It is the driver’s / operator’s responsibility to
ensure that nothing can come loose from any part
of their vehicle. It is the operator’s responsibility to make sure that all items
are in good working order and are properly secured!
SECUREMENT
MODIFICATION
DO NOT modify or tamper with any RBO product.
Doing so will void any applicable warranty and
may result in serious injury or death. • Warranties will be voided if any RBO
Product is modied or tampered with!
INSPECTION
RBO requires that each operator of a vehicle
perform a detailed circle check before and after
each use of the vehicle. This inspection must include the power unit, the
vehicle, and all items installed on the vehicle.
• Do not take chances with your life or other people’s lives. Make sure all
items are secured and in safe working order.
• Always inspect products for any signs of paint cracking, metal fatigue or
premature wear.
• Maintain a visual inspection along with grabbing the product and wiggling
or pulling on it to make sure there is no way anything can become dislodged
from the machine.
• Remove from service immediately if repairs are needed. Do not take
chances.
WARNING
Operating, servicing, and maintaining a
passenger vehicle or o-road vehicle can expose
you to chemicals including engine exhaust, carbon monoxide, phthalates,
and lead, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and
birth defects or other reproductive harm. To minimize exposure, avoid
breathing exhaust, do not idle the engine except as necessary, service

InventiveEdge,LLCdbaRazorBackOroad™(alsoreferredtohereinasRBO)warrantstotheoriginalpurchaserthateachnew
RazorBackOroad™(RBO)productwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodoftwelve(12)monthsfromdate
ofpurchase.
RBO’sobligationunderthiswarranty,statutoryorotherwise,islimitedtotherepairorreplacementattheRBOfactory,oratapoint
designatedbyRBO,ofsuchpartorpartsasshallappearuponinspectionbyRBOtobedefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship.Inno
eventshallRBOacceptsuchnoticationlaterthantwelve(12)monthsfromdateofpurchase.Thiswarrantyisnottransferable.
Exceptasexpresslysetforthinthiswarranty,RBOmakesnootherwarranty,expressorimplied,andherebydisclaimsallother
warrantiesincluding,butnotlimitedto,theimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityandtnessforaparticularpurpose.RBOshallinno
eventbeliableforclaimeddowntime,claimedlossofprotsorgoodwill,oranyotherspecial,incidental,indirect,orconsequential
damagesconcerningorrelatingtoanyproductorparts,whetherbasedonnegligence,strictliability,breachofcontract,breach
ofwarranty,misrepresentation,oranyotherlegaltheory,regardlessofwhetherthelossresultedfromanygeneralorparticular
requirementwhichRBOkneworhadreasontoknowaboutatthetimeofsale.
RBOmakesnowarranty,expressorimplied,astothenishedproductsmanufacturedorsuppliedbyanothermanufacturerand
suppliedbyRBOtopurchaser,including,butnotlimitedto,anyboatorvehicletowhichanRBOproductmaybeaffixedorany
accessories,andRBOexpresslydisclaimsanyimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityandtnessforaparticularpurposeastosuch
equipmentorproducts.Thislanguageshallinnowayaectordiminishtherightsofthepurchasertorelyonsuchwarrantiesasare
extendedbysuchmanufacturersorsupplies.RBOshall,totheextentpermittedunderapplicablelaw,passontothepurchasersuch
manufacturer’sorseller’swarranty.
RBO,whosepolicyisoneofcontinuousimprovement,reservestherighttoimproveitsproductsthroughchangesindesignormaterials
asitmaydeemdesirablewithoutbeingobligatedtoincorporatesuchchangesinproductspreviouslysold.
Thiswarrantyisnotintendedtocoverorincludethefollowingitems,whicharesetforthbywayofexampleandnotlimitation:
•Normaldeteriorationoftrim,paint,lettering,appearanceofitemsduetowearorexposuretoweather,etc.
•Anydamageordefectduetoaccident,misuse,abuse,operationexceedingratedloads,Improperorunauthorizedrepairs,failureto
providereasonableandnecessarymaintenance,orusesofwhichtheequipmentwasnotdesignedorintended.
•Alterationsormodicationsthataectperformance,operations,orreliability.

thepurchasepriceoftheproduct.Inordertoreceiverefundforproductreturn,RBOmustbenotiedinwritingorviaemailwithin30

ThiswarrantydoesnotobligateRBOtobearthecostoflaborortransportationchargesinconnectionwiththerepairorreplacementof

RBO.
Return Policy
ThePurchaser,whenreturningaProduct,mustfollowthefollowingsteps:
1.ThePurchasermusthaveproofofpurchaseofanydamagedProduct.ThePurchasermustobtainfromRazorbackOroad™(RBO)
aReturnedMerchandiseAuthorization(RMA)willbegivenalongwiththecorrectaddresswheretoshipthedamagedproduct.
2.ThePurchasermustpayallshippingcoststodeliverthedamagedProductstoRBOandmustsendthedamagedProductalongwith
theRMAandproofofpurchasetogether.
3.UponreceiptofdamagedProduct,RBOwilldeterminewhetherthedamagedProductiscoveredundertheLimitedWarranty.Ifit
is,RBOwillrepairorreplacetheProduct.IftheProductisreplaced,theProductthatisoriginallyreturnedbythePurchasershall
becometheexclusivepropertyofRBO.IfthereturnedProductisnotcoveredundertheLimitedWarranty,RBOwillnotifythe
Purchaserbeforetakinganyfurtheractionwithregardtorepairorreplacement,whichwouldbeatthePurchaser’scost.
4.CustomerisresponsibletopayshippingchargestoRBOforproductinspection.RBOwillpayreturnfreightifproductisfoundtobe
underwarrantyusingUPSGroundorequivalent.
5.Ifcustomerwouldliketohavetheirproductreturnedovernightorviarapidfreightmethods,RBOwillgivecustomertheoptiontopay
forrapidfreightoptions.

RBO’stotalliabilityforanyandalllossesanddamagesarisingoutofanycausewhatsoevershallinnoeventexceedthepurchase
priceoftheproductsorpartsinrespectofwhichsuchcausearises,whethersuchcausebebasedontheoriesofcontract,negligence,
strictliability,tortorotherwise.InventiveEdgeLLCshallnotbeliableforincidental,consequentialorpunitivedamagesorotherlosses.
InventiveEdgeLLCshallnotbeliablefor,andconsumerassumesliabilityfor,allpersonalinjuryandpropertydamageconnectedwith
thehandling,transportation,possession,installation,otheruseorresaleoftheproduct,whetherusedaloneorincombinationwith
anyotherproductormaterial.IfInventiveEdgeLLCfurnishestechnicaladvicetoconsumer,whetherornotatconsumer’srequest,
withrespecttoinstallation,application,oruseoftheproductand/oritsrelatedparts,InventiveEdgeLLCshallnotbeliableforsuch
technicaladviceandbuyerassumesallrisksofsuchadviceandtheresultsthereof.

alwayswearhelmets,eyeprotection,andprotectiveclothing.Alwaysuseseatbeltsandcabnetsordoors(asequipped).Neverengage
instuntdriving,andavoidexcessivespeedsandsharpturns.Ridingandalcohol/drugsdon’tmix.Allridersshouldtakeasafetytraining
course.Checklocallawsbeforeridingontrails.
Duties and Taxes:
Importduties,taxes,andbrokeragefeesarenotincludedintheproductpriceorshippingandhandlingcostanditwillbecollectedupon
deliveryfromthecarriersforcertainpackages.Thesechargesarerecipient’sresponsibilityasweareonlychargingthetransportation

Ruff Rider UTV Pet Pad with Heat Shield for RZR 900
comes with two sections:
Place the RBO1063-Ruff Rider Bottom Shield into the bed
of your RZR 900 model with heat shield facing down
Place the RBO1062-Ruff Rider Top Shield on top,
attaching the two sections with the velcro strips
UTV beds can reach temperatures of over 140 degrees.
To keep that heat down, we used Military Grade Heat
Deection material on the bottom of the Dog Pad, sew a
mildew resistant Foam Padding inside; we then cover it
with Cordura® Fabric that is mildew resistant, rip, tear,
and abrasion resistant.
