To reduce the risk of re, electric shock, or injury:
1. Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when
not in use and before servicing.

15. NEVER use cleaning solutions, perfumes, oils or chemicals in boiler.

Before using the product, make sure that all items, surfaces and farics
to be cleaned are resistant to or compatible with the high temperature
of the steam. Specically, treated terracotta ooring,wooden surfaces
or delicate fabrics, such as silk or velvet, should not be treated without
rst consulting the instructions from the manufacturer and
carrying out a test on a small hidden sample part.

PROPER USAGE
Under high temperature, high pressure steam can remove dirt and grease from
the surface and clean pathogens and bacteria. Under high pressure , dry steam
will vaporize soon, therfore no water stain will be le.

USAGE RANGE
Never attempt to use steam for cleaning:
(1) Switch, socket or other current carrying appliances.
(2) Chemical Fiber, silk fabric, low temperature plastic product or other
low temperature products.
Following areas are recommended to be used with this steam cleaner:
(1) Surface: ceramic tile, marble and granite, waterproof wood oor, part of
cotton and wool carpet, washable wallpaper, glass and mirrors.

(2) Kitchen: gas tove ring and cover, trough, cupboard, wall, oven inner-
wall, window frame.
(3) Bedroom: sofa and furniture, cotton or linen curtains, window screen,
dirt on bed cushions or clothes, ironing clothes.
(4) Bathroom: bathtub, shower area, sinks, taps and drains, toilet and toilet
seat.
(5) Vehicle: engine, bumper, interior, window glass, frame and wheel.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Place the steamer in a dry ambient room with good ventilation.
2. Use a dry cloth to wipe the steamer surface.
3. Never put the steamer in the water for cleaning.
REPAIR
If any part of the steamer is damaged, do not open or use the steamer.
Contact warranty holder for instructions.
WARNING!
(1) Fill water and close safety valve tightly then insert the plug for
heating. Minimum ll should be 100ml water for every use, other
wise it may leak steam and damage the unit.
(2) Keep steamer away from children.
(3) e steam cleaner produces high temperature during use. Never jet
steam against a person or animal. Do not use steamer on high
temperature areas or fragile surroundings. Don’t clean fragile
glass surfaces.
(4) Always close the safety valve tightly before using. e safety valve
cannot be opened when there is pressure in the boiler. Do not open
safety valve forcibly when in operation. e safety valve can be
opened when there is no pressure in the boiler.
(5) e lling opening must not be opened during use.

USE INSTRUCTIONS
Use measuring cup to ll water (distilled water is best) no more
than 250ml and no less than 100ml.
Close the safety valve tightly. (is safety valve is patent product, it
cannot be opened when there is pressure in the boiler.)
Plug into the socket, the power indicator light comes on. It can be
used when green indicator light is on. (It may spout out
a little water when rst used due to heat.)
First press button and spray the nozzle in a bucket or sink to ensure
there is no leaking and the you haven’t overlled the boiler.
Press the on button, when the steam sprays out, move the brush
head slowly on the surface to clean and disinfect.
Keep the nozzle 2-3 cm away from cleaning area.
Unplug aer use. Open safety valve slowly and swill the water to
ensure there is no pressure in the boiler.

Unplug aer use, the indicator should go o. Press button to release
steam, open the safety valve to ll water for cooling down, then
operate again when ready.
If you want to rell the water, pull out the power plug and the
indicator light will go o. Let the switch from the remaining
water vaporize from the unit. CAUTION! e cover of the steam
cleaner has a special safety valve feature. When the steam cleaner is
in operation and the water is heated in the tank, the lid is then locked
mechanically by the resulting vapor pressure so can no longer open
the black cap of the lid “rotate through” and no longer engages the
screw. is is already happening at low pressure and prevents it from
accidentally opening the cover so hot water and steam may spray out
and scald the operator.
If you want to add water, rst turn o the power switch and then
unplug the nets. Let the remaining steam ow out through the
switch. Now you may need to wait a few minutes and the lid can be
unscrewed counter clockwise from the unpressurized water tank. It
can still have small amounts of steam so caution is urged. Do not try
to open lid by force.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Redfern Enterprises warrants this product to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of
the original purchase, when utilized for normal household use, subject
to the following conditions, exclusions and exceptions.
Should any defect covered by the terms of the limited warranty be
discovered within one (1) year, Redfern Enterprises will repair or
replace any defective part provided the unit is returned by the original
purchaser, freight prepaid, to:

e liability of Redfern Enterprises under this warranty is limited solely

LABOR CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
is warranty does not cover normal wear of parts and does not apply to
any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.
is warranty does not apply to any defect arising from misuse of the
product, negligence, failure to follow Redfern’s instructions, use on
current or voltage other than that stamped on the product, alteration or
repair not authorized by Redfern, or damage due to faulty packaging or
mishandling in transit (by any common carrier). Repair or disassembly
by anyone other than a Redfern authorized service center will void the
warranty.
LIMITED WARRANTY

is warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the unit
and excludes all other legal and/or conventional warranties. e
responsibility of Redfern Enterprises, if any, is limited to the specific
obligations expressly assumed by it under the terms of the limited
warranty. In no event is Redfern Enterprises liable for incidental or
consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. Some States/Provinces
do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above may not apply to you.

state or province to province.
If you have questions or concerns regarding your Redfern appliance,
please contact Customer Service. Please do not return any product
without contacting Redfern for return authorization. Unauthorized
returns, as well as C.O.D. shipments, will be refused.
*Important: Aer receiving return authorization, carefully pack item to
avoid damage in shipping.
Be sure to include your name, complete address and phone number with
note giving purchase information, model number and what you believe
is the problem with item. We recommend you insure the package (as
damage in shipping is not covered by your warranty). Mark the outside
of your package “ATTENTION CUSTOMER SERVICE”. A proof of
purchase is also required.
