INSTALLATION 安裝
* Install the built in hob in a well ventilated room and keep it away from any combustible or infl ammable
objects such as paper or oil.
爐具須安裝在空氣流通之房間內 , 附近不可放置易燃物品如紙張、油類等。
* Place the built in hob on a stable and level bench top. Please refer to Fig. 2 for cut out dimensions and
position.
爐具須放置在穩固及水平的櫃面上 , 依照圖2 所示的開孔尺寸及位置。

* If another built in appliance (e.g. dishwasher, washer, etc.) is to be installed under the built in hob, keep a
clearance of at least 10mm from the bottom of the built in hob. If the installation of the appliance underneath
requires a different distance, adopt the larger value.
若在嵌入式平面爐下安裝其他器具 ( 如洗碗碟機 , 洗衣機等 ), 保留最少 10 毫米的距離。若其
他器具的安裝指引要求不同的間距 , 應採用較大者。
* The built in hob should be installed with a distance of more than 15cm away from surrounding combustible
materials.
此爐具的安裝位置應與周圍可燃物料距離 15 厘米以上。
* If the built in hob is to be installed on top of a built in oven, a partition between two appliances is required
with all gaps being sealed. It is to avoid the infl uence of air draught on the operation of the built in hob when
the oven fan is running.
煮食爐下方如設有嵌入式焗爐 , 必須加裝隔層板並將所有縫隙密封 , 避免焗爐的風機氣流影響煮食
爐運作。
* In case that a partition plate is installed underneath the appliance, keep space by at least 10 cm in between.
若隔層板被安裝在器具下， 確保保持至少 10 釐米的空隙。
* Make sure that the following parts are fi tted properly before use:
使用前 確定以下配件已置於正確位置 :
1. Oil Drip Pan
盛油爐碟
Install the drip pan so that it fi ts snugly without rattling by aligning it with the concave portion of the grill’s
bottom plate.
安裝盛油盤時將它與烤架底盤的凹入部分對齊以便它恰當地放入並不會發出聲響。
2. Grill Plate and Grill Guard
烤板和防護架
Install the grill plate and the grill guard properly (Fig.4)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 操作要點
ATTENTION! 注意 !
This built in hob is to be used for cooking only. Do not dry towels, clothes, etc., over it.
此爐具只用於烹飪 , 不可用於烘乾衣物、毛巾等。
Assure good ventilation before use, open windows and turn on range hood.
使用前 , 確保室內空氣流通 , 開啟窗戶及抽油煙機。
1. While pushing the Control Knob, turn it to the left (toward the “ON” position) slowly until you hear a ‘click’
sound. Electric spark will ignite Burners.
Keep pushing the Control Knob for several seconds, the Flame Failure Safety Device will then operate.
If you release your hand halfway, Electric spark might not ignite Burners.
一邊按住爐具開關爐掣一邊向左 ( 開的方向 ) 慢慢地旋轉。
“隨著 啪 , ”啪 的響聲 , 火花將點燃燃燒器 , 在確認燃燒器被點燃後數秒鐘 , 待防漏熄火安全裝置
產生作用。
如果中途放開手的話, 可能點不著火。
2. If the fl ame goes out when you release your hand, repeat the ignition procedure again, keep pushing the
control knob for a longer time and release your hand more slowly than last time.
將手放開爐具開關爐掣而爐火仍未點著時 , 用同樣的方法再次操作 , 將爐掣的保持時間長一些 , 將手
慢慢地放開。
3. Turn Control Knob to adjust fl ame to desirable setting.
轉動爐掣，調節爐火至所需火力。

4. Flame can be adjusted between “MAX” and “MIN”. Please adjust fl ame slowly.
“ ” “ ”火力強弱可在 最大 和 最小之間調校。 緩慢調校火力。
CAUTION 注意
Don’t use it between OFF and MAX
切勿在熄火和最大之間使用
5. If the fl ame is extinguished while using, the Flame Failure Safety Device will shut the gas off after a short
delay. When the fl ame was extinguished, please turn the Knob to “OFF” position.
如爐火熄滅 , 防漏熄火安全裝置會 動切斷氣供應 , 如有此情況 , “ ”將爐掣轉至 熄火 位置。
6. Don’t clean the top of the safety sensor with a hard brush, as it may damage the sensor.
勿用鋼刷或利器磨擦熄火安全感應頭。
7. Turn the Ignition Control Knob backwards to the “OFF” position to extinguish the burner.
“ ”將爐掣轉回至熄火 位置 , 爐火便會熄滅。
HANDLING PROCEDURES WHEN FLAME FAILURE SAFETY DEVICE WORK AND
CHANGE BATTERY
防漏熄火安全裝置生效時的處理方法及更換電芯
1. If the fl ame is extinguished during operation, the automatic Flame Failure Safety Device will shut the gas
off after a short delay.
If you notice that the fl ame has been extinguished, please turn the knob to the “OFF” position.
如爐頭在使用中火焰突然熄滅 , 防漏熄火安全裝置會 動切斷氣供應。
如有此情況 , 將爐掣轉至
“熄火” 位置。
2. The Safety Sensor is delicate, please do not use stiff brushes or rough cleaning pads when cleaning.
安全感應頭十分精密 , 不可用粗糙之刷子或其他東西進行清潔。
* Aeration is preset at Factory, do not attempt to adjust it.
廠方已調校了風位 , 不可 行嘗試調校。
* Battery Box is located at bottom of middle front (Size C, 1.5V × 1)
Open the door of cabinet, and change battery.
電芯盒在爐身的底部中前方。 (C 型 ,
1.5 伏特 × 1)
將盒蓋打開更換電池。
* Set battery correctly with care ⊕ .
小心別把乾電池的⊕ 弄錯。

MAINTENANCE 維修
* Wipe the Top Plate with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent.
用乾淨及柔軟抹布及洗潔精清抹面板部份。
* For burnt and stuck dirt, wipe by cloth with liquid (cream) cleanser.
使用粘有液體 ( 乳化 ) 清潔劑清除燃焦及附著的污物。
* Top Plate Cleaning.
面板清潔。
* Do not use sharp edge tool like screwdriver and polishing powder in order to prevent scratch to glass
surface and painting.
切勿使用利器如螺絲批等及沙粉以防止刮花玻璃面和印刷圖案。
* Do not use bleach or strong detergent in order to prevent glass frame surface damage.
切勿使用漂白劑或強力洗潔精以免玻璃框架損毀。
* Use hot water and a detergent to wash the grillplate and the grillguard.
用熱水和清潔劑清洗烤架和防護架。
CAUTION 注意
* Glass top plate is fi xed. Do not remove it.
玻璃面是固定的 ! 切勿移動。
* Pan support is heavy. Do not drop it.
爐架是很重的 ! 切勿掉下。
* Do not clean the glass when the appliance is hot.
當爐具熱時 , 勿清洗玻璃。
* Do not place hot cooking utensil on the glass surface.
勿將熱的煮食器皿放在玻璃上。
* Please clean the grill plate and grill guard after cooling down.
在冷卻後方清洗烤架和防護架。

1. No Ignition
點火不著
Spark electrode was wet especially in
high humidity season.
點火電極(瓦咀 )濕了 ,尤其是在潮
濕季節。
Dry the electrode with tissue or dry
cloth.
以紙巾或乾毛巾抹乾點火電極
(瓦咀 ) 。
2. Flame cannot be held
不能保持火焰
Incorrect turning of gas control knob.
不正確轉動爐掣。
Push and turn the gas control knob
anti clockwise until a “click” sound
is heard. Hold for a few seconds until
fl ame is ignited.
推入爐掣及反時針方向旋轉至
「開」位置 , 直至聽到「的」聲。
當爐火點著時 , 按著爐掣數秒才放
手。
3. No main fl ame
爐頭沒有火
3.1 Gas meter cock and/or appliance
isolating cock have been turned
off.
仍未開啟氣錶控制閥及/ 或爐具
切斷閥。
Open gas meter cock and/or appliance
isolating cock completely.
完全開啟氣錶控制閥及/ 或爐具切
斷閥。
4. Yellow fl ame
黃火
Flame port of burner is jammed.
爐頭的火焰孔如阻塞則不能使用。
Clean fl ame port by thin wire or tooth
pick.
使用幼金屬線或牙籤清潔爐頭的火
焰孔。
