3. Using the RENPHO Massage Cushion
3.1 Important tips before use
• It is not recommended to use this Massage Cushion in the driver’s
seat of a vehicle.
• It is not recommended to lay this Massage Cushion completely
horizontal when in operation.
3.2 Preparation
• Place the massager on a recliner, sofa seat or office chair, fasten
the straps and secure the massager to the chair.
• When the adapter is plugged in, the power button on the
controller will flash red. The back massage nodes will move
and return to the default position and once complete, the red
light will go out and enter standby mode. You can press the
power button now to turn the massager on (alternatively, you may
select the function you would like to use without waiting for the reset
process to complete).

1. Press the “Power” Button to turn on the massager; the indicator
light will turn red indicating the massager is on. The Neck Kneading,
Full Back Massage functions and the Heating function of neck and
back are on by default. Seat Vibration function is off. The default
timer is 15 minutes. The indicators on the controller will remain in
the “on” status accordingly.
2. Activate the functions according to your preferences.
3.3 Operation Instructions
Power
“ ”: Press to turn the massager on (indicator light will turn on).
Press again to turn off (flashing light indicates that the massager
nodes are returning to its reset configuration; the lights will turn off
once reset is complete). During the reset process, there is no need to
wait until the reset is complete to turn the massager on. You can
press this button to turn it on immediately.

Neck Massage
“MASSAGE” button: Press this button to turn on the neck massage
nodes (indicator light will turn on). Press this button again to turn the
neck massage nodes off (indicator light will turn off).
“Up/Down” button: Press and hold this button to have the neck
massage nodes move up/down (indicator light will turn on). The
massage nodes will move upward/downward to the highest/lowest
point, and then stop (indicator light will flash). Release the button to
have the neck massage nodes stop moving and start massaging at
the specified point (indicator light will turn off).
Regardless of whether the neck massage is on or off, the
position of the neck massage nodes can be adjusted.
Back Area Massage
“BACK AREA” button: Press this button to turn on/off the back
massage function and switch among FULL/LOWER/UPPER back
massage mode. (Corresponding indicator light will turn on).
The back massage nodes will stop once the reset is complete.
During the reset process, the back massage could be powered
on by pressing “BACK AREA” or “SPOT” button.
Back Spot Massage
“SPOT” button: Press this button to activate spot massage mode
(the massage nodes will move up and down on the specified spot;
indicator light will turn on). Press it again to turn off the back spot
massage mode (indicator light will turn off).
The back massage nodes will stop once resetting is complete.
During the reset process, the back massage could be powered
on by pressing this button.
“UP” button: When the spot massage mode is on, press and hold
this button to have the back massage nodes move up.

“DOWN” button: When the spot massage mode is on, press and
hold this button to have the back massage nodes move down.
Note: When “UP/DOWN” button is released, the massage nodes will
massage the specified area. When the massage nodes reach the
lowest/highest point, this button will flash to indicate that the
lowest/highest point has been reached. They will work only when the
spot massage mode is on.
“Speed” button: Press this button to select and cycle through L/M
(Default)/H massage speed (corresponding indicator light will turn
on). When powering off the back massage function, the speed
indicator light will turn off. This button will work only when the Back
Massage or Spot Massage is on.
Seat Vibration
“Seat Vibration” button: Press this button to turn on/off the seat
vibration function and switch among L/M/H. The default vibration
intensity is L.
Timer Function
"TIME" button: Press this button to select and cycle through 15
(Default) /20/25 minutes of massage (corresponding indicator light
will turn on).
Heating Function
“HEAT” button: Press to activate the heating function of the neck
massage and the back massage (indicator light will turn on); press
again to turn it off (indicator light will turn off).
Note: Heating function will work only when the Neck or Back
Massage is on.

Product Care and Maintenance
• Place the massage cushion in a safe, cool, and dry place when
not in use.
• Always unplug the massager cushion prior to cleaning.
• After use, wipe the massager cushion with a soft, damp cloth
using non-abrasive cleaners. If necessary, clean with a sterilizer.
• DO NOT submerge the massager in water or any other liquid.
• Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
• DO NOT attempt to repair this massager. There are no user-ser
viceable parts.
