FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
•To fit the radiator guard to the bike, cut the foam strip provided into 10mm wide pieces and
stick them to the back of the radiator guard frame, so that they sit between the radiator guard
and the radiator (please space these evenly all around the radiator guard frame as they prevent
the guard coming into contact with the radiator).
•Remove the allen bolt on the RHS of the bike, highlighted in Picture 1.
•Locate and remove the plastic push rivet on the rear of the panel, shown in Pictures 2 and 3,
by pushing in the centre of the rivet to release it.
•Carefully remove the plastic fairing panel, by gently pulling it to release the fastener shown in
Picture 4.
•Repeat the previous steps on the other side of the bike.
•With the radiator exposed, loosen the two bolts shown in Picture 5, to allow 3mm clearance
between the radiator and the fairing, shown in Picture 6.
•Repeat the previous step on the other side of the bike.
•Offer the radiator guard into position, ensuring the four mounting tabs sit over the bolts, and
secure the radiator in place by tightening the four bolts back up to the correct torque.
•Refit both fairing panels.
