Replace the Rimage DL/DLN5200
Before you begin:
1. Stop or pause all jobs.
2. Power off the embedded control center.
3. Power off the 5200.
4. Disconnect the power cord from the 5200.
b. Remove the printer from the 5200 and set it aside.
a. From the back of the printer disconnect the cables.
Caution: Some cables in your system may be latched. Equipment
damage may occur if cables are not disconnected appropriately.
Caution: Lift the Everest printer with care; it is very heavy.
*A monitor, keyboard, and mouse are required only if the system is not
connected to a network.
Remove the printer.
Disconnect the cables. (DL5200)
Disconnect the cables. (DLN5200)
Use this procedure to set up your replacement unit when you are completing a rapid
exchange.
The term ‘5200’ is used throughout this document to refer to the DL5200 and the
DLN5200.

Rimage DLN5200 Setup and Installation (110769) guide included with your
product. These documents are also available at www.Rimage.com/Support.
html. Navigate: Professional Family > Support - your product > Documents tab
 Note: You are installing the same Everest printer that you removed from
the 5200.
Refer to the packing instructions included with your replacement 5200. The
instructions are also available at www.rimage.com/support.html. Navigate:
Professional Family > Support - Your Product > Documents.
Unpack the replacement 5200.
Set up the replacement 5200.Prepare the autoloader to be returned.
Pack the autoloader to be returned.
a. Open the box. Refer to the instruction label on the outside of the box.
b. Remove the contents from the box. Refer to the instruction label on the
inside ap of the box.
a. Use tape to secure the printer cords to the back of
the autloader.
b. Use tape to secure the supply bin.
c. Inside the 5200, use tape to secure the collator.
d. If you were provided a shipping door, install the
shipping door.
e. Use tape to secure the supply door
