About This Publication This manual provides detailed installation instructions to mount, wire, and
troubleshoot your LDAT-Series Integrated Linear Thruster, and system
integration for your drive/motor combination with a Logix controller.
Who Should Use This Manual This manual is intended for engineers and technicians who install and wire
linear thrusters. It is also intended for programmers who are directly involved
in operation, field maintenance, and integration of the linear thruster. If you do
not have a basic understanding of the linear thruster, contact your local
Rockwell Automation sales representative for information on available courses.

Labels Review the safety labels and their locations before using the actuator to prevent
personal injury and damage to the linear thruster.
