Student instructions:
Practice swaddling the baby
1. Power on the simulator by pushing the button on the
back of the baby until you feel it click and the power
light above it turns on.
Note: When the battery is low, all lights in the head will ash
and the simulator won't cry.
2. Lay the simulator on the swaddling garment, aligning its
shoulders with the top of the open wrap.
3. Tuck the simulator's legs inside the leg pocket and open
the tab at the top of the leg pocket.
4. Wrap the left wing over the simulator’s torso and tuck it
under the simulator’s opposite arm.
5. Secure the tab on top of the leg pocket.
6. Place the right wing over the left and secure the opened
tabs on left wing’s fabric patch. Wings should be snug
over the simulator’s chest.
Note: Always place babies on their backs to sleep.
7. Pick up the simulator and rock it gently until it
stops crying. Crying will cease after 30 seconds
if swaddled correctly.
