INSTALLATION 安裝
* Install the built-in hob in a well ventilated room and kee it away from any combustible or infl ammable
objects such as a er or oil.
爐具須安裝在空氣流通之房間內 , 附近不可放置易燃物品如紙張、油類等。
* Place the built-in hob on a stable and level bench to . Please refer to Fig. 2 for cut-out dimensions and
osition.
爐具須放置在穩固及水平的櫃面上 , 請依照圖2 所示的開孔尺寸及位置。

* If another built-in a liance (e.g. dishwasher, washer, etc,) is to be installed under the built-in hob, kee a
clearance of at least 10mm from the bottom of the built-in hob. If the installation of the a liance underneath
requires a different distance, ado t the larger value.
若在嵌入式平面爐下安裝其他器具 ( 如洗碗碟機﹑洗衣機等 ) 。請保留最少 10 毫米的距離。
若其他器具的安裝指引要求不同的間距 , 應採用較大者。
* The built-in hob should be installed with a distance of more than 15cm away from surrounding combustible
materials.
此爐具的安裝位置應與週圍易燃物料距離 15 厘米以上。
* If the built-in hob is to be installed on to of a built-in oven, a artition between two a liances is required
with all ga s being sealed. It is to avoid the infl uence of air draught on the o eration of the built-in hob
when the oven fan is running.
煮食爐下方如設有嵌入式焗爐 , 必須加裝隔層板並將所有縫隙密封 , 避免焗爐的風機氣流影響煮
食爐運作。
* In case that a artition late is installed underneath the a liance, kee s ace by at least 10 cm in between.
若隔層板被安裝在器具下，請確保保持至少 10 釐米的空隙。
* Make sure that the following arts are fi tted ro erly before use:
使用前請確定以下配件已置於正確位置 :
1. Pan Su ort 爐架
Fit Pan Su ort into Glass To Plate.
爐架正確地安放於玻璃面板上。
2. Burner Head, Burner Body 爐頭 , 爐體
Set back holes of Burner Body with Electrode Fixing lace.
Then insert Burner Head Pin to to holes of Burner Body.
將爐體後的開孔對準點火針安裝位置。然後將爐頭腳插入爐體面上的
插孔。
Fit Burner Head into Burner Body ro erly without ga . See the right illustration as below.
爐頭放置在爐體上 , 放置時請勿傾斜。 如下圖。

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 操作要點
Assure good ventilation before use, o en windows and turn on range-hood.
使用前 , 確保室內空氣流通 , 開啟窗戶及抽油煙機。
1. While ushing the Control Knob, turn it to the left (toward the “ON” osition) slowly until you hear a ‘click’
sound. Electric s ark will ignite burners.
Kee ushing the Control Knob for several seconds, the Flame Failure Safety Device will then o erate.
If you release your hand halfway, Electric s ark might not ignite Burners.
請一邊按住爐具開關爐掣一邊向左 ( 開的方向 ) 慢慢地旋轉。
“ ”隨著 啪﹑啪 的響聲 , 火花將點燃燃燒器 , 在確認燃燒器被點燃後數秒鍾 , 待防漏熄火安全裝
置產生作用。
如果中途放開手的話, 可 點不著火。
2. If the fl ame goes out when you release your hand, re eat the ignition rocedure again, kee ushing the
Control Knob for a longer time and release your hand more slowly than last time.
將手放開爐具開關爐掣而爐火仍未點著時 , 請用同樣的方法再次操作 , 將爐掣的保持時間長一些 , 將手
慢慢地放開。
3. Turn Control Knob to adjust fl ame to desirable setting.
轉動爐掣，調節爐火至所需火力。
4. Flame can be adjusted between “MAX” and “MIN”. Please adjust fl ame slowly.
“ ” “ ”火力強弱可的調校在 最大 和熄火 之間請緩慢調校火力。
5. If the fl ame is extinguished while using, the Flame Failure Safety Device will shut the gas off after a short
delay. When the fl ame was extinguished, lease turn the Knob to “OFF” osition.
如爐火熄滅 , 防漏熄火安全裝置會自動切斷氣供應 , 如有此情況 , “ ”請將爐掣 轉至 熄火 位置。
6. Don’t clean the to of the safety sensor with a hard brush, as it may damage the sensor.
請勿用鋼刷或利器磨 熄火安全感應頭。
7. Turn the Ignition Control Knob backwards to the “OFF” osition to extinguish the burner.
“ ” 將爐掣轉回至 熄火 位置 , 爐火便會熄滅。
* The Safety Sensor is delicate, lease do not use stiff brushes or rough cleaning ads when cleaning.
防漏熄火安全感應頭十分精密 , 不可用粗糙的刷子或其他東西進行清潔。
* Aeration is reset at manufacturing, lease do not attem t to adjust it.
廠方已調校了風位 , 不可自行嘗試調校。
* Please do not use Aluminium Mat. Use of aluminium mat may cause combustion roblem.
請勿使用錫紙碟。使用錫紙碟可 會引致爐頭燃燒不正常。

HANDLING PROCEDURES WHEN FLAME FAILURE SAFETY DEVICE OPERATES
防漏熄火安全裝置生效時的處理方法
If the fl ame is extinguished during o eration, the automatic Flame Failure Safety Device will shut the gas off
after a short delay.
If you notice that the fl ame has been extinguished, lease turn the knob to the “OFF” osition.
如爐頭在使用中火焰突然熄滅, 防漏熄火安全裝置會自動切斷氣供應。
如察覺火焰熄滅, 請將爐掣轉至「熄火」位置。
CHANGE BATTERY 更換電池
* Battery Box is located at bottom of center front (Size C, 1.5V × 1) (Fig. 6)
電池盒在爐身的底部中前方 (C 型 ,
1.5伏特 × 1) ( 圖6)
* Set battery correctly according to ⊕ .
請小心別把乾電池的⊕ 弄錯。
MAINTENANCE 維修
* Wi e the To Plate with a soft, dam cloth, and mild detergent.
用乾淨及柔軟抹布及洗潔精清抹面板部份。
* For burnt and stuck dirt, wi e by cloth with liquid (cream) cleanser.
使用粘有液體 ( 乳化 ) 清潔劑清除燃焦及附著的污物。
* To Plate Cleaning.
面板清潔。
* Do not use shar edge tool like screwdriver and olishing owder in order to revent scratch to glass
surface and ainting.
切勿使用利器如螺絲批等及沙粉以防止刮花玻璃面和印刷圖案。
* Do not use bleach or strong detergent in order to revent glass frame surface damage.
切勿使用漂白劑或強力洗潔精以免玻璃框架損毀。
* Wash the Pan Su ort and Dri Pan in warm water and detergent.
用暖水及洗潔精清理爐架及爐碟。
CAUTION 注意
* Glass to late is fi xed. Do not remove it.
玻璃面是固定的 ! 切勿移動。
* Pan su ort is heavy. Do not dro it.
爐架是很重的 ! 切勿掉下。
* Do not clean the glass when the a liance is hot.
當爐具熱時 , 請勿清洗玻璃。
* Do not lace hot cooking utensil on the glass surface.
請勿將熱的煮食器皿放在玻璃上。
* Pan su ort gets hot after usage. Clean after cooling down.
使用後爐架會很熱。冷却後方可清潔。

嵌入式雙頭爐的故障檢查手冊
Fault 故障 Cause 原因 Remedy 處理方法
1. No Ignition
點火不著
S ark electrode is wet es ecially in
seasons of high humidity.
點火電極( 瓦咀)濕了 , 尤其是在潮
濕季節。
Dry the electrode with tissue or dry
cloth.
以紙巾或乾毛巾抹乾點火電極
( 瓦咀) 。
2. Flame cannot be held
不 保持火焰
Incorrect turning of gas control
knob.
不正確轉動爐掣。
Push and turn the gas control knob
anti-clockwise until a ‘click’ sound is
heard. Hold for a few seconds fl ame is
ignited.
推入 爐 掣 及 反時針方向旋轉至
「開」位置 , 直至聽到「的」聲。當
爐火點著時 , 按著爐掣數秒才放手。
3. No main fl ame
爐頭沒有火
3.1 Gas meter cock and/or a liance
cock have been turned off.
仍未開啟氣錶控制閥及/ 或爐具
切斷閥。
O en gas meter cock and/or a liance
isolating cock com letely.
完全開啟氣錶控制閥及/ 或爐具切斷
閥。
3.2 Burner head is blocked by
aluminium foil.
錫紙阻塞爐頭。
Remove aluminium foil.
拿去錫紙。
4. Yellow fl ame
黃火
Accumulated grease and dirt on
head.
爐頭積聚油漬和污垢。
Wash burner head in warm water with
detergent. Dry it and lace it back at
correct osition.
以暖水和洗潔精清洗爐頭。把它抹
乾 , 然後放好。
5. Unstable fl ame
火焰不穩定
Incorrect location of burner head.
爐頭未放好。
Refi t burner head into burner body.
重新放好爐頭。
