This Technical Manual serves to outline the service & postponement procedure for products listed in the form-factor-matrix below:
Available colours:
BEIGE (BGE), DARK BROWN (DBR), MEDIUM BLONDE (MBL), MARBLE GREY (MGR)*, BLACK (BLK) & STERLING GREY (STG).
Please note that MG290-DVI is available in these colours only: MBL, MGR*, BLK & STG
HI STG: HSG parts are GRY3
*HI & parts in MGR have been terminated in May 2017 and will therefore no longer be available. Possible stock of spare parts can be used up
VEx60 & VEx70 are delivered with TUBE ADAPT for thin tubes/open configuration & HOOK ASM
VEx80 is delivered with HOOK ASM - open configuration is not possible
MGx90 is delivered with HOOK ASM & HOOK ASM W/FILTER - open configuration is not possible

Late 2012 new improved HSG parts, prog service module/ASM FRAME, hooks & thin tube adapt were introduced for the 60-70-80 models. A
small overview for a repair situation:
“Old” version:
HSG parts require only one pin. TOP and BOT HSG are glued to be fixed and cannot be reused. HSG parts will fit old and new version of prog
service modules. If only replacing the hook/adapt,the old hooks & thin tube adapt must be chosen due to the visual look (tiny dierences in outer
dimensions). If old HSG parts are replaced to new HSG parts, the hook and prog service module must be replaced to new version too. Old HSG
parts, prog service module/ASM FRAME, hooks & thin tube adapt are now terminated. P/n’s are removed from this manual
“New” version:
HSG parts require two pins. TOP and BOT HSG are NOT glued and can be reused if not scratched. HSG parts will only fit new version of prog
service modules due to the new module has two holes for the two pins. If replacing the hook/adapt, the new hooks/thin tube adapt must be
chosen due to the visual look (tiny dierences in outer dimensions). P/n’s for new HSG parts, prog service module/ASM FRAME, hooks & thin
tube adapt to be found in this manual
