onder
deze garantie. Schade veroorzaakt door normale slijtage, overbelasting of onjuist gebruik en handelen
vallen niet onder de garantie. De kwaliteitsfouten van dit product worden gedekt door deze garantie
en zullen gratis gerepareerd of vervangen worden. Claims worden uitsluitend geaccepteerd als het
volledige blindklinkapparaat teruggestuurd wordt naar het erkende verkooppunt.

2. Instructions d’utilisation
2.1 Démarrage
- Placez la batterie sur l’outil vérifiez que le voyant « on » au dos est allumé :
LED verte, orange et rouge allumées : charge de 95 % ±5 % ; LED orange et rouge allumées,
charge de 60 % ±5 % ; LED et rouge allumée : charge de 20 % ±5 % ; recharger l’accu ;
Pendant le fonctionnement de l’outil, appuyez sur le bouton de l’indicateur d’alimentation pour afficher
le niveau de charge restant.
- Sélectionnez la bonne embouchure puis fixez-la sur l’outil (voir 1.2).
- Assurez-vous que les trous d’aération de l’outil ne sont pas recouverts ni obstrués.
- Assurez-vous que le collecteur de tiges est placé sur l’outil.
- Rendez le collecteur de tiges vide à temps.
2.2 Utilisation
- Enfoncez la tige du rivet entièrement dans l’embouchure puis dans le trou préalablement percé dans
la pièce à usiner. Ensuite, mettez en marche en appuyant sur le bouton de commande.
- Après la pose du rivet, relâchez le bouton de commande pour que le mécanisme des mâchoires
revienne automatiquement dans sa position initiale.
- Éjectez le reste de la tige, soit en inclinant l’outil en arrière pour qu’il tombe dans le collecteur de
tiges, soit en inclinant l’apparail en avant pour qu’il tombe par l’embouchure.
- La riveteuse est équipée d’une protection contre la surcharge. Lors d’une surcharge,
l’outil s’arrête et un voyant d’alerte s’allume. Relâchez le bouton de commande et laissez le
mécanisme des mâchoires revenir à leur position initiale.
2.3 Résolution des problèmes
2.3.1 La tige de rivet n’est pas serrée.

3.2 Mise en charge de la batterie et consignes de sécurité
3.2.1 Mise en charge
Chargez uniquement les batteries de revendeurs agréés.
La batterie Li-ion est protégée contre la décharge profonde grâce au dispositif ECP (Electronic Cell
Protection – Protection électronique des cellules). Lorsque la batterie est déchargée, l’outil est éteint
automatiquement par mesure de sécurité.
Raccordez le chargeur à une source d’alimentation adéquate. Le voyant vert s’allume, indiquant que le
chargeur est sous tension. Placez la batterie sur le chargeur.
- Pendant la mise en charge, le voyant rouge est allumé en continu.
- Dès que la batterie est rechargée, le voyant rouge s’éteint et le voyant vert s’allume.
Si la batterie est encore chaude (> 45 °C) ou présente un défaut quelconque, le voyant vert s’allume
immédiatement lorsqu’il est posé sur le chargeur, mais la mise en charge ne s’effectue pas.

3.2.2 Consignes de sécurité
- Si l’outil est entreposé pour une période prolongée, la batterie doit être retirée.
- N’essayez jamais de recharger une batterie endommagée.
- Une batterie ne doit jamais être placée sur le chargeur s’il est sale ou mouillé.
- La batterie ne doit en aucun cas être jetée aux ordures, au feu ou dans l’eau.
- La batterie ne doit pas être mis en charge si la température ambiante est inférieure à 0 °C ou
supérieure à 45 °C.
3.2.3 Consignes de sécurité pour le chargeur
- Assurez-vous que le chargeur et le branchement électrique sont en parfait état.
- Utilisez toujours le cordon d’alimentation d’origine fourni avec l’outil.
- N’utilisez jamais le chargeur dans un environnement humide ou mouillé, ou à proximité de
matières et de gaz inflammables.
Le non-respect de ces instructions présente un risque d’explosion.
4. Entretien et révision
4.1 Entretien
L’entretien de cet outil reste limité au démontage du mécanisme des mâchoires:
- Enlevez la batterie.
- Dévissez l’embouchure et le manchon frontal.
Dévissez le manchon de serrage et retirez le jeu de 3 mors.
Attention : le poussoir et le ressort doivent se détacher aussi.
En cas d’utilisation intensive, le manchon frontal doit être nettoyé régulièrement.
- Nettoyez et graissez les différentes pièces, et remplacez celles qui sont usées.
- Remontez le tout en procédant dans le sens inverse et en veillant à ce que toutes les pièces soient
bien fixées.
Videz régulièrement le collecteur de tiges
4.2 Révision
Pour que l’outil reste en bon état, il est conseillé de l’entretenir et de remplacer régulièrement les pièces
usées. La révision peut être effectuée sous garantie par le point de vente.
5. Consignes de sécurité pour l’utilisation
IMPORTANT
Les consignes de sécurité visent à protéger contre les électrocutions, les blessures ou
le risque d’incendie :
- Cet outil doit être utilisé exclusivement pour riveter. Il ne doit en aucun cas être utilisé à d’autres
fins, par exemple, en guise de marteau.
- Évitez de trop solliciter l’outil, et veillez à ce ne pas dépasser sa capacité (voir 1.1.).
- L’outil ne doit jamais être exposé à l’humidité ou la pluie. Il ne doit pas non plus être utilisé à
proximité de matières ou de gaz inflammables.
- Si l’outil est suspendu au crochet pendant l’utilisation, veillez à ce qu’il ne risque pas de tomber.
- Retirez la batterie lorsque l’outil n’est pas en utilisation, ou que vous l’envoyez à l’atelier pour
une réparation ou une révision.
- Lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas, rangez l’outil dans son emballage, hors de portée des enfants.
- Pendant l’utilisation de l’outil, portez systématiquement des lunettes de protection. Le port d’un
équipement de protection personnelle, tel que des vêtements spéciaux, des gants, un casque et
autres formes de protection est fortement recommandé.
- Pendant l’utilisation, les évents du boîtier de l’outil ne doivent jamais être obstrués.
Évitez également d’y introduire un objet quelconque.
- Assurez-vous que le collecteur de tiges est bien en place pendant l’utilisation.
- Utilisez exclusivement des pièces de rechange d’origine pour les réparations.
- Les réparations doivent être effectuées par du personnel qualifié. En cas de doute, renvoyez
l’outil à un point de vente agréé.
- Utilisez l’outil uniquement avec des trous percés et chanfreinés préalablement, et du diamètre
adéquat comme indiqué dans notre catalogue. Les rivets ne peuvent pas être éjectés de l’outil.
Ne dirigez jamais l’outil vers vous-même, des tiers ou des animaux.
6. Garantie et certification CE
6.1 Garantie
La riveteuse est garantie pour une durée de 12 mois, à l’exception de la batterie, à compter de la date
d’achat figurant sur la facture. Les pièces soumises à l’usure et les consommables ne sont pas cou-
verts par cette garantie. Les dommages dus à une usure normale, une sollicitation excessive, ou une
mauvaise manipulation ou utilisation, ne sont pas couverts par la garantie. Les défauts de ce produit
sont couverts par la présente garantie, la réparation ou le remplacement étant effectué gratuitement.
Les réclamations sont acceptées exclusivement si la riveteuse est renvoyée complète au point de
vente agréé.

2. Instrucciones de funcionamiento
2.1 Instrucciónes de puesta en marcha
- Coloque la batería en la máquina, controle la carga de la batería mediante la luz‘on’en la parte
posterior de la misma:
Luces LED verde, naranja y rojo encendidas, potencia 95% ±5%; Luces LED naranja y roja encendidas,
potencia 60% ±5%; LED roja encendida, potencia 20% ±5%; se recomienda cargar la batería;
Para consultar la carga restante del equipo durante su uso, deberá pulsar el botón.
- Elija la boquilla correcta y colóquela en la remachadora (véase 1.2);
- Asegúrese de que los oricios de ventilación de la carcasa no estén cubiertos o bloqueados;
- Controle que el depósito colector del aparato esté en su sitio;
- Vacíe a tiempo este depósito.
2.2 Instrucción de uso
- Introduzca el vástago del remache en la boquilla y páselo por el taladro previamente realizado en
la pieza.
- Pulse el gatillo y tan pronto como se alcance el punto de rotura del remache, se romperá el vástago y
se podrá soltar el gatillo; las mordazas volverán inmediatamente a su posición inicial.
- El vástago roto cae dentro del depósito colector al inclinar la remachadora en dirección al mismo.
- La remachadora está equipada con un seguro contra el sobrecalentamiento. En caso de sobrecarga, la
máquina se detendrá y se encenderá una luz de advertencia. Suelte el gatillo y las mordazas volverán a
su posición inicial.
2.3 Solución de problemas

3.2 Carga de la batería e instrucciones de seguridad
3.2.1 Carga
Solo debe utilizar baterías suministradas por proveedores autorizados.
Gracias al sistema ECP (protección electrónica de celda), la batería de Li-ion está protegida contra su
descarga total.
Cuando la batería esté vacía, la herramienta se apaga mediante un interruptor de seguridad.
Conecte el cargador a la corriente correcta, la luz LED verde se enciende indicado que se suministra
corriente. Deslice la batería sobre el cargador.
- Durante el proceso de carga, la luz LED roja esta iluminada constantemente.
- Tan pronto la batería esté cargada, se apagará la luz LED roja y se encenderá la verde.
Si la batería se calienta en exceso (>45°C) o se daña de algún modo, se encenderá inmediatamente la
luz LED verde al colocar la batería en el cargador y no se iniciará el proceso de carga.

3.2.2 Instrucciones de seguridad
- En caso de almacenar el equipo durante largo tiempo o si no se va a utilizar durante un tiempo,
se deberá retirar la batería del mismo;
- No intente cargar una batería dañada bajo ningún concepto;
- No coloque nunca una batería sucia o húmeda en el cargador;
- Las baterías nunca se deben tirar a la basura, al fuego o en el agua;
- La batería no se debe cargar cuando la temperatura ambiente es inferior a 0°C o superior a 45°C.
3.2.3 Instrucciones de seguridad para la carga
- Asegúrese de que el cargador y la conexión eléctrica no estén dañados;
- Utilice siempre la conexión eléctrica original de este equipo;
- El cargador nunca se debe utilizar en un entorno húmedo o mojado o cerca de líquidos o gases
inamables.
El incumplimiento de esta instrucción puede provocar explosiones.
4. Mantenimiento y servicio
4.1 Mantenimiento
El mantenimiento de esta herramienta se limita al desmontaje de las mordazas.
- Retire la batería;
- Suelte la boquilla y el portaboquilla;
Desenroscar el depósito colector y retirar el juego de mordazas de tres piezas;
Controle que se suelten también el portamordazas y el muelle.
En caso de uso intenso, se recomienda limpiar regularmente el portaboquillas.
- Limpie y engrase los componentes o sustitúyalos si muestran señales de desgaste;
- Vuelva a montar todo en sentido inverso y asegúrese de apretar bien todos los componentes.
Vacíe regularmente el depósito colector.
4.2 Servicio
Para mantener el equipo en buen estado, recomendamos someterlo a mantenimiento y sustituir
regularmente los elementos desgastados. El punto de venta le ofrece una garantía de servicio.
5. Instrucciones de seguridad durante el uso de la máquina
IMPORTANTE
Para proteger contra descargas eléctricas, heridas o riesgos de quemaduras, deberá seguir las
instrucciones de seguridad:
- Esta máquina solo debe ser utilizada para colocar remaches y no para otros nes, ej. a modo de martillo;
- No sobrecargue el equipo en exceso y asegúrese de que se usa respetando las potencias de trabajo
indicadas (véase 1.1.);
- No exponga la máquina a la humedad o la lluvia y no la utilice cerca de líquidos o gases inamables;
- Si el equipo se cuelga durante su uso por el gancho de sujeción, asegúrese de que la herramienta
no se pueda caer;
- Retire la batería cuando no se utilice el equipo y también cuando se envíe para su reparación o servicio;
- Cuando no lo use , guarde el equipo en su embalaje y fuera del alcance de los niños.
- Utilice siempre gafas de seguridad cuando use el equipo. Se recomienda encarecidamente utilizar
equipos de protección individual, como ropa, guantes, casco y cualquier otra protección necesaria.
- Durante el uso, nunca se deberán bloquear los oricios de ventilación de la carcasa de la máquina,
ni tampoco intente introducir ningún objeto dentro de los mismos.
- Al usar el equipo, asegúrese de que el depósito colector esté bien colocado.
- En caso de reparación, utilice solo piezas de recambio originales.
- Las reparaciones deben ser realizadas por personal cualicado. En caso de duda, deberá devolver la
máquina a un punto de venta autorizado.
- El equipo solo debe ser utilizado en oricios previamente perforados o estampados y con el
diámetro correspondiente, tal y como se indica en nuestro catálogo. Los remaches pueden salir
disparados de la máquina. El equipo no debe dirigirse bajo ningún concepto a uno mismo o a otras
personas o animaless.
6. Garantía y Certificado CE
6.1 Garantía
La remachadora, exceptuando la batería, está garantizada por doce meses a partir de la fecha de
compra, operación que se debe demostrar mediante factura. Los consumibles y los componentes
susceptibles de desgaste no se incluyen en esta garantía. La garantía excluye los daños causados por
el desgaste normal, la sobrecarga o el uso indebidos. La garantía cubre los defectos de calidad de este
productoy los mismos se repararán o sustituirán gratuitamente. Las reclamaciones solo se aceptan si se
envía la remachadora completa a un punto de venta autorizado.

2. Инструкция по эксплуатации
2.1 Перед началом работы
- Подсоедините аккумулятор к заклепочнику, проверьте уровень заряда по светодиоду в тыльной
части аккумулятора:
Зеленый, оранжевый и красный светодиоды указывают на уровень заряда 95% ±5%;
оранжевый и красный означают заряд 60% ±5%; Красный светодиод указывает на заряд
20% ±5%; рекомендуется зарядить аккумулятор;
Чтобы во время работы с заклепочником узнать остаточный заряд аккумулятора, нажмите на
кнопку.
- Выберите подходящую насадку и установите ее на заклепочник (см. 1.2);
- Убедитесь, что вентиляционные отверстия в корпусе не перекрыты или заблокированы;
- Следите за тем, чтобы коллектор стержней был установлен;
- Вовремя опустошайте коллектор стержней.
2.2 Во время эксплуатации
- Полностью до упора вставьте стержень заклепки в насадку, затем вставьте тело заклепки в
отверстие в деталях, подлежащих соединению, и начинайте протягивать стержень, нажав на
кнопку пуска;
- Стержень протягивается сквозь тело заклепки. По достижении определенного тягового усилия,
стержень обламывается, после чего кнопку можно отпустить и механизм автоматически вернется
в исходное положение;
- Наклонив заклепочник назад, вы отправите обломанный стержень в коллектор;
- Заклепочник оснащен системой защиты от перегрузки. В случае перегрузки заклепочник останав
ливается, и загорается сигнальный индикатор. Отпустите кнопку пуска, механизм вернется в
исходное положение.
2.3 Устранение неполадок

3.2 Зарядка аккумулятора и безопасность
3.2.1 Зарядка
Заряжайте только аккумуляторы, приобретенные у официальных дилеров.
Литий-ионные (Li-ion) аккумуляторы не подвержены глубокой разрядке благодаря системе защи-
ты элементов питания «Electronic Cell Protection» (ECP).
Если аккумулятор разряжен, предохранительное устройство отключает заклепочник.
Подключите зарядное устройство к соответствующей электросети - загорится зеленый светодиод,
что говорит о наличии питания. Вставьте аккумулятор в зарядное устройство.
- Во время зарядки постоянно горит красный светодиод.
- При полной зарядке аккумулятора вместо красного светодиода загорается зеленый.
Если аккумулятор сильно нагревается (>45°C) или имеются признаки его неисправности, то зе-
леный светодиод загорится в момент установки аккумулятора в зарядное устройство, и процесс
зарядки не начнется.

3.2.2 Техника безопасности
- Аккумулятор необходимо вынимать из заклепочника на время длительного хранения или если
он не используется в течение продолжительного времени;
- Никогда не пытайтесь зарядить поврежденный аккумулятор;
- Никогда не устанавливайте грязный или влажный аккумулятор в зарядное устройство;
- Ни в коем случае не выбрасывайте аккумулятор с бытовыми отходами, не бросайте в огонь или
воду;
- Не заряжайте аккумулятор при окружающей температуре ниже 0°C или выше 45°C.
3.2.3 Безопасное обращение с зарядным устройством
- Убедитесь, что зарядное устройство и шнур питания не повреждены;
- Всегда используйте вилку питания из комплекта изделия;
- Никогда не используйте зарядное устройство во влажной среде или вблизи горючих
материалов и газов.

4. Уход и техническое обслуживание
4.1 Уход
Уход за заклепочником сводится к снятию зажимных губок:
- Отсоедините аккумулятор;
- Отвинтите насадку и держатель насадки;
Отвинтите держатель губок, отсоедините 3-составные зажимные губки;
Следите за тем, чтобы при разборке не потерять упор губок и пружину.
При интенсивной эксплуатации следует регулярно прочищать держатель насадки.
- Прочищайте и смазывайте детали изделия, заменяйте изношенные детали;
- Установите все детали в обратном порядке и убедитесь, что все они вращаются надлежащим
образом.
Регулярно опустошайте коллектор стержней.
4.2 Техническое обслуживание
Для поддержания изделия в надлежащем техническом состоянии рекомендуется вовремя
заменять изношенные детали. Сервисное обслуживание доступно и гарантируется пунктом
продажи.
5. Безопасность во время эксплуатации
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ
Следуйте инструкциям по технике безопасности для защиты от поражения электрическим током,
травм или пожара:
- Данное изделие может использоваться только для установки вытяжных заклепок, а не для
других целей, например, в качестве молотка;
- Не перегружайте изделие и следите за тем, чтобы оно эксплуатировалось в установленных
пределах (см. 1.1.);
- Не подвергайте изделие воздействию влаги или дождя, не используйте его вблизи
легковоспламеняющихся веществ или газов;

Если во время работы с изделием вы подвешиваете его за крюк, убедитесь, что оно не может
упасть;
- Извлекайте аккумулятор, если изделие не используется, отправляется на ремонт или
обслуживание;

Если изделие не используется, храните его в оригинальной упаковке в недоступном для детей месте;
- Во время работы с изделием всегда пользуйтесь защитными очками. Настоятельно
рекомендуется использовать средства индивидуальной защиты, такие как защитная одежда,
перчатки, каска и другие необходимые предметы;
- Во время работы с изделием не закрывайте вентиляционные отверстия на корпусе и никогда
не вставляйте в них посторонние предметы;
- Следите за тем, чтобы перед началом работы был установлен коллектор стержней;
- В ремонте используйте только оригинальные запчасти;
- Ремонт должен производиться квалифицированным специалистом. При возникновении
сомнений в правильности работы изделия отправьте его в официальную точку продаж;
- Используйте для установки заклепок только в предварительно просверленных и совмещен
ных отверстиях соответствующего диаметра, как указано в нашем каталоге. Существует
вероятность выстреливания заклепки из заклепочника. Ни в коем случае не направляйте
изделие на себя, в сторону других людей или животных.
6. Гарантия и сертификация СЕ
6.1 Гарантия
На заклепочник (кроме аккумулятора) предоставляется гарантия 12 месяцев, которая исчисляется
с даты продажи, проставленной в счете-фактуре или чеке. Настоящая гарантия не распространя-
ется на запасные части и расходные материалы. Гарантия не распространяется на повреждения,
вызванные нормальным износом, перегрузкой или неправильными эксплуатацией и
обслуживанием. Гарантия покрывает случаи заводского брака; в этом случае изделие будет
бесплатно отремонтировано или заменено. Претензии принимаются только в том случае, если
полностью укомплектованное изделие возвращается в официальную точку продаж.
6.2 Сертификация СЕ

инструкции, соответствует требованиям следующих стандартов:
