Important safety instructions
ATTENTION:
Follow the instructions below when using the machine.
Read the instructions carefully before using the appliance.
The instructions provide important information on how to install and service your
machine.
The manufacturer is not responsible for problems caused by the failed observation of
the precautions written below.
Connect the appliance to a mains socket according to current laws, only if the
system is earthed or complete with circuit breaker (230V~50Hz).
Do not use extension leads or adaptors.
Only tools suitable to be washed in the machine shall be put in it.
(Exclude tools that are not resistant to hot temperatures or with unsuitable
decorations).
Keep detergents out of children’s reach.
Connect the machine to cold water supply (<65°C).
Do not use any type of solvent in the machine.
Solvents could cause explosions or fire.
Do not spray water on the machine from the outside, as this could cause electric
shocks or could break the machine.
Keep the machine out of children’s reach.
Do not press on or raise the internal part of the door when it is open. You could cause
structural deformations with consequent water leakage.
Do not use hand wash detergents, but just detergents suitable for washing machines.
This machine has a built-in safety system that automatically blocks the machine’s
functions when it is exposed to serious external disturbance.
The detergents used in the machine have strong alkali contents. They may be
extremely dangerous if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep out of
the children’s reach when the door is open. Make sure the detergent compartment
is empty at the end of each wash cycle.
The machine must be connected to the water supply on the wall and to the electrical
mains in a suitable manner for the machine.
Do not pull on the power lead to unplug the machine from the mains, but get hold of
the actual plug to do this.
Place the machine exclusively on a flat surface that is strong enough to take the
weight of the machine when fully loaded.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised while it is plugged into the mains.
You are recommended to keep the power lead at the bottom of the machine to prevent
it from overheating.
Do not use outdoors.

Have the power lead replaced by a skilled technician if it is damaged.
Installation instructions
1. Remove all the material from the packaging very carefully.
2. The water filling pipe ends with a female connector. Your water fitting on the wall
(supply line) must be a male fitting and must have a tap. Screw the connector firmly
in a straight line onto the water fitting on the wall. Connect the other end (bent
connector) to the filling fitting at the back of the machine (page 14 ). Screw the
connectors appropriately, without damaging the threads.
3. To install the drainage pipe, use the bent “U” gasket supplied. The end part of this
pipe must lead down into a water drain. The maximum height of the drainage pipe
must not exceed 16 cm above the height of the base of the machine, to ensure the
regular drainage of water. To ensure the correct operation of the machine during
drainage, the diameter of the water drain point must be at least 30 mm. Connect the
other end of the drainage pipe (L-shaped) to the drainage fitting at the back of the
machine (page 14 ) Secure the terminal of the drainage pipe using the metal clip
supplied.
4. If you wish, you can connect the water filling pipe to your tap. Use correct fittings
that adapt perfectly to the pipe connectors so that the connection is secure and leak-
free.
You are recommended whatever the case to arrange a permanent plumbing
system.

5. If you notice any leaks, shut-off the water supply immediately, by shutting-off the
tap of the fitting on the wall and check the pipe connections carefully. If necessary,
screw the connections tight.
6. If you are unable to stop the leaks by your own means, you are recommended
to contact a qualified plumber.
7. Install the machine on a flat surface, at a minimum height of 48 cm.
8. Make sure there is a mains socket near the machine. The power lead is
approximately 180 cm long.
9. The machine must be installed on a solid surface that is able to take double the
weight of the machine (>50 kg approx.).
10. To set the machine level, adjust the 4 screws under the machine itself.

Water pressure
To obtain the best results, the water filling pressure must be between 0.5 and 10 bar.
If the pressure of the household water supply is very low, the machine may not be
able to work correctly or it would take much longer to fill the machine.
FOR THE BEST RESULTS
Your machine cleans by spraying a mist of clean hot water and detergent (under
pressure) over the tools.
The water is pumped back up again after being filtered through the rotating arm.
The dirty water is eliminated and replaced with clean water at the end of each cycle
(the number of times depends on the cycle used).
To obtain the best results, the water temperature must be at least 55°C.
To prevent damages to the machine, the temperature of the inlet water must not
exceed 70°C.
Note: Very hard water will affect the performance of your machine. It will contribute
in forming scale (white substance) and/or fouling on the stainless steel surfaces, of the
pipe of the machine and of the heating element fitted in the groove under the
removable guard of the filter.
To reduce such conditions, you are recommended to periodically rinse the
internal part of the machine (whilst empty) using a cup of white vinegar (once a
week).
UNPLUG THE MACHINE
- Shut-off the filling water supply by shutting-off the tap.
- Unplug the power lead.
- Disconnect the pipe from the water supply. When the machine is not used, arrange
the pipe on the bracket at the back of the machine.
- Scrapped appliances must be made unusable.
CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Throw the packaging material in separate rubbish bins.
Example: Paper and cardboard are to be separated from plastic etc.
If the machine is to be scrapped, observe local laws currently in force.
IMPORTANT
Once you have opened the water filling tap (even if it is shut-off again
immediately), the water filling pipe is put under the same pressure as the water.
ATTENTION
Never allow children to unplug the machine.
It is always very important to keep a watching eye on children around any
appliance.

LOAD the tools TO BE WASHED
- Arrange sharp tools so that they do not damage the door when closed.
- Load sharp tools with the handle at the top to reduce the risk of cutting yourself.
- Do not load plastic tools, unless they are marked with the “temperature” symbol or
similar marking. If the tools do not have such marking, you are recommended not to
put them in the machine.
- Do not load the containers over the plastic protrusions of the basket.
They may not be supported correctly and could get damaged.
- You are recommended not to put tools with wooden handles or glued parts in the
machine.
- Do not touch the heating element during or straight after use.
- Do not tamper with the appliance.
- Do not lean on the door when it is open or on the basket.
- Protect leads and pipes from heat.
- Do not leave the appliance within children’s reach.
- Load containers upside down in the machine.

Operational recommendations.
USE THE RIGHT TYPE OF DETERGENT
Just use detergents specific for such use. Other detergents create too much foam.
If your detergent is old or lumpy, you are recommended to throw it away.
Old detergents become ineffective and lumpy ones do not dissolve.
HOW MUCH DETERGENT TO USE
This depends on the water hardness. Hard water requires more detergent.
The detergent compartment on the internal panel of the door holds approximately 7
grams of detergent. Follow the detergent manufacturer’s instructions.
HOW TO USE THE DECALCIFIER
If you use hard water in the machine, scale will form on
the plates and tools. This appliance is complete with a
decalcifier to make the water softer. It utilises specific
salt to eliminate the minerals in the water.
Check the position of the decalcifier in page 14. Fill the
decalcifier with salt:
1. Unscrew the cap of the salt container on the right-hand
side inside the machine, by turning it anti-clockwise.
2. Put the salt in the container using the plastic spoon supplied. You can put 250
grams of salt at a time in the machine, which can be used for 15 wash cycles.
3. Put water in the salt container until a small amount of water comes out (this is very
important when using it for the first time).
4. Screw the cap back on firmly.
Note:
1. Put the salt in the machine before you start the wash cycle to prevent
corrosion.
2. Use just salt for washing machines.
USING “RINSE AID”
Check the position of the hole in page 14.
Use a rinse aid to avoid stains on the tools and to
reduce the drying time. If used regularly, the rinse
aid will automatically give you cleaner parts each
time you wash. To fill the rinse aid container,
unscrew the cap in the rear internal part of the
chamber and use the special beak dispenser.
Add the rinse aid slowly in the container until full.
Screw the cap back on.
This container will automatically release the rinse
aid in the water during the final rinse phase.
Add “rinse aid” through this
hole.

Operational instructions.
1. Make sure the filling and drainage pipes are connected correctly.
2. Press the button to open the door.
3. Arrange the parts inside their basket.
4. Make sure the spraying arm turns freely without obstructions. If necessary, remove any
obstacles.
5. Fill the detergent compartment on the internal panel of the door (7 grams approx.).
6. Close the door properly.
7. Open the water supply tap (water supply fitting on the wall).
8. Select the required program (Normal, Economy).
9. Press the ON/OFF button (pressed in=ON, out=OFF). The red LED lights up when the
machine is ON.
10. The machine stops automatically when the program ends. The LED remains lit until the
switch is turned OFF.
11. The machine is designed to stop if the door is accidentally opened during the wash
cycle.
12. At the end of the wash cycle, leave the parts to cool down for approximately 15 minutes
so as not to get hold of them while they are too hot. The parts will cool down quicker if you
leave the machine’s door ajar.
13. Once you have unloaded the machine, take the filter out, clean it and put it back in its
original position.
NORMAL function button
If you have connected the machine to a cold water supply fitting, press the NORMAL
button. The “NORMAL” function will allow you to wash the parts with hot water.
Once pressed, this button will activate a heating element that will increase and maintain the
temperature of the water inside the machine at 62°C.
ATTENTION: The water gets so hot that it could cause serious scalding. Always be
very careful when opening and/or touching the machine while the wash cycle with hot
water is running.
ECONOMY function button
This function allows you to wash at the temperature of your water supply.
The heating element will not be activated.
To activate this function, leave the “ECONOMY” button in position “ “
IMPORTANT: When you activate the ECONOMY function, the drying time will increase.
The parts will only dry through ventilation.
Open the machine to reduce the drying time at the end of the program.
Leave the parts where they are for at least 5 minutes.
Select the NORMAL or ECONOMY wash cycle via the program selection knob.
NOTE: At the beginning of each cycle, the machine always starts in drainage mode, so
that the drainage pipe always has a small amount of water of the previous cycle in it. This is
required to keep the pipe ready for operation. It is therefore quite normal to see a slight
amount of water come out of the drainage pipe before the regular wash cycle starts.
