performance bar with an 800 MHz processor,
256 MB of standard memory, an
image-capable all-points-addressable
graphical operator panel and optional
duplex. Give workgroups of any size the
power to produce everyday documents in
monochrome and special documents in
colour using one versatile device.
With 4800 colour quality (CQ) resolution2
and true 1200x1200 dpi (at reduced printer
speed), you can achieve a professional look
and feel at an affordable price. With standard
enterprise security features, Colour Care
Technology from InfoPrint Solutions Company,
ImageQuick functionality (forms management)
and direct printing of supported images at the
printer using a USB flash memory device, the
InfoPrint Colour 1754 Express can deliver the
functionality your business requires.

The InfoPrint Colour 1754 Express is optimised
to be intuitive, convenient and user friendly.
The image-capable, highly intuitive operator
panel provides ‘show me’ and ‘tell me more‘
screens to guide users through job set-up.
A context-sensitive help screen can answer

operator questions quickly. Icons make it
easier for users to recognise functions and
scroll bars simplify navigation. The easy-
to-see ‘stop’ button allows you to stop
print jobs in progress when it’s necessary.

It’s important to have access to colour
when you need it, and the InfoPrint
Colour 1754 Express provides superb colour
quality with Colour Care technology
control. You can assign colour print
permissions and install mono-only drivers
and black-and-white lock mode to restrict
access. Further, you can save money by
using toner saver settings, the colour saver
feature and proof-then-print capability to
reduce waste.
ENHANCE SECURITY AT EVERY LEVEL
Raise your confidence level when you
handle confidential and sensitive
documents. Integrated security features can
address most job phases – from access
control to transmission to storage. You can
tighten access control with increased PIN
values (0 – 9), the ability to lock out and
delete incorrect PINs and expiration time
for confidentially held jobs. During
transmission, jobs are protected with
multiple types of encryption. A document
accounting solution can streamline
administration.
ENHANCE SERVICEABILITY
The InfoPrint Colour 1754 Express is
designed to improve reliability and the ease
of serviceability. It displays secondary error
codes to improve data reporting and
diagnostics. A quick diagnosis generally
means quick resolution and less printer
downtime. Printer settings can be
preserved during changes of controller
cards, including serial number, new meters
and counters. The improved event log page
can log most recent events such as paper
jams, service errors and factory default
resets to provide continuity for service
personnel.
