4. How to program a new PIN for each channel.
Factory default PIN for 1st channel: 1111 - Will accept up to 8 individual PIN.
Factory default PIN for 2nd channel: 2222 - Will accept up to 3 individual PIN.
The same PIN cannot be used on both channels. The red LED will flash if a PIN has already been used.
*If all PIN spaces are filled on a channel, the red LED will flash 5 times when a new PIN is programmed.
To program a PIN
a. Enter programming mode following the instructions detailed in step 2.
- One long beep will sound to confirm.
b. Key in the 2 digits channel number you would like to program followed by #
- (0 1 # for 1st channel; 0 2 # for 2nd channel)
c. Key in the new 4-digit PIN that you wish to use for your selected channel, then press the #key.
- One long beep and one short beep will sound to confirm the change.
d. The keypad will exit programming mode when complete.
Example on programming 1st channel’s PIN. Using “2015” as an example.
1. Enter programming mode using master PIN - 0 0 0 0

(or custom master code if one has been set).
2. Choose the 1st channel by entering the following: 0 1 #
3. After the beep, enter the new PIN 2 0 1 5 #
4. The code for the 1st channel will now be set to “2015”.
5. Enter 2 0 1 5 # to operate the gate.
5. How to enable/disable the keypad sound
Each press on the keypad will have a beep sound.
The keypad can be set to be silent if preferred. In programming mode, the keypad will still beep.
Factory default setting is for the keypad beep to be ON.
*Please note –When silent, a missed keypad entry will be hard to identify, resulting in an incorrect command.
Turning the keypad tone OFF -
a. Enter programming mode following the instructions detailed in step 2.
-One long beep will sound to confirm.
b. Press 3 6 and then the # key.
-One long beep and one short beep will sound to confirm.
c. The keypad will exit programming mode when complete.
6. How to enable/disable the keypad backlight
The backlight on the keypad can be enabled or disabled following the steps below.
Turning off the backlight can help prolong battery life.
Factory default setting is for the keypad to be ON.
Turning the keypad backlight OFF -
a. Enter programming mode following the instructions detailed in step 2.
-One long beep will sound to confirm.
b. Press 3 9 end up with #.
-One long beep and one short beep follow to confirm.
7. How to check which channel a pin code belongs to
You can find which channel the pin code belongs to as follows:
a. Enter programming mode following the instructions detailed in step 2.
-One long beep will sound to confirm.
b. Input the numbers 8 6 and then press the # key.
-One long beep and one short beep will sound to confirm.
c. Enter the PIN for the channel you want check and then press the #key.
-The keypad will sound a long beep either once or twice, to indicate the channel being used.
d. The keypad will exit programming mode when complete.
